The last few times I’ve gone here for a no chip manicure the quality has been terrible. As you can see from the pictures below. Within a couple days the polish starts peeling and chipping. I’ve given this place multiple chances and won’t be going back.

I used to have good experiences here, I left because i was having issues with poor quality looking nails and charging for every little thing. I came back to give them another try. I went to Cindy the next time I came back, the nails look great. One week later two of them are lifting - for a dip - mind you. Dip nails should not lift after one week. Tried to get in to get the two nails fixed and they had nothing until much later in the day. First I’m told $10 to fix. I said I should not be charged anything after one week on a dip. Then manager said you go back to Cindy, she won’t charge you, but anyone else is five dollars, now the price is five dollars. But again, they couldn’t get me in till much later in the afternoon, which I find hard to believe because every time I have been in it has not been that busy. Not going back.

First time going here for a pedicure and eye brow wax. Got the best foot/leg massage and the place is very relaxing. Their chairs are massage chairs too. Definitely a spa feeling. 10/10 for me. This will be my go to nail place in Bloomigdale.

I showed a picture to the nail tech which was a guy of the nails that I wanted which was a simple long white almond shape. He cut them and they looked fine because I’m not a nail tech and do not know how long almond nails start of before filing. After filing I Noticed they looked nothing like the picture and we’re almost as short as my natural nails. When I asked if you could fix it he yelled at me told me that he didn’t care and said he refused to do my nails after. Manager was friendly and helped me find another person to do my nails. But overall was charge $92 for a pedicure and full set.Felt extremely uncomfortable and will not be returning definitely do not recommend.

Friendly staff, super comfortable, very clean, and great service! Would love to come back. Cindy did my blue gel full set (with extensions) no chip and another tech did my friends (frequent customer here) purple no chip.

I was told by a friend that this was a great new place to try out. I got a full set Acrylic and about after a week I starting noticing a dark spot under my nail. I took the Acrylic nail off and found my nail green from a nail fungus! Completely disgusted

I will never go here again!! This salon USED to be awesome. Last few visits customer service was pretty poor but I let it slide thinking everyone has a bad day. Today was the last straw! I made an appointment for two pedicures and arrived on time. First they left us sitting in the lobby. Then finally brought us back and left us sitting there. 45 minutes after our appointment (and it wasn’t even busy then) a girl started my daughter in laws but I was left sitting there. By then my feet were like prunes and the water was cold. The girl working on my daughter in law didn’t even bother to ask us which pedicure service we wanted, she was rude, she ignored us when we spoke to her. We both got up and walked out. It’s a shame, this salon used to be great. Now it is a dump and their staff is rude. Based on all the recent comments it is clear something drastic changed in the last 2-3 months. So don’t believe the earlier comments!!!

So unfortunate that I have to leave this review. I have been going here for the past two years and have liked the way they do my nails. The past two months have been a roller coaster of experiences. First began downhill when I came in for a french tip set. The nail tech started to do pink and white powder instead of white polish. She said it’s better and next time I can paint over white its no problem. I trusted her. When I came in next the color I really wanted wouldn’t cover the white. The lady used a no chip color without telling me and charged me more without telling me. I still as usual tipped very well $5 & $10. The next time I went I wanted a gel fill-in on the white and pink powder french tips and the nail tech decided to do polish without telling me and seemed upset when I asked for what I already had which is the pink and white powder. She made it out as my fault even though I clarified what I had/wanted every time I make an appointment. I still leave good tip and no complaint.*Today was the last straw. I clarified exactly what I wanted on the phone and in person. The nail tech responded with what she wanted to do instead she claimed it would take longer for the technique(pink and white powder french tip fill in.) I agreed to use polish for french tip to save time. The fill in job was terrible, nail shape bad, did not use pink powder, and painted my whole nail white. Also, it took same amount of time it would’ve took to do what I originally asked for. Horrible experience and the last straw. Today they lost a long time customer and that makes me sad to have to find another salon. I hope this review helps them communicate better and take accountability with how they run their salon. I am a very considerate and understanding person. This was unacceptable.* Also, a few weeks back when I got a pedicure. I picked a different service more expensive and thorough pedicure. Not only was it not worth the price, the older woman who performed the service charged me more than what was listed in the book. I let that go and treated it as a tipOVERALL QUALITY IS NOW TERRIBLE. The nail techs do whatever they want, they don’t seem to want to be bothered with anything they find difficult or much work. Inconsistent experience every-time. Careless service.

