Sammy is the absolute best at what she does for all hair types (color, cuts, styles, etc.) Platinum is safe, clean, and beautiful overall.

Great place to go and get massage done but be careful buying their packages because they don’t explain you anything about the policies.I bought three massage package and I tried using two for my parents and they would accept it because it was bought under my name so two seniors were billed $150 on spot. The owner resist on accepting them but when it comes to tipping she can go around the computer system.WOW that’s a lovely service

I’ve purchased their massage frequently for my husband which always comes home relaxed. He said the lady that worked on him used different techniques than normal places. I decided to book a couples massage and I have to agree, they are awesome! I hate having to constantly repeat that I need more pressure, this time the massage was the perfect pressure from start to end. They allowed us to both relax with minimum talking. I can’t wait to book another massage with Platinum

My first visit here. I loved the warm table and towels especially since I’m always cold. I’ve had a ton of massages before never had a table that could bend to your spine when you turn over. That was great and a lot more comfortable when laying on your back. I even liked that my eyes were covered when I was on my back as well it helps to relax.Overall I enjoyed my experience.

I have been a very satisfied customer of Platinum and in particular Tracie for many years.. The reasons are many, but the most important are the people who work here. They always treat you with respect, try to accommodate changes in schedules, and make certain that you are satisfied before you leave. The prices are competitive with other salons. Great value to me is quality service delivered at a competitive price by professional and engaging people. That is what I always feel I get at Platinum.

My boyfriend and I received a couples massage. However the services varied between the two of us in the same room. Like he had hot towels put on him where as I didn’t at all. I didn’t get a lot of the same treatment as my boyfriend so that was disappointing. I didn’t care for the atmosphere- the room is still very bright during the massage. Not sure I would return.

I am so pleased with my keratin from Platinum Salon & Spa. Martha was the person working on my hair, she is so meticulous making sure every strand is thoroughly coated with keratin. I am ecstatic with the keratin she gave me. She is such an awesome hairdresser!!!!

Kumud was very good.The facility was very nice, clean and well stocked. I really enjoyed the massage and the nice relaxing shower after.I was attempting to try another female therapist, to compare, but apparently there are none.

Colorist/Hair stylist has no experience with hair other than straight. There are no proper combs for other hair types either. Her own hair appeared very dry and over processed.I was told by the lady in charge (over the phone) that I would be in good hands because her colorist/hair stylist had a lot of experience doing hair/color, but clearly it has merely been with people that only have straight hair.My scalp hurt when I got home, and I was mentally exhausted. My hair looks mediocre and I will be getting it redone some where else.I wanted to try this place because of the amount of positive reviews but clearly no one writes a negative review when they have had a bad experience here. They just take it on the chin and move on, but I at least want to warn people of the possible poor treatment.NOT A RELAXING EXPERIENCE.Side note:There is hardly any diversity within the staff.Customer service skills need work.

They ruined our day!! I had appointment for myself and my wife. I requested a female therapist and was told there is only one, so they gave us 2 appointments back to back. We went today as scheduled to find out that there is no appointment for us because the therapist called in. They said we tried to call and email you, but could not reach you out, because apparently the had WRONG phone number, WRONG email. I asked why they didn’t try to call my wife for her appointment, they said they didn’t find her info, because apparently they MISSPELLED her name.The women I was talking to was very rude, she didn’t even say sorry, she just walked away to talk to another customer in line. So I asked for the manager after she is done, and claims that she is the owner of the SPA. She simply said ok we made mistake, and mistakes happen! I told her yes mistakes happen, but 3 mistakes should not happen at a time, WRONG number, WRONG email, and WRONG name?She says yea it’s sometimes hard to get info over the phone, and There is no magic we can do to accomplish your request, you can return your vouchers!

I have been going to this salon for over 8 years. I will say that I have never had any of their medical procedures done, so I cant speak to those. I usually come here for massages, facials, and other spa treatments, and for those treatments, this is my hands down favorite place, and that includes spa trips in and outside the country. Why?1) They use Pevonia products. I have rosacea, and even sensitive skin products by Aveda make my skin bright red and sore. Ive never had any of those issues with the Pevonia Rose line.2) They hire great people. Its all about the technicians, and the massage therapists are always top notch. I have had several great ones over the years, and never a bad one. When Ive had facials here, I never had any redness, even during the process, and I didnt have any breakouts or repercussions afterward. Felt great, walked out looking great.3) The ambiance. Whenever I walk into this place, I just instantly start to relax. The music and the aromatherapy permeate the building, and I think at this point I just have a Pavlovian response to the fragrance or something. :)I have had my hair cut here, and they did a great job, but I tend to go to elsewhere for this more. I have had my nails done here, and they had a spectacular spa pedi, but I tend to just go to the place around the corner from me more, as its less pricey. Nowhere near as good, but hey.Summary: for the spa services, this is my absolute favorite place. Highly recommended.
