Tried this place out for the first time after seeing it being highly reviewed. It looked promising. Being from Chicago, I’m always skeptical of going anywhere new. I’ll give them 2 stars since they (2 people) were working pretty fast while having a long line (probably about 10-12 women in a span of 20 mins). When sitting in the sit, I emphasized how my brows are already thin and I’m growing them out so I wanted just a clean up but not to touch the hairs closer to the brow line which took me A YEAR to grow. She understood since she repeated it back to me. Three minutes later, I looked in the mirror and she plucked all the hairs I didn’t want plucked despite my explanation beforehand. I’m not sure what happened, but I won’t be going for my eyebrows. Probably just my upper lip.

I have been going there for awhile never had any issues until recent when I asked for just a clean up and got them super thin my eyebrows are thick and I just wanted a simple clean up like before. Also got them squared looking and uneven. Idk if the lady was in a hurry since there was like 8 people and only her.

Ive been coming here almost a year and never had any issues until today. They looked great until I got out to my car and realized how thin they are and SO uneven. I am so incredibly upset and disappointed to have to write this review, but even more upset at how janky and awful my eyebrows look! I will not return.Anyone who is considering coming here should find a local threader they trust (one or two person place) and stick with them. You will get better consistency and quality.

The ONLY place I trust with my brows. I’m incredibly particular and have had brow horror stories in the past; Brow Queen Blaine always listens to what I want, takes their time, and has always executed perfectly. They work wonders and now that I don’t wax, my brow hair grows back thicker and faster than ever!

They are ok, they lack shaping skills. They take off too much hair and made my eyebrows super thin and took off the beginning of the right eye brow and now I have to fill it in. They dont have the basic concept of eyebrow measurement when using the thread u are able to see where the eyebrow should start and end they are not using that system. I have went in a few times and got different ladies and noticed my eyebrows are not threaded proportionately.

I recommend Brow Queen to literally everyone I know because its truly the BEST place to get your eyebrows done!!! The staff is so professional, the service is amazing, and the place is always so clean. I usually just let Manar do my eyebrows, but they all do a great job too! Manar is just sooooo kind and exceeds my expectations every single time! If you have a request or are particular about how you want your eyebrows to look, she does a phenomenal job at giving you exactly what you want!! :) So thankful for her and the entire staff in general! Very hard working women. 10/10!!!

Usually you are supposed to welcome the customers and don’t show your proudness to them, you should keep it to yourself and not behave with customers rudely. You have to do your best for their satisfaction and treat everyone equally. Also if you feel that you are mentally upset you should check yourself in to the psychiatrist and not show it to the customers. I would have given you zero stars if I could.

We have been coming to Manar and Ola since they were in Rosedale Mall and they are so good at what they do that we followed them to Northtown Mall. NO ONE compares! LOVE these ladies and their work!

A tad pricey, but hey.. always people in line. Supply and demand.

The ladies at Brown Queen are amazing. I drive 30 minutes one way for my facial hair removal needs as the quality of their work is amazing. They are very professional, welcoming and friendly. Im so happy I found this place and will recommend them to all.

I always come here for my facial hair removal. Most of the ladies here are fabulous. I like my eyebrows to be a little on the thicker side so if thats you as well it is a good idea to tell the ladies that or else they sometimes get a little thin.

Love the new remodel. Been coming here to get my brows threaded since the price was $12. Price increase to $17 a bit much but it won’t stop me from coming I guess. If you come, ask for Manar! She does the best brow threading. I request her every time. ❤️

Had my brows done here today by a very sweet girl. Short wait time (for a Saturday, I expected to wait longer). She did a great job! Very reasonably priced, and if you enter your phone # into the kiosk at the front desk, you can earn points towards a free threading! (I think you get a free one after five visits).

When you enter in no one greets you. No hi or what kind of service you would like done. You just go in and sit and when they have a seat available they will say who is next.... Like you should have someone greet the customers and have them write their names down. There is no orderly fashion here. The wait times are ridiculous with 2 person working. Like clearly your business is doing well, its busy hire on more staff. I went there 2 times and had to wait 40+ minutes. Thats just way too long for a brow thread . Wont be wasting my time driving there and having to wait that long with rude customer service.

I have been coming here for almost a year and they are the best!!!!! Them girls got skills let me say that! I told the gal exactly how I wanted my brows and she delivered! I went las Friday 6/12 at 6:40 p.m, there are 2 customers inside, one employee of name Saja told me they close at 7:00, so no time for my eyebrows, I don’t said anything just oh ok 😞 so I keep walking around the mall, when I walk in front of the establishment 10 minutes later I see another customer talking with the same employee Saja, then she make time for the las customer???? I come in and ask her why if I was 10 minutes before that customer she said no time, but she make time for another person??? That’s not right!! I’m very disappointed.