Asked for the exact same picture did not get the same design. Charged extra 5$ for design that was not the same as the picture or the same COLOR. Was also charged for every color on my nail AN EXTRA 5 dollar which is insane. Rude and talks back my nails were 70$. I will not be coming back to this place. Expensive and poor service.

My mom and me had been going there awhile and getting our nails & pedis today we went to go get our nails taken off and my moms nail technician ripped off her nail without soaking it first then when my mom said it hurt the nail technician said “I know” my mom filed a complaint with the front person after this girl wasn’t taking her fake nails off completely and jabbing her own nails into her fingers that of what both are very unprofessional, the front would do nothing about it. My nails where being polished while hers where still having too be soaked because the nail technician clearly didn’t wanna do her job. I have no problem with the people who did mine but some people at this shop make it very clear they don’t wanna work.

This place is trash since new ownership took over. These techs don’t have no idea what they are doing and are extremely rude when you try and tell them your issue

I scheduled an appt for my daughter and myself two weeks ago. I did the appt online received my confirmation and I even received a reminder email for my appt. I got to my appt at 10:52a they were still closed since they open at 11a. Once they unlocked the door and we went in the lady asked you have an appt I said yes at 11. I did it online, she said oh I didnt put you down and we are really busy at this time. I was about to call you and let you know. Hmmm how are you going to call me at my appt time to tell that you cant see me and how is that even possible when you didnt have me down in your schedule. She asked if we could return later, I said no I have a party to attend. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I guess I will be looking for a different nail place for my daughter and myself.

Pre COVID I loved this place. Since they’ve reopened the staff and service is just not the same. The passion for the work is gone from the employees and it’s truly disheartening.Out of loyalty AND convenience I continued coming back however, today was my last day. I was turned around from needing a no chip french pedicure repair for ONE TOE and told to come back another time. Seriously? (Yes..)Seeing techs not servicing anyone and walking around with their head down detoured me from wanting to ever come back anyway. Very disappointed but I wish them the best. They’re going to need it.

I received a pedicure with regular polish and ended up with an infection (Paronychia) in my big toe. Now I’m on antibiotics because it’s so bad. I would NOT recommend going here because they clearly do not have good sanitizing procedures. I will never return.

Just terrible. Had a manicure done with super old nail polish. Nail tech still insisted in putting coats and coats of nail polish which never dried.Decided to switch it to no chip. No chip started peeling off after two days.Place has lost its quality since they opened. Not sure if it’s under new management but I will not be going back. There are plenty of places around.

It’s completely a terrible experience. Ugh ! I wasted my money and time there. I even don’t wanna give one star. They don’t know English and doesn’t understand what the customer is trying to say. Tech Sandra was in hurry to go home. Without doing my manicure she did my nails which look so bad. This new owner doesn’t know lot of things about mani pedi. He keeps asking what you need. Sandra did a poor job. Am very sad I put my money in trash. Ladies donot go there ever as it’s totally worthless.They are not good at all. C’mone you guys don’t deserve to have a nail salon .Sorry but it’s honest opinion.

My girlfriend loved their service. She got a mani and pedi. Only one issue is that you need to give cash in order to tip the great nail techs

The service is great and they do a very great job but they are more expensive than the average nail spa.

