Started filing without asking about nail shape, the gel application was streaky, and uneven shape at the cuticle line

We had a very simple design in mind.... they couldnt do it. Went to a different shop and had it done with NO PROBLEMS!! If youre looking for designs or simple art DONT GO HERE!!

They are great and are very kind!! They treated me and my mom nicely, and our nails look amazing. I looked through reviews, I was really surprised seeing these bad reviews, mind they only tell you they can’t take you if they know they won’t have time, it’s not a race thing or anything personal. I’ve gone there 7-9 times (I don’t usually go out). I guess you can’t always trust reviews.

They are my favorite nails salon BY FAR. They are so kind and actually quicker than other places. I request designs all the time and they always do it flawlessly. I find other places and try them but always end up going back to them. They are simply so amazing. All of the workers there are very nice and they have probably one if the best customer and nail services I know. I would recommend 100000%.

I don’t know what these reviews are talking about. They are so kind and I go there regularly, they probably have one of the best services I know of. All of my friends that I recommended can back this up. Going through these reviews I honestly don’t agree with them at all except for the good ones. All of the employees are very kind especially Tiffany she’s so sweet. Overall I gotta say I’ll probably going to switch them to my main nail techs since they are way closer to my house and treat every customer and people around them with so much kindness

All the girls here do a lovely job on my nails and toes. Weekend wait is long, but almost no wait ever during the week. Prices are the best anywhere for their services and Im always pleased. Love that they remember me when I come in. Calf massage can put me to sleep its so relaxing!

I have been going here for almost 10 years. They do great work, so I never go anywhere else. Its hard to find a good nail tech and they are definitely wonderful. Please dont believe the bogus reviews they have. They are awesome! You get what you pay for. Yes they are a little more expensive than some places but not much more and the work is better.

Ive been to this shop a few times now, and my nails have turned out well. I come here when I cant get an appointment with my regular nail artist. I have enjoyed great service, and my nails tech Ann, did a wonderful job! It had been several weeks since Id had my nails done, so a fill in was definitely needed! She didnt say a word about how they looked. She just went to work, and my nails looked fabulous! I like the atmosphere there, and my wait time has never been too long. Im going again this morning! 😊

I’ve been going to them for a few years now. They always do an amazing job. My nails look better than when I get them done elsewhere. They are always so kind and very fast. I won’t go anywhere else.

Kudos ladies!! Excellent job!! My husband and I are traveling (with our service dogs, in training) and needed a good pedicure before our convention tomorrow. Bailey (1 of the dogs) was whiny and figgety, the ladies were so patient and gentle, even bringing each dog a Dasani water bottle. They did a great job on my nails too.

I was there this evening! There staff is very unprofessional and doesn’t know good customer service if you threw it in there face! How can you allow me to sign in, start on my services and then tell me you want be able to complete them. But you have the audacity to charge me for soaking off my nails.I will not recommend you to anyone and wait on the letter from the courts because this customer will have satisfaction.

I sat in the shop for 35 minutes waiting to get my nails done, only for them to tell me they didnt have time to do my nails today. I would have appreciated if they would have told when I initially walked through the door.

I called in at 7p. they told me if i came in before 8p i could get a fill in. got there at 7:49p i was told to sign in and as soon as i signed in they told me they wouldnt take me because it was too late, mind you they close at 9pm. i believe they provide good customer service depending on how you look.... but thats bama for ya tho.

This place was horrible. A man that said his name was Tom did my nails and when I would tell him something that I did not like he would say there was nothing he could do about it. They over charge because lack of business, but their customer service is the true problem. None of them have a problem doing bad work and sending you on your way. This was my first and last time going there. When I paid he tried to give me a frequent customers discount card but I told him that I would not need it. Their standards are very low, this was my worst nail shop experience ever.

They make it look amazing on the website, but its not. they suck! I got a full set here, ended getting a small cut on my finger, because of them, and they cant even make a design nice. I wouldnt recommend this place...

I got to the nail salon at 7p after just getting off (from 6:30a-7p). Sat and waited and he comes to me at 8:35p and says that he cant do my pedicure. He and the other techs knew before 8:35 that you wouldnt be done with me by 9p. Not to mention that I live in Tuscaloosa. This was my first time and obviously my last. Horrible and inconsiderate

Horrible Customer service, consistently lies about the time frame, very slow workers. The women also appear to have attitudes if you make a request or correction. Plus the little wild CHILDREN running around . THUMBS DOWN. WILL NEVERRRR GO BACK.NOT EVEN AS A LAST RESORT .After they took to ling to do my PEDICURE they rushed me out before I was even dry.

