Working with Jeff at the Bloomington ServiceMaster has been so pleasant that Im not even waiting for the service to be completed before I write this review. He explained everything in great detail and clearly took a lot of pride in offering a fair price despite the opportunity to price gouge due to current circumstances. His pricing was cheaper than COIT or ServPro, he answered his phone every time I called, and he worked us into his schedule within 24-hours of contact. Service is to be completed this morning and I will update this review with anything but stellar performance. I expect everything will be fantastic. THANK YOU, JEFF!!!

They went above and beyond expectation in cleaning up our mess due to a sewage pipe bursting. Very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
