Good apartments but dont have washer rooms in apartments. The laundry room in the building is always busy. Not enough washers and dryers. Dryers are very old, and one of them is not working. Noisy neighbors.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Good location but BAD everything else. laundry room is disgusting and only 2/3 of machines work for the entire building. place is always trashed and terrible aroma in hallways and units. management is terrible. hard to walk up stairs - not good if you have visitors. parking is very expensive and so is the building for what you get. looks can be deceiving!
