The service here is very good. They also do wonderful work on your nails, toes, and eyebrows. My only complaint is that they are never open when the business hours say they will be open. They may open late or they may not show up at all. I drive all the way from Hoover to get here so you know they are doing a great job and they are my preference. I also dont like the fact that it doesnt matter if you were the first to arrive or not. If they get really busy, they will start bouncing around serving everyone a little at a time so you end up leaving like two and a half hours later. Its best not to come on Fridays or Saturdays because it is their busiest times. Also, the area is a little ratchet so I wouldnt recommend being there after dark. Despite the area, and the professionalism, this is always my go to place for my nails, toes, and eyebrows because their work is professional quality.

I didnt have a problem getting the service i needed and wasnt pressured into getting something else. The shop is clean and you dont get the vibes that the people are laughing at u in another language. Everyone was so respectful. I love them. For $35.00 i got 5 star service!!! 😃

Charged me $32 for pedicure because they removed gel polish at first it was they were charging me for gel polish but I said I didn’t want it so they said ok then it still ended up bring $32 when I was supposed to be charged $27 then called the police on me I didn’t get loud didn’t argue or anything just wanted my $13 I was owed started whispering to a customer about my price so I just left HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED DO NOT GO HERE LADY HAD A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE

The guy was unfair I was next he put my foot in the water put no solution in the waterTo wait on a customer he knows I asked him about the solution he ignored meThese people think they can do whatever they want to do

Wish I could attach a picture. I used to get my nails done in Atlanta because I like to get styles and designs different than everyone else and to really stand out!! I got long coffin shape with marble design on every finger and it turned out so amazing that I will now use this as my regular nail salon!!! I’m a very satisfied costumer 💖

I visited this salon last evening for a manicure and pedicure. . I was impressed with the precautions they were taking to prevent the spread of COVID. Barriers were in place. Masks were worn. Hand sanitizer was used. I loved the professionalism and awesome work of “Moon”. I will definitely return.

Very dissatisfied. The guy that did my nails kept pulling my hands and fingers to position to the point I was getting very upset..and too..the place just was not kept up like it used to be back in the past.

Because on my love him a ring finger nail nail am I love you marry me do whatever you wanna call it it’s starting to come up and I just got a day like yesterday in the polish is Holloway is not a good polish in the stuff was on my head she was very aggressive like Sheila very impolite I do messages anyone else going here because my nails are really coming up in all that you done yesterday so I have are you come to come its face in it don’t go there okay and then I and my nails are placed incorrectly in if you go there are there are you not to get acrylic because they don’t like that one the lady there do you know how to do it

This was my first time coming here. The person who did my nails was very nice and talkative. They are very inexpensive in my opinion because Im usually paying $30-$40 in Nashville. The only thing I didnt like was that he rushed a little bit but my nails were still perfect

Ive been going here for over 10 years and I will only go here from now on, me and my mother tried a new place with amazing service and personality but they did a horrible job, I came here for the removal since they just would not come off, even fixed my moms cracked nails with an over lay of acrylic that were also the cause of her trying to take them off by herself. Wonderful. Service, only go here Ill be returning for a full set asap. Love the owner and their family!

I paid $22 for a pedicure. The service was low quality. The young lady did not perform a foot nor leg massage. After polishing my toes, she did not clean them up. She also filed down too much, on my big toe. I am completely dissatisfied!

Very bad slow service. The older gentleman with the glasses was my nail tech. He did a very poor job. I wear my nails short and round with a overlay. For some apparent reason he decided to put nail glue at the end of each one of my nails. Which is causes my gel polish to chip at the tips. It has not been 24 hours.Stay away from this place. Yesterday evening was my first and very last visit.

These ignorant ass people didnt even let me get my nails done at 6:20 and there door say they close at 7! And the product they use cheap and the high!