When I called to ask some questions about products the girl who answered the phone was dismissive and laughed at me for knowing what I am talking about. I asked if the do tipless nails she didnt know what I was talking about until I explained it. I also asked if they use ema or mma liquid for their acrylics as mma burns my skin and she laughed. Apparently most people dont ask the questions, but I have for a while now since researching everything. I wouldnt go their if thats how they acted without even meeting with me. Completely unprofessional.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I decided to go to Classy and see my old nail tech,  Katie this week. I came in asking for a no chip fill in, but before she started, I asked her if I should get a full set instead and she responded by saying no and that I wont need one for the next few times I come in because my nails were in good shape. She went ahead with my fill and towards the end she told me i actually should get a full set the next time I come in. Fast forward to the next morning, my nails felt flimsy and as I was towel drying my hair, one of my nails broke off. I was annoyed because I felt that Katie should have told me i needed a full set from the beginning when i asked because I knew this was the reason why my nails felt the way they did not to mention I had an event to go to later that night and didnt want to go with an entire nail popped off. I went back to the salon and spoke with the manager explaining the situation and how I wanted a full set done. She pushed me over to talk to Katie, which ended up with her yelling at me telling me that i was lying about asking her about full set. She was claiming that I asked her when the next time i should get a full set should be instead of asking her if i needed one instead of the fill. It just didnt even make sense to me because why would I lie about something like that? I told her I could call my friend that came with me and she could confirm the conversation,but Katie told me she was too far to have heard anything, which didnt make sense because I was sitting in the same row as my friend and there were only two empty seats in middle of us due to social distancing. I was communicating with her the entire time we were there without any hearing issues...I mean we were 6 ft away..I didnt know people stop being able to hear from 6ft away.. Anyway, she continued to yell at me and mind you, I started off speaking in a normal pitched tone and even then Katie came back at me literally yelling at me loud enough to a point where the entire salon could hear the conversation. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected and the manager was standing right next to her letting her speak to me the way she was. She kept saying i was lying and it was on me and the conversation ended by her storming off and saying Fine, just get your $50 back. The manager allowed me to get a full refund, but refused to fix my broken nail. I even asked her how she could think there wasnt anything wrong if my nail broke in half like that just 24 hours after I got it done and she had nothing to say. Before I left, I also told her that if shes the manager,  she should not be letting her employees speak to customers the way Katie just did. She ignored me at first so I repeated what I said and she told me i was speaking loud as well so it was okay for Katie to speak to me that way back when again I only started raising my voice after Katie herself initiated the yelling. I dont know about you,  but Ive never heard of any kind of business that has such low of a standard of respect for customers. This experience was completely unprofessional and I do not recommend anyone to come here.  There are two salons further down Army Trail one in Carol Stream of the name Tres Jolie and one in Hanover park of the name Leann Nail Spa. If you want to be treated right and get your moneys worth,  i would recommend going here instead.Btw, theyre probably going to reply to this review by making up more lies to justify this situation, but not sure why I would  take this much time out to write this entire post if I was lying.

I think I just found a new favorite nail salon! Easily one of the best salon experiences I have ever had. This place is absolutely beautiful! Very clean, modern, and relaxing. Emily gave me a fill and a no chip manicure and I couldn’t be happier! Everyone was so kind and professional. After seeing the pedicure rooms, I’m thinking about going back tomorrow! Everyone should check this place out.

I literally didn’t look at my nails until I walked out and it was not worth $35 dollars. It look like I did them myself. I still have polish on my skin and on the side of my nails. Plus the color isn’t evened out on my nails and I have my baby shower tomorrow. Im highly upset and disappointed at this point.

I already gave a review my first time there which was a very long time ago. I go no where else! This is by far the best nail salon I have been to. They dont rush me out, they actually show they care about their work and I respect that. Plus, they are all so sweet and it lasts 2 weeks or more.

There is nothing classy about this place. Dont go here if you want to get a fun, cute, or special design. The guy I got was extremely rude to me and did not know what he was doing. I asked for the heart rainbow design below, and at first he said he could do it, but then he tried and said he couldnt do it. Then he said this other woman, Vivian, was going to do it, but then she said she couldnt and then they said no one in the whole salon was able to do the design because it was too hard. Vivian ended up doing my design in the first 2 pictures. She rushed through it and did a sloppy job, as you can see. And then after she told me that she could have told me a better design with better colors, when I specifically told them from the beginning I wanted a rainbow design for Pride. She also used the regular nail polish colors on top of my no chip color and then told me that the color wouldnt last and basically that they were giving me a bad work product. I dont think the design was so hard, they just didnt want to do it, and then they blamed me and told me that I didnt understand and didnt know what I wanted. Before I left, the guy literally yelled at me and berated me in front of the entire salon, saying I didnt understand because I got upset at how I was treated by their rude staff and was talking about it to my sister who was with me. I dont know what the guys name was, but he was very skinny, short, and had a haircut that was long on top and shaved on the sides and back. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, and even the other staff in the salon told me that the guy was being horrible to me. But they didnt give me a discount and still made me pay $40. I left the salon crying because they were so rude and didnt even apologize once or try to fix the situation. Also, the guy was yelling the whole time about me even after I went to the front desk. My review would be -5 stars if I could!!!

I love this place very relaxing when getting pedicure.

This was my first time here. Im usually very picky about my nails and do a lot of research on reviews and recommendations before trying a new place. I was desperate, so after a quick google search I saw they had a good rating, and were close to my house. I dont think I will go anywhere else! The whole building is very clean. They have a great polish selection as well. I was offered a glass of water in a nice glass with a lemon. Very hospitable :) The gentleman that did my acrylic fill was very thorough and paid close attention to detail. I cant wait to go back for a pedicure. Their pedicure stations looked so relaxing!!! I saw liners in the pedi tubs which I love as well. I would definitely Classy Nails!

