Every year for the last 5-6 years their customer service has become worse. One day when I needed to schedule a battery replacement I tried all morning to get to a live person in the service department. Left a voicemail after lunch (also letting them know this) and told them if they couldnt call me back by EOB they lost me completely. (This is not their first fumble.)Obviously they lost a customer. I had bought cars there, gotten service there for a long while. I simply wanted to /schedule/ an appointment in the next few days. Ah well.

Their service department really helped me with those Cabin Filters. Changed 1st time in 2 years....LOVE BRANNON HONDA. BOUGHT MY FAVORITE VEHICLE OF ALL TIMES THERE. 2019 HONDA CRV.GREAT CAR.... SEE CHARLIE RILEY for all your New Car Needs....

Bought my 2019 CRV here. Come here for routine maintenance. So far Im pleased with the service I receive. They have never taken more than about an hour. They are very friendly and so far have not tried to get me to pay for unnecessary services like Ive experienced at many other places in the past. The waiting room and restrooms are clean and they have snacks!

This is the best service Ive ever received at a dealership. Theyve never once beaten me up over extra repairs. They always take care of me and are honest and accommodating. Ill pass closer Honda dealerships to go to Brannon. Ill keep going back to them for service and any future vehicle needs.

TL;DR Horrible experience. Terrible customer service. They damaged my vehicle. Nobody answers their phone.We purchased our car from Brannon in 2020 (That was another bad experience, but a story for another review). Over the past few months, there have been a few minor issues we noticed with the vehicle. No biggie. I scheduled an appointment and took the car in on a Friday. We didn’t need the car over the weekend, so they kept it and said we could pick it up Monday evening.On Monday, I could not get in touch with my service advisor Shane. The front desk would answer, and would transfer us to Shane’s answering machine over and over. We left multiple voice mails. We called the front desk 3 or 4 times and asked to speak with anyone in the building who could tell us the status of our vehicle and if it was ready for pick up. Nobody could give us this information. Nobody in the building knew where the car was or its status.The next day Shane finally calls us back and explains that a tech damaged the interior door panel during the warranty work we were having done. He explained that Brannon was covering the repair for that, but the part was backordered and it would take 8-10 business days. We ultimately picked up the damaged car and drove home.Shane called us back maybe 8 days later and said the part was in stock. We scheduled an initially appointment, but we had to cancel it because we work in health care and things got crazy at the hospital.That brings us to today. I have called Brannon Honda 7 times over the past 2 days at different times and I cannot get Shane to answer his phone. We want to re-schedule an appointment to get our car repaired. We have left multiple voicemails with Shane and the service department. Nobody will call is back.I’m basically at a point where Brannon damaged my vehicle and I can’t get a single person besides the nice lady at the front desk to answer their phone. When we call she says “Let me transfer you.” We sit on hold for 5-10 minutes and then the call goes back to the front desk. She says “Let me page him.” And the cycle repeats. Eventually they just hang up on you. Unbelievable. Avoid at all costs.

Had service which consisted of an oil change, front end alignment and the air filter. All was well, excellent customer service however, my skid plate wasnt put back on (advised of the issue AFTER going to Firestone) and I had to go back. They sent a mechanic to try and provide a solution to the problem and he had no clue what it was. I went to Firestone and merely explained what I was hearing and thats when I was advised it was the skid plate. My question is if a Honda certified mechanic heard the issue and didnt know what it was and I again, only told the gentleman at Firestone, not sure I want them servicing my car.

Took my pilot last week to get an issue fixed. The issue started happening again after we picked it up, called and they advised us to bring it back in so we did. Got a call after we dropped it back off,telling us that Honda told them we have to drive it for 5k miles before they will even try to fix the problem again . Very unhappy. It takes us over an hour to get our car to the dealership and wish they would have told us that before they advised us to drive it back over there all for nothing . I still have an issue with my car and will have wasted 2 hours out of my day . We will not be using them again .
