On March 8, 2019 I had a hair appointment at the Bloomingdale Lifetime location with a now former employee of the Spa.On March 14, 2019 that former employee called me and shared that they no longer worked for the Lifetime Spa at Bloomingdale, IL and wanted me to schedule my next appointment at their home. That former employee then asked me to cancel my already scheduled appointment. (I did cancel that next appointment, however it was because of a non-related dissatisfaction issue with the Spa staff.)I then immediately called the manager at the Lifetime Spa in Bloomingdale and shared the the details of the call. I also shared my concerns about the security and safety of my personal information. The manager indicated that my information was secure and that the former employee would be contacted.Today, April 12, 2019 I received another call from the former employee. The contents of the VM indicated that the former employee now had another job and wanted me to call back to schedule my appointment with their new location of employment.I would appreciate assistance with asking this former employee to stop contacting me. Also I would like to ask for Lifetimes confirmation (from someone other than the Spa manager) that my personal information has not been further compromised.

I highly recommend Ashley for deep tissue massage. She has an AMAZING technique that both releases muscle tension and also energizes your spirit. Its like magic! I have been getting weekly treatments from her for several months and, combined with workouts, have been able to restore muscle mass and flexibility to many areas of my body. My family, friends, and co-workers say I look fantastic! I also recommend the 60min or 90min because her tender care and skilled touch is incredibly relaxing (Ive fallen asleep several times). Ashley is also incredibly kind, considerate, trustworthy, and a perfectionist who wants to be sure you are completely satisfied with her service, so go ahead and tell her all of your concerns and preferences and she will do her best to accommodate and remember (I once complained about the face cradle pad, and now she always checks on it before our session). Thanks for all the wonderful bodywork Ashley!

After my first appointment with Lorrie I officially have the best hair of my life. I went from a dark brown to blonde ombre to all over platinum! I expected to be in the chair for hours, as my hair can be stubborn. The last time I tried this, it took my previous stylist 7 hours to get it done. Lorrie did it in under 3, and its a perfectly even tone all around. I didnt even think it would be possible, but she works miracles! Seriously, this girl has skills; if youve ever wanted to make a huge change but didnt trust your stylist to make it happen, you can confidently book yourself an appointment with Lorrie. I feel like a million Lifetime bucks!