I’ve come here twice now and it is the best place around. My no chips do not chip, and my pedicures last and last. The customer service is great! Guests are offered coffee, water, etc. immediately. The prices are great too. LOVE this nail salon. In fact, I’m going back today 🥰

EDIT: Came here for the second time, spent $72 on a no-chip manicure and regular pedicure, and the no-chip was chipping and peeling away the very next day. I dont think they used the correct product for a no-chip. Will not be returning.Beautiful and clean inside, my no-chip has lasted over a week. The staff is very friendly and does great work. It is a little pricey for the area (I paid $10 more here than I did for the same services two weeks ago at Select), but they do a much better job. Well worth the extra expense for a better experience!

The nail tech did not pay attention to details. I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted, and told her I would like almond shape. She glanced then completely ignored me and continued chatting with a coworker and gave me short, round nails. Very standoffish and rude service. The color painted on has a lot of bleeding. But then again what should I expect from someone who was chatting and on facetime instead of doing my nails. My regular place that I go to wouldnt charge more than $25 for this set, but unfortunately this set cost me $35. Will never be going back here ever again.

Cindy never fails!!!! Her work is always spot on. The salon is always clean, and the staff is super friendly. I appreciate how they don’t rack up their prices for being on the higher end of salons in the are. They are adequately staffed which makes getting in always easy even on a weekend.

I’ve been coming here for awhile now and I love the facility it’s always so clean and peaceful your always taken in within a minute of walking in. There’s no lines because they are fully staffed at all times. Jenny the owner has great ownership skills and will Succeed with this place to the fullest. Keep up the great customer service.

I’ve been looking for a new place to go because all the ones I’ve gone to prior always rush in doing my nails and they end up not being the best quality.I came in for a fill in today and Jenny was super nice. She took her time and even asked a couple do times if I was happy with what she was doing. My nails haven’t looked this good in a while. I will definitely be coming back to this nail salon!

My husband and I visited yesterday. We both requested the hot stone pedicures hoping it would be a more relaxing and thorough pedicure. They rushed the pedicures/treatment and we were done in 15-20 minutes. I had a no chip manicure done afterward and I already have a chip on one my nails today. We tipped them (3 women) very well before leaving. The $130 we spent before tip was not worth the quality of the service.

Jenny and Vivian are very sweet and make it a priority to do a good job and make you happy. Jada is fantastic and helpful. Always showing the latest colors and giving suggestions. Henry is another great nail tech! Good staff, clean facility.

Great, friendly staff! They offered me lemonade or fruit water. It was delicious! As far as nails, it’s a little more pricer than other places, but worth the price. It did not take too long for them to do a fill in (which sometimes takes an hour at other places), so I was satisfied! Very relaxing, beautiful salon! Definitely would recommend!!

When I went here because it was the only place left open on Sunday around 4:30pm I expected to be pampered. I went in to get acrylic nails. I didnt want to get my usual French manicure so I asked for samples of work they could pull off. They didnt have any designs unless you brought pictures in.Then the woman who did my nails left the glue on the bottom of some of them that is still there today. The second problem is that she put both of my ring finger nails on crooked. Last but most importantly she kept shoving my hand back when she was done with one. Not just the soft move ur hand type move. Im talking full shove! Ill stick to the other salons when I want my nails done.

The place was really clean and beautiful, the front desk girl was really joyful, nice and helpful. I went twice. The first time the only problem was that they didnt have matte nail polish, and they couldnt do an ombre effect. But they still made my nails look beautiful. The second time was okay my nails came out beautiful my only problem was that my nails were very uneven, as if when filing them down she was creating a slope.

I was recommended by your friend and this is my favorite new place absolutely clean classy and professional with lots of services! My nail tech was Katie and my bff recommends Jenny as well. Trying out my pedicure tonight!

I’ve been to this place two times and the first time I actually really enjoyed it. The first time I went was when it just opened up and I had my acrylics done. The quality of the nails was very nice and clean and I liked the large range of nail polish colors they had to choose from. However I did not like the last time I was there because I asked my nails to be shaped and the lady took no time to make the nails even and symmetrical, she just cut them with nail clippers and went right into the acrylics. At the salon to me it seemed the nails were symmetrical so I dismissed that detail until I got home and realized how uneven my nails were. The nail lady seemed to be rushing even though I told her I’m not in a hurry and the fact that it was a busy day caused me to believe she wanted to get my nails out of the way as quickly as possible so they could take new customers. I put two stars because even though my first experience with the place was very pleasant I don’t think the price of the nails was worth the quality the second time. They charge an extra $5 for shaping but in this case it seemed to me like I was robbed that money because she put almost no effort into shaping them and just rushed through the job carelessly. The only time i would recommend this place is when it’s not busy cause when it is, they seem to not care at all about the quality of the work.

