Very sweet and friendly staff. Went here to get a mani pedi the day before my wedding. Wendy did an amazing job. The massage chairs seemed brand new and for the first time ever I was so relaxed during my pedicure that I almost fell asleep. The salon is very cute inside, tons of color options, convenient parking lot, and amazing nail techs and customer service. Will definitely be going back. Best nail experience ever!

Phenomenal experience for my first time! I went for the no chip manicure and it came out gorgeous. The staff took their time and made sure every detail was right; you could tell they were passionate of what they do. Offered here is a huge variety of colors and designs: seasonal themes, mood changing polishes, and so much more. Highly recommend to everyone!

A newer and nice salon with ample parking space in Bloomingdale. Very clean upon entering and has LOTs of color options. I like that the pedicure chairs are somewhat segregated from the manicure area. Everyone was so nice, and professional. It does only have 8 chairs for pedicure which is nice, so it’s not super loud and you can have some quiet time if needed. Unlike other nail salons, the nail techs weren’t constantly talking to each other in another language when they were attending to the client, which was assuring (unless if someone needed help translating what customers were telling them in English). Rex did my manicure and pedicure, and he was so gentle but thorough in the whole process! The massage lotion is put in a warmer, which makes the massage even more relaxing. Everyone was wearing masks properly the whole time, which was amazing!

Found a groupon for a mani pedi but the prices seem really good already so it was more than worth it. It was quiet and calm in there and everyone working there is really nice.

My daughter bought me a Groupon for my birthday and it was the fanciest pedicure Ive ever gotten. Im not sure what full price is but I would pay it. Girls were really friendly but not overly talkative. Im definitely making my husband try this pedicure since hes always on his feet. I highly recommend.

So I came here today after switching nail salons. And to my surprise, this first experience at Mio Nails was great! My first impression of this place was that it’s really nice! I loved the cozy atmosphere and the clean organized setups! Also, everyone here was nice and welcoming! The workers kept asking me how I was doing and if there was anything else they can do to make my experience better. I had my nails done very quickly and they made no mistakes! All tools were fresh and sterilized. More importantly, my nails look fantastic! They are even and the polish is perfect on both my nails and toes! Beyond great service, there is a very calming relaxed tone here. This is now my new favorite nail place! Thank you again for being so welcoming to us today!

Went for a powder dip manicure. got nothing but the polish - no cuticle trimming, lotion, massage, etc. also, the tech put the powder dip on so thick that 2.5 weeks later, i spent 1.5 hours at home trying to get it off before spending another hour at a different salon that had to sand them down and then soak them two more times. the tech at the other salon asked me “who did these? they’re way too thick!”i might have gotten a better manicure if it hadn’t been so busy that day. my tech was juggling multiple people at once and seemed to rush through my manicure.also got a pedicure with another tech. it was relaxing, but the tech didn’t trim or file my toenails. the polish lasted decently well though.

I’m newer to the area and went here off a Groupon and good reviews. The staff are all friendly and inviting and the place is clean without that overwhelming chemical smell nail salons cans sometimes have. Wendy did my manicure and my pedicure was done by a gentlemen who’s name I didn’t get, but I couldn’t be more pleased. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend to anyone who is looking to get their nails done at a reasonable price.

My friend and I went to this salon and had a wonderful time. The women here are absolutely amazing! They are friendly and are truly nail artists. I got a set of acrylic nails, with some gems, and absolutely love them. I am definitely coming back when I need my nails redone. They have some stunning seasonal designs and I do not doubt that if one wanted a specific design they would be able to deliver. I use my hands a lot at work and for school and the nails are still as good as new. I have already recommended them to all my friends, as this place is phenomenal.

I was really happy with the no chip nail and pedicure I got here. All of the people who worked there were very nice and were following all sanitary protocol. I for sure will be going back!!!

Ladies that work are very polite but clearly don’t know what they’re doing. I’ve came to do my pedicure and I was charged $27 no color just polish.Did not clean good at all, did not take off dead skin. The lady that was taking care of me was sweating and nervous because she didn’t know what to do. This place needs to shut down.Don’t recommend going there.

I was worried about getting my nails done due to COVID. When I arrived at Mío I was impressed at how clean the salon was. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed from the beginning when Rachel greeted me. Everybody was wearing masks and used gloves as they were worried about my safety. Rachel was very attentive to my needs as she showed many options and was very patient as I made my selection. Rachel does a very thorough job and made sure I was completely satisfied. I will definitely come back! Thank you Rachel for making me feel safe to do my nails again.

The biggest differences between Mio and other nail salons is that they focus on the customer, take their time to do things right, and make everyone feel so welcome. The technicians dont engage in a lot of chit chat back and forth between each other like at other salons, which annoys me to no end. Its a peaceful environment. They stay focused on the customer experience. They recognize repeat customers with discounts and small gifts, which makes me feel valued. They are always cheerful and treat all customers like they are VIPs. The place is always clean and organized. I get gell manicures and they always come out great and last a long time.

Great experience! This location was apparently a different salon before Rachel (sp) purchased it. It’s tucked away in a strip mall that I don’t usually see from the road.The ladies are excited to serve and interested in their clients. Cute Halloween decorations! I got my nails done here and they were very rude and told me that acrylic is $25 when their sign said $20. my nails are uneven, bubbly, and they look very bad. it has only been a couple days since i got my nails done and two of them already cracked and broke off. don’t suggest going here.
