John, has been doing my nails for over 5 years. He is excellent at his craft. His brother does a mean pedicure. His whole family care about the service they give and are very professional. If you have to wait for service it is well worth it!!

Everyone was so nice! I got the ultimate pedicure and the hot stone massage was amazing. Im new to getting my nails done and forgot i meant to get dip powder and not gel, but it was fine. Still a beautiful job! Manicure too. 105 for both.

Customer service is great as usual. John and Sarah are my favorites! They tend to get super busy but they give everyone their own undivided attention. If you want great results then this the place to come to!!

I would argue that this shop has some of the best in-shop nail techs in the area! This is my first time coming here and I requested a pretty complicated full set. Liz executed the set flawlessly and with her own flair! I have very sensitive skin, but she was not rough with my hands at all. I didn’t have to wait very long, I’ll but Liz informed me that I came in a good day and that it is normally packed. All-in-all, I enjoyed my experience and my nails are gorgeous! I will be back!

Beautiful atmosphere for location! Also as a pro their services on pedicures are impeccable. I usually get an overlay or tip on my big toe and they do not disappoint. What keeps me from rating this salon/spa higher is the customer service! I’m big on that especially when it comes to MY dollars. If it’s a certain customer the tone is much different No greeting they just stare at you in which I find very rude to the point I almost run out! This doesn’t sit well with me considering having to wait an hr at best I’ve waited longer !! Did I say they’re good?! They stay overly crowed even on a weekday in which they can barely handle for their prices. This is why I can’t be a regular only come on special occasions because I love their work .

The only thing I hate about this place is that I love it so much that I know I should get on here and give them public praise! They do incredible work with dip nails and pedicures. Too bad I cant keep it a little secret, they deserve the business!

I came to do my nails and the door was locked but there were people inside. Instead of telling me that they were closing soon (which is not written anywhere on the door) the woman rudely waved me away from where she was in the shop. I will never come back.

I had to wait an hour to be served, which was understandable because it was a Saturday morning and they do not accept appointments. I got there right at opening time (9:00) but there was already a line and no available nail techs. An hour later once I sat down for my dip manicure the manicure was constantly interrupted by the nail tech answering the phone about every two minutes and getting up to welcome customers that entered. For client care the business should really consider having a receptionist or someone not doing a manicure to answer phones or welcome customers. The lack of attention definitely showed in my manicure. I got dip and it started chipping about 2 days later and did not even last one week. I will not be returning and would not recommend this salon to friends or family.

Tracy did an amazing job on my nails. She did not make my full set thick and my nail bed does not have pain. Will go back!

Definitely the best place to go

I have had satisfactory visits. however, my nails have lifted before. gave them a few chances bc my nails were very clean cut shaped very well.. yesterday 4/30/2021 was my last day going to infinity. THEY MAKEUP PRICES everytime u go which are ridiculously high. the made up prices is the reason i will never go bk. this is based off of all my experiences. for example, yesterday i was charged $120 for services short nails, coffin shaped, gel, pedi, no designs. however, before i came in and had a full set, stiletto shape, xtra long, gel, pedi, cut down on toes, and 1 acrylic toenail, 3 designs on nails and was charged $105. pedicure done by brian this time was pathetic he skipped a lot of steps and didnt perform the massage all of maybe 1 min then to the nxt step. it was a rushed pedicure. overall, i gave them chances and i will not be going back and will no longer recommend them.

Went here today for the first time and they did a great job! First pedicure while pregnant and will definitely be back :)

I walked in and specifically requested Liz for a redo of my nails. She had a client in her seat already so I waited an hour. My turn comes up and so she started with me all but 5minutes. Then she tell me to go sit back as if I am waiting to be serviced. She tell the person that came in after me to sit in her chair and proceeded to give her a fill in. I wait another 15 minutes and I get up and ask her what was going on. Plainly she wants me to wait until she finishes with the person that came in much later than me. This was so unprofessional that I left without getting served. I will never go back again to be treated like that. It’s very plain to see that trying to get every dollar you can without regard to a system that they incorporated is more important than honoring the sign in list.

They were really nice... but I didnt understand why my price went from 65 for 2 (me and my mother) and 105 for myself when it was a fill in and pedicure again.... and then I had to come back because the acrylic came off my nail way too early. I was just here a few days ago... for the money i spent, that shouldnt have happened this early.

If you want to pay 70 for a polish change for toes and nails go ahead I will never go again

Walked in at 5:15 and they said that they were closed. The sign and google says they close at 6. I understand you’re ready to go at a certain time but if you’re gonna stop taking customers at five then change your close time to 5. And I called while I was in the parking lot and you said you were taking walk-ins. 🙄

Their salon was so clean when I went. No matter how many people are waiting, they do not rush. The people are nice and my nails look soooo good! No extra polish around the edges or anything!

She literally scrubbed my foot for about 5 seconds. She also skipped a few steps and when I told her she just smiled. Never coming back.

Waited for 40 mins today. No acknowledgement from the staff upon my arrival nor of me waiting. Two other customers came after me, was approached, asked what they needed, and then were seated before me. Poor customer service. Was trying them out since I heard such great things but my visit was very unpleasant.