Had an appointment waited 45 minutes till I was seen. Tech very rude and was telling me she didn’t like my color place. Don’t make appointment here because they care more of walk in people then their appointment. gives water or tea which is nice. Front desk girl was very nice and friendly great customer service. That was only good customer service I was given my the front desk girl.

I moved to the area little over a year ago. After visiting local salons for my nail services I was getting frustrated and then I found Classy nails . I am “theirs” since then and extremely happy with their service thanks to Jenny, Katie and Vivien for my brows also. Had an appointment and ended up waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time. Understaffed!! Their having sum big thing today and all I hear is take a picture or do a live recording. Um excuse me some people don’t want their picture on social media! You should really ask people if it’s ok and tell them what you are doing not just do. It’s like I’m paying you to do a service not do live recording or take pictures. Do your job and what I’m paying you to do!! Will definitely not be coming back to this over priced childish salon. Will be going back to the place around the street with adults as techs not social media techs. Very disappointed!!! 🤦‍♂️

I received a spa pedicure. The entire pedicure was extremely rushed, didnt even last 30 min. The foot massage is usually what I look most forward to, it was a total of 3 minutes for both feet. This is your place if you dont want to feel pampered and youre in a hurry!

I can in for a set of nails. Long wait when I was told 15 minutes and turned out to be almost an hour! Than on top of that I think it was the manager, she’s yelling and talking down to the poor girl who works the front desk!! That is very unprofessional and rude especially in front of customers!! I don’t know how that poor girl deals with that all day. On the other note the young girl at the desk is very friendly and helps out all the customers that was their when I was. Very polite and always had a smile on her face even tho she was being spoken down to. Wouldn’t recommend this place for the long wait but very friendly and polite front desk girl! I’ve been coming here for months. I’ve always had to wait even tho I’ve made appointment. Came in the other day and had to wait almost a hour. When I was finally seen I felt like I was being rushed and when asked about my nails looking crooked Jenny told me they were fine. Disappointed. This place use to do ok work and now it’s only gone down hill.

I just went there a few hrs ago and I waited 1 hour! I just left! A long wait and a big time waist Im never coming here again!

Today I made an appointment for a set of nails. After reading numerous reviews I started having second thoughts. So I call to cancel my appointment and Jenny answered the phone who I made appointment with and she brushed off I was canceling and didn’t ask why or if I wanted to reschedule. To me at least that’s a huge turn off before even stepping foot in the salon. Don’t get me wrong everyone gets bad reviews but the fact that their was absolutely NO customer service from her was behond unfriendly.

I was their today getting my nails done by Jenny. During the hole time Jenny was more worried about the phone calls coming in to the salon and why a few other customers walked out. She was constantly asking and yelling for the girl that welcomes customers coming in and in my option was kind of yelling at her and asking her questions about other things verses taking her time and giving the customer “ me “ right in front of her attention. In my option very poor customer service from Jenny and very poor scheduling from Jenny as well. Salon very busy and over packed! Had an appointment and still had to wait 30 mins before being attended to. Although I give the girl up front at the desk my applause for keeping calm in an over booked case and she was very attentive to everyone their making sure they were being helped while answering phones!! Good customer service from the front desk girl!! Also just a heads up, if u like waiting and having your appointment pushed back by at least 20-40 mins this is a good place to go.

Vivian is an excellent nail technician...I am always getting compliments on the appearance of my nails.

I took my dad for a pedicure but they cut a big chunk of his foot skin off and it was bleeding when we got home and hasnt healed yet. I did not see it until my dad told me when I came home.Pls be carefull, When they cut your nails.

This was my second time there with Kati. I got a full set dipped power with Tips she’s helping me with growing my natural nail this is the second time I’ve ever use this kind of product. It’s wonderful I love it my nails look so light and natural she does a fantastic job. I’m not used to getting my nails done often so I brought in a couple pictures of some designs and she was able to do it. It’s been along time since I found a really good nail salon. The most amazing nail experience ever. Basic pedi was amazing, my no chip full set acrylic came out flawless, Cindy is amazing, really took her time was super precise, a little pricy but you are getting what you pay for, 10/10 would recommend!!

Very rude techs to worried about eating and their phones. Front desk had to many people just sitting their that work their talking. Bad nail and customer service but very good for social hangouts