The work they do here is clean, efficient, hygienic, and worth the money. The workers are welcoming and friendly. I recommend stopping by.

Honestly they have my lost for words... I have PCOS it’s a uterus disease and causes very thick and course facial hair that is hard and almost impossible to remove. I have been to nail salons to do waxing and the other women have complained made me feel ashamed of myself and sent me home crying and didn’t even do a good job. But when I went here at brown queen she was so nice did not say anything about how bad my hair was took it all off showed me the mirror and smiled at me. It’s literally all gone! And she was so nice and never complained about how long it took or about how bad the hair was I can’t wait to go back again! That’s the way it should be done!!!

Went here to get my eyebrows done (and I’m pretty picky about eyebrows) and they always turn out lovey! I’ve had times where I would leave dissatisfied from places and rather disappointed, but not here! The ladies working here are always nice, and super quick service :)

They do a fantastic job! The wait can get pretty long and although I am signed uo for the rewards program, I dont seem to be able to redeem points for discounts the way the promo claims.

Almost always get good brows from here. A few times have been thinned out, but you really need to emphasize on clean up and explain if they are too thinned out. Ive had to point in the exact spot and say what I like and dont like, they understand! Eyebrows will always needto be filled in, I just need a good base! Loveit here.

I used to like this place initially but my last few visits were simply terrible. Staff just gossips about other customers right in front of you. Not professional at allYoull be reminded each and every time to bring cash next time else be prepared for nasty stares if you swipe a credit card.

Have had my brows threaded for many years and love the results. We moved so I tried this place from a referral.The lady was rude treated people like She didnt want to be there. She was so rough. She kept pinching and pulling on my skin. She had me to stretch my skin so she could thread which Ive NEVER had a threader ask me to do. She broke my brows out from how rough the lady was. I have never had this happen, ever.I dont know if she was new or just didnt know how to thread, but I would never recommend going to her!!!!

I absolutely love Brow Queen. I make a special trip to the Northtown Mall just to come here to get my eyebrows done. They always do a good job. I LOVE it.I tried it for the first time 6 months ago since Im horrible at making them look the same myself, and now I will never go back to plucking or waxing!If you sign up for the rewards program in the store, you get coupons sent to you for $2 or something like that off your service.

So I got my brows done here first time in my life threading! I tried going on a weekend and it was extremely packed and the ladies looked like they were frustrated and rushing so I went on a Tuesday when it was empty.The girl did a fantastic job, she didn’t over thread my brows at all, and she was extremely sweet. I was stunned. I grew my brows out for 3 weeks to do this and they looked so professionally done and clean!The only reason why I’m giving it 4 stars is because my brows ended up breaking out very badly (and I have great skin and have barely ever had breakouts in my life)I would highly recommend going on a weekday so they will take the time and care to do your brows =)

I’ve been getting my eyebrows done with Ola and Mnar for about 4 years now (before they opens Brow Queen). My eyebrows were very thin and not matching. Mnar, over a few threading sessions was able to fix them into a beautiful shape. I’ve been with them since then and definitely my # one place for threading. Highly recommended.

Im not sure why so many people leave bad reviews for this place, but Ill never go anywhere else for my brows. They always look great and the staff is always very helpful and has your best interest. They are called brow queen for a reason, they are the best with fair prices! I reccomend them to all my friends and family.

This place is the worst. They have messed up my eyebrows both times I have been here. They dont listen when you ask for a specific look. And they rudely commented on my makeup job looking bad. I even told them how important it was because I planned on getting my eyebrows microbladed the next day, which now I cant do because they messed up the shape and gave me a completely straight shapeless eyebrow on one side and make it go down very low.

Horrible experience!!!! Ive been growing out my eyebrows for 5 months, and the lady butchered them. Not only did she over-thread them but theyre uneven and she cut me all over my fave. I have little scabs all around my eyebrows. The worst part is that my eyebrow technician didnt speak english. Her co-worker had to tell her what I wanted. How is she suppose to know what I want if someone has to translate it. Very upset, and dont recommend this place. That worth it!

ABSOLUTELY terrible! Dont do it how you want to! My wife has beautiful nice eyebrows and you trim them down to damn near nothing! You guys are a terrible business! It deserves 0. Ive been coming here for a year and this is the only place I trust my brows with. I have sparse and uneven brows, and they do a good job working with my brows. FYI, it can get a little busy, so I would try stopping by during quiet hours.

The gal took off half my eyebrows then proceeded to tell me I never had any there to begin with. I should have known when she was doing it because she kept pulling and pulling and pulling and it hurt a lot and it never hurt like that before. I’ve had them threaded many times and never had this experience. I will never go back!
