Ive been going here for a little over a year. I go every two weeks to get the SNS dip powder on my nails and I just started a couple of months ago getting pedicures. Ive never had a bad experience. Linda is my go to person now!! She always does a fantastic job!! And if I find something new that I want to try shes always down to try it!!

Nail tech kept changing the price while I try to get gel polish for my two daughters And young girl was very rude and when waited to tell the manager nobody seem to want to come forward. I would not recommend at all. Looks nice but service is not up to par.

Very long story but the service is terrible, not professional, and very rude.

Terrible service! I came for a simple gel manicure and the service was terrible along with the manicure. The technician cut my cuticles too low which caused me to bleed, the nail shape was terrible, i was not given a hand massage that usually comes with a manicure, and the polish job was terrible. This was my second time here and I am not pleased and I will not return.

I asked for one thing but got something better. The shop is clean and the nail techs are awesome.

These people have me waiting over an hour for a full set. AN HOUR!!!!! No one gave me a waiting time, no one checked on me or acknowledged me while I waited or even looked my direction. I’m so upset

I absolutely love this salon! The atmosphere, the people, and the products are all so relaxing and amazing! Linda does my nails but everyone is so sweet and welcoming! The Deluxe Pedicure is one of my favorite things...it is the best treat for yourself...you will not regret it! The pedicure chairs are so nice and elegant and I almost fall asleep every time I sit in them!! 🙌🏼 Go see them!!

This is the best nail place I have been to. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted. They seat you as fast as they can and get to work. Everyone here is so nice. I have been coming here for about a year now and have never had an issue. Sun Nails & Spa is the best!!!

The tech who did my pedicure tried pushing me to get a $45.00 pedicure and I stated what I wanted, immediately her she was upset. She began to handle my toes rough, I had to tell her lighten up and lastly, I asked why I didn’t get a massage, she said,” you didn’t ask for one.”, “you need to come every week or two weeks!”I understand that they’re trying techniques to push a more expensive service but to be unprofessional and angry with me is not the way!

Just not the experience I’m used to. My peach colored dip has specks of green sparkles on 6 nails (I did not choose a dip with sparkles already in it) and they were not able to buff them out, my cuticle bed on one nail was cut twice, the top coat used at the end was either old or they didn’t dry because the technician didn’t give them enough time but she had to take off 4 different nails and reapply from lumps being formed, and after being cleared to leave I had to turn around because one nail’s top coat was peeling. Even though I was sat immediately, the process took just about two hours. I’ve been here in the past and had an enjoyable experience dealing with gentle and diligent technicians..not what I remembered.*UPDATE*One day later, the top coat is cracking on two nails. Won’t be back.

I have been going here now for over a year.The people there are very friendly and they call me Starbucks Girl 😂 it’s a inside joke. I would recommend this Nail Salon 💅 . It’s very elegant and the atmosphere is wonderful.See Linda she’s the best I have been going to her for years but the other ladies and gentlemen do a good job as well.This is the place to go.

I would not recommend this nail salon. I have tried it numerous times and Im never satisfied. I recently went with my dad to get pedicures and my pedicure was so rough and rushed. There is no regard to customer service here, they spend more time conversing with each other instead of paying attention to the customer.

Love going to get pampered by Kim she does great job on manicure and pedicure and takes her time. Also Wendy does great job on lip and brow waxing.

I havent had a pedicure in a few years, so... Yeah. My nail tech was great and thorough and had strong hands! Nice, relaxing atmosphere.

This used to be my favorite place. They have hired some very rude employees. Old Man assisted me and was upset because I couldnt hold my foot like he asked. I have tendinitis in my ankle and it was uncomfortable. He then started to talk about me in his language not knowing that I could understand him. The other older lady that worked there then demanded him to be nice. Although Ill miss Stacy and Stephen I wont be back. My toes look like a 2 year old painted them and Im disappointed.

Came here on the off chance and I was pleasantly surprised. They where extra friendly, I didnt wait long and my nails where done fabulously. I am quite particular when it comes to my nails, so to give aPlace 5 stars is a big deal. I highly recommend this place, you wont be disappointed!

I’ve tried so many nail salons, and none measure up. Wendy is the best! I always ask ahead for her, and it’s wonderful to go someplace where they know and remember you. I moved last year and tried several closer salons, but they were all horrible experiences. It’s worth the time to drive to Trussville. I can count on my French gel manicure to last 3 weeks easy. They are always so friendly, and they truly bend over backwards to help. I’ve never had anything less than an A+ experience. Prices are very reasonable, Ive even brought my daughters several times for mani and pedis. Now they’ve expanded to doing eyelashes and facials. Highly recommend.

I have been coming to this place for over ten years. Today Bob cut me so I asked do I get a discount. They went crazy. All of a sudden no one was in charge and Bob left the place. When he returned I asked him about the discount and he said I dont appreciate him doing my nails. I said I dont appreciate my skin being cut. So my husband was like let it go. I told Steven, Stacey and Bob that I will never return. They get a complete zero for customer service 🤦. I also told them everyone is in charge when its time to pay😂😂.

Horrible Horrible experience!!! I took my niece to the salon 6/30 for a polish and design for her birthday. I was directed to a young lady who was obviously new (due to her lack of knowledge). So when we asked for a simple design she stated someone else in the shop will have to do it because she did not know how. Issue #1, she did not put the base coat on after she did the French tips, Issue# she polised over the White tips with a colored base the stained the polish, Issue #3 she was forced by the owner to do a design she did not know how to do. Since my niece is only a child, we opted for a simple flower, which turned into a 30min job. When she completed the job, she said you do not have to pay for the design. No one assisted my niece to the area to dry. The owner/guy the asked the tech how much to charge and she said 10.00 because the design was messed up. He told me 13.00 and walked over to look at her nails. When I repeated what she said, he states no 13.00 for the design. They have horrible service and they are RUDE!!!!! This was my first and LAST time. Try MODEL NAILS in MCCALLA, AL or HOOVER, AL--they are the Best!!!!!!!!

Started as a awesome visited ended bad. Never allow the man in this shop to service you. If you notice theres no pricing hanging for people to see. They overcharge for services and when you question they get very rude. They only have three people working so when someone threatens to leave they stop working on you to began another persons service. Not paying attention they use the same gloves on me they used on the job they just begun. Be careful because mistakes like this can close a place down.

I wouldve given them 5 stars but my nails on my hands are weak from the SNS and my toe nail turned yellow and the lady let me walk out and pay her as if nothing was wrong. I even tipped her only to see the damage two days later.

I went here to find a new nail home after moving from out of state. The first time I went, I was blown away. The young girl did an awesome job on my toes and even gave great conversation. She was very attentive. So I decided to go back a second time. The second time was horrible. I waited a hour to get in a pedicure chair because only 2 persons were doing nails and feet. I didnt mind because I had such a nice time during my last visit. But instead of getting the young lady I had the last time, I was given a guy who did not take his time at all to do my toes. The paint was sloppy and he rushed through the massages. When he was done, I waited for him to help me put back on my sandals. He didnt say thank you or anything, he just got up and walked away. I was confused about if he was done or not. I just got up, put on my sandals, paid and walked out. I would be willing to try again only if I could be garaunteed quality service across all technicians. I dont want to toss a coin everytime I go.

Do not go there over priced and a crappy service I went ther to get my nails because a friend recommended me to go there but when I got There I waited for two hours to get my nails done but when I finally got them done the man that did my nails rushed through and didn’t even put a top coat on .when he was done he charged me 65 dollars for simple acrylic nails with gel polish by the second day the polish started chipping away so I highly recommend that you do not go there !
