We use Indiana Pro Clean for all of our carpet cleaning needs! Very reliable and quick! I dont recommend anyone else in Bloomington!

We had them come out to clean our 2 bedroom apartment. Our apartment gives out coupons if you release. So I was not expecting too much from them being that it was a coupon carpet clean however, it was so poorly done. They were literally in here for less then 15 minutes. They did not sweep before hand so the hair from our dogs was just spread around. Once they left, the carpets were dripping wet so we pulled out our home carpet cleaner to suck up the water and the water that came up was so extremely dirty it’s like we never had the carpets cleaned. Extremely disappointed and won’t be using their service again, even for a coupon clean.

I’m always satisfied when we call Indiana Pro Clean to come and clean the carpets. It always amazes me how clean they get the carpets. Fast, professional, reasonable rates, and great customer service.

I had a great experience with this company, Pro Clean. My very first phone call was with the owner and the two gentleman who came to my home were friendly and explained everything they were doing. They assured me that there were no harsh chemicals that would be harmful to me or my dog. I would use this company again and will recommend them to my family and friends.

Recently had my vents cleaned( satisfied ), but they scratched my table (which is new) in the process. I have called multiple times and haven’t received any phone call back in regards to this matter. Very disappointed in the response time to resolve this issue.

Purchased a foreclosure and needed the carpets cleaned badly. I called several places for estimates and Indiana ProClean were the only ones who took the time to actually come out and see first had before giving me an estimate. In fact the owner was the one who came out. Initially priced slightly higher than others but the fact that they came out to inspect and said price was fixed until job was done right, I went with them. They did the entire house (~2800 sq foot of carpet) in about 3 hours. When they left carpet looked like new. Next day after drying some spots had wicked back up into carpet from pad. Indiana ProClean came back to fix the spots and made a return trip to ensure spots remained away. Good professional, personable, service. I would recommend.

Fast, efficient, nice and through

My carpets were wrecked by Stanley Steamer by putting a truck load of detergent prior to my move in to my new home. Walking around made my feet sticky and soapy. When i contacted Indiana Proclean, they told me they would take care of it and THEY DID! While it took them 2 trips to fix it, they were dedicated to their promise and would go the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I am impressed with their professionalism and service. The owner and his co-workers were always pleasant and helpful the whole time. So i STRONGLY recommend their services for carpet cleaning in the Bloomington Area!
