I stopped in for a Haircut on My 65th birthday and Im glad I did. My stylist was also celebrating her birthday and she treated me great and I was very happy with my haircut

I very much enjoy going here. I get the MVP treatment. The stylists are very nice, friendly, and cut very well. They make it relaxing and not just another chore done. The MVP is almost like a head and upper back massage with a hot towel and vibrating chair in n back. If your get the season pass, basically paying for the current cut and next two, then you knock 5 bucks off the MVP.

Personally, from the one time witnessed, was a pleasant, humorous experience with good bang for my buck. I grow beards, and they grow quick, so sometimes i cannot be troubled with maintaining that perfect chinstrap lining. the lady that did my hair was very sociable, and even talked with me using some slang language. thats whats up she improvised on the spot with accurate results. we also chit chatted about various delicate issues with humor and ease in that facetious manner we use so well. it only cost me 5 bucks to yet i had to throw her a nice smooth tip because of the energy and vibe produced through the words.

They do a good job. Wait can be long if you dont check in online. I check in then grab lunch at Scrubway. By the time I finish eating theyre ready for me.

Would have been 0 stars. I checked in through the app, 50 min wait no big deal. I drive 25 min to the location and get there 5 min before my estimated time of availability. Staff tells me they are closed. App says they are open until 5pm on Sundays. It was 4:10pm

I have had very good experiences with Sportclips. I will continue to use them... just not that this location. I asked for a haircut and a shampoo. The stylist proceeded to tell me that she would cut part of my hair, wash, and then cut again. It confused me at first because the main reason for a shampoo is to get the hair out. I then told her I didnt want a wash. She was fine with it at first (it puzzled me because she was turning down my business). I then questioned her thinking. I wanted to understand her thought process. She then explained that she would cut, wash, cut again, and then RINSE. She left out the last part which made sense. She said something about making the cut look good. I got the wash done. It took longer but I am not in a rush this morning. It was a very confusing process which took longer than needed. Ive never had this happen to me in all my years of haircuts. Also, another stylist had the TV on some Nature channel. I really wanted to watch ESPN but I didnt want to make a big deal about it. The sports experience is key. I will continue with Sportclips... just at another location.

Only reason this is not 1 star is because there is a lady that has cut my hair a few times and did a good job. Other than that, these girls are lost when it comes to giving a fade of any type, other than a high. I even point at my ear and say medium fade. Only to walk out like Im a recruit at basic training. Gave me a lousy 5 dollar discount for an already overpriced lousy hair cut. Didnt even have the courtesy to take a wet towel to the sides and back of my head to clean off the hair. Will not be giving this location anymore business. And the fact that they have a minimum set tip at 5$ is even more proof of their arrogance. They are no better than a great clips in my eyes.Good luck.

If I could give a negative review I would..... Sat there for 45 mins and then I get my named called for hair cut. To be told sense a someone walked in and didnt check in that I had to wait. Then someone elses walks in sit down and they take him next. So 45 mins later I left with no hair cut. Wont be returning obviously Im not valued as high as other people.

Sign says no appointment necessary....but was told I needed a appointment . You need to take that sign down....

Pretty cool place. $21 for the cut then $5 for a tip, so it was a little pricey for what you get, but it might be worth checking out for some.

They are in the business of getting you in and out of there as quickly as possible. This can be a good thing and a bad thing. Good if youre in a hurry, bad if you want high quality and attention to detail.

Ive been to dozens of Sport Clips in several states as I travel(ed) for work. The team at this location is stellar always. I drive past other locations to come to this one because I know Leslie and the team will do it right. Plus they really do the best job at washing hair, I get tempted on a tough work day to go there for a hair wash head massage.

The hair cut here bit pricy and most of time we visit there’s about 15 to 20 minutes wait. Appointment is highly recommended. You can buy 5 haircut in advance to get one free to save money

I went here to get my hair cut, but I didn’t get steamed towel treatment. After haircut the lady said, “ you are all set.” I won’t go here next time.

MINDY MESSED UP MY HAIRCUT COMPLETELYThis is my 2nd time and this time its absolutely disgusting.There is a lady called MINDY who totally messed up my haircut. A stylist wouldnt cut my hair cause she specifically thought and used the word dirty but it was just product on my hair that was sold by sports clip. Felt insulted in front of everyone and I had no choice but not make a scene and exit. I went to another near by sport clips and they were applauded by this story! The stylist there wet my hair with water and did a great job! So all in all worst sport clips ever! Dont go here ppl.

I take my three boys here and they just love it. We recommend using Sarah or Rachel they make it fun and exciting for them. They even get to watch their favorite sports.

First of all Jennin is amazing. My haircuts have always been perfect with her. My grevience is with the new ownership. During the last visit I was surprised to hear that I didnt qualify for the double MVP because I buy the bulk package haircuts. Then at the end of my haircut the manager surprised me with an additional $10 up charge, because of the style of military cut I get. Probably going elsewhere after my balk package is used up.Also, when I started to express my grievances the area manager walked away. I now have 2 cuts left in my current package. Then Ill be finding a new barber twice a month 12 months a year. So, $638 in profit and $180 in tips will be going to another business.

When you walk in and are told that it might be 45-50, I figured it was because they had the people in the waiting area before me and with 2 stylists cutting hair that would be why the time frame but one guy walked in after met and another guy but he was helped before us. Then another guy that clearly was after me was helped. I walked out because they obviously dont follow a first come, first serve policy. If others are given preferential service or you can leave and come back, whats the point of not having appointments?? Wont go back. Ill pay more money for an appointment, thanks.

Checked in and was told it was a two hour wait but it was ok if we left and came back in an hour and a half. We came back after one hour. We sat down since we had already checked in and a different person asked if we had checked in. We said we had and my husband said we had an appointment at 3:30(the time we were told to come back) and the lady got angry at him for using the wrong word(they dont do appointments) and then looked up his name. She said we had not checked in, accusing us of lying about it, and we were about to leave when the lady who did check us in showed us his name on the computer.We should have left there but as we had already waited an hour we decided to go through with it. I watched the same woman(white, straight dark hair in a camo baseball hat) be rude to more customers while we waited while hoping we got one of the other people for the haircut.Time comes and we end up with the mean lady. She asked us what he wanted and we said hair cut and beard trim. She asked what style and I told her we have been styling it with pomade and going for a 50s Elvis-ish look so we didnt want it to be too short.What did he end up with? A hideous, short, caesar cut and seemingly nothing done to the beard. Now he has weird ugly bangs when prior to the haircut he was parting it and combing it to the side. He looks like a redneck or someone who hasnt updated their style since the 90s now and its so short the pomade cant hold the part in place.Their website claims the stylists know different styles but clearly this is a place only for people who do not care about their appearance as the stylists are just going to do the one style they know how to do.

Like the experience but they need someone to handle the front desk for check-ins and checkouts plus answering the phone. Stylists have to take time away from clients often that is annoying.

Always under staffed. Said it would be a 10 minute wait. 40 minutes later I walked out. Complete waste of my lunch break, get it together sport clips.
