I use to like this place but I went in for work this year and Im not satisfied. I went in for a diagnostic due to a message that showed in the dashboard and a leak. I was told throttle body replacement was needed and the leak wasnt checked nor priced. Their primary focus was replacing the throttle bottle and he did not check the leak. Shortly after the replacement, the same message appeared and I took it back. They informed there was an issue with sparks or a tune up was needed. I asked why wasnt it mentioned previously because I would have gotten it all done at once. The mechanic stated he informed me and he was sure he mentioned it. He did not because I still have the copy of the diagnostic report and quote. I also had the hood latch cable replaced during the same time. Not only did they mess up the side paneling that is now loose, 8 months later the hood latch cable is broken. I could take it back but the dealer advised that the work wasnt properly done. I will not be returning to this place.

I went here for a brake job. They called me up and told me that my caliper had a hydraulic blowout and would need to be replaced, along with the rotors and pads, plus my CV boot had a tear in it and would need to be replaced. They quoted me $1600 for the work.Not wanting to spend that much, I took my truck to a different mechanic. Come to find out, there was nothing wrong with my caliper, and the tear in my CV boot looked like it had been cut!In a nutshell, they tried to charge me $1600 for work I didnt even need, AND, theres a distinct possibility they cut the CV boot to try to get me to replace that too! Stay away from here! Crooks!

These guys always have my back. My commute is a long one and they always take care of me quickly. Great peace of mind.

Tried to initially charge me 4600.00 for brake job front and back. And then tried to justifying the price. Then he realized he made a mistake. Then ended up charging me 2600.00 after they were finished. After that I tried to pay with a check. I explained I was writing a check because its Saturday and my limit is 1500.00 on my debit card. They ran it anyway and declined it. Then they just keep waiting around and making phone calls. The entire situation was embarrassing as if I did not have the money to pay. I ended up going home and just getting the cash and driving back paying for it. Needless to say I wont be back.

Got charged $60 for an ineffective oil chage. Now have oil spots in the driveway and out $120 because of incompetence from oil changing experts

This is a great place to take your vehicle! I drive from Trussville to this location just to have my Honda repaired because they are honest and have the best pricing in the entire city of Birmingham! The phone number Google has listed is incorrect. It should be 980-5180.

If I could rate a zero.. I would. Got my oil changed and a new fuel filter. Paid.. Left.. Truck started sputtering and check engine light came on.. Took truck immediately back.. And now 3 hours later Im still sitting here... No answers... No communication. Ironically.. Another customer had her oil changed the same time and walked back in and her car broke down on hwy 280...DONT TAKE A CHANCE and be in the same situation that we are in....

I dont know how they remember me, but they do. Every time I go there. And theyre services are better and friendlier than Express.