Where to start ... They were first nails alright!First to let us sit and wait for 45 minutes! Thats without a word or apology btw.First to only have four employees working on a Friday night.First to have food sitting around the workspace.First to have high prices that clearly dont reflect their work or environment.First to have over 100 bottles of polish that were likely 100 years old.We left and they said nothing. At least I got some reading done. That was the highlight of the trip.

This was my first time coming but it wont be my last! I came on a Monday evening after work, about 7 pm, and only waited a minute or two before I was waited on for my pedicure. The massage chair & relaxing pedi were just what I needed after a stressful day at work! Simply wonderful!

Could not go to my regular shop so I was going to try them since I know some people who go there. Signed in and waited for an hour before I was told I could only get a fill in or a pedicure at that time and would have to come back tomorrow for the other. When I asked why I wasnt told that earlier he was very rude, turned his back on me and would not answer. Never again!!

The staff was a little slow. However I prefer quality over time. So over all it was ok

I came and nobody greeted, told me the wait time or anything. Matter fact, no one said anything. It was like they were mad because they had another client and was hoping I would just leave. So I walked out. This place not even worth my coins. Plenty of nail salons around.

I witnessed the owner of the shop belittle one of the customers to the point that she started crying just because she asked him a question about service that she recieves every time she comes here. His exact words to her were if you want to learn how to do nails go to school. This was absolutely disgusting! At the end of the day, with out your customers you wouldnt have a business. Would of gave them no stars if the option was available.

I do not write reviews but this place sucks. they do not know how to do nails properly. and it is too expensive

On top of a very dirty Salon, I asked if my daughter could have a hello kitty design on her nails and I have Minnie Mouse on mine, was told yes, wascharged for both but NEITHER designs looked remotely close to what was asked for. They even laughed at how the designs turned out. My nails were crooked and bulky, completely rushed. Had to go to another salon to fix the problems. I’ve tried this salon 3 times, but never again.

Horrible service. Came by 8pm two days in a row and was denied service. How many guys actually get there feet done. Not many. And Im black. I wont be trying again!

They are very unprofessional. I stopped by there yesterday after running errands and waited 30 minutes for them to tell me they couldn’t do my nails and toes. They told me I had to pick one service and they still had 30 minutes before their shop closed. I won’t ever stop there again!

Tonight I took my 2 small daughters for a girls night. They were excited for their 1st pedi & mani. We arrive at 6:45pm, nail salon closes at 9. After about 10 minutes a man began painting our nails. While he was painting my daughter, I showed him a picture on my phone of a design & asked if he could paint a rainbow, only on their ring fingers! he glanced at the pic for 2 seconds and said “No”. It was so simple! I could have done this myself. He went on to tell me that her hands were too small and all of the colors would blend together instead of making lines to appear like a rainbow. I let it go,even though i knew it was possible to do.I saw the disappointment in my daughter b/c she had her heart set on that design.We went to our pedi chairs and sat,waiting for one hour, no soak. My girls became restless & tired but I tried to keep the upbeat attitude.We finally started soaking our feet around 8pm &2 ladies started on my daughters first. At 8:10a lady came and began to work on me. By 8:30 she was halfway through painting my toes. I was a bit confused while she was painting them. I had hot towels on my legs but absolutely no leg massage, no foot massage, no lotion, NOTHING after the rough uncomfortable 10 minute scrubbing of my feet. NOTHING, except the hot, lukewarm actually, towels. After she gets done painting my toes I am thinking, well maybe she wants them to dry while she finishes up? Next thing I know, she gets up, walks around a minute & then walks out of the nail salon into the mall. I’m sitting there a bit baffled not knowing if we are done? the lady working on my 5 year old completes her toenail painting (both of their pedis lasted 10-15 minutes longer than mine!) and once she is completely finished with my daughter she then proceeds to put my shoes on. Then it hit me that my pedi was over and I pretty much received half a pedicure. Even my toes were not painted properly. We wait about 5 more minutes for my 3 year olds pedi to be finished and as I am waiting, the lady that worked on me comes back inside the salon. As they are adding up my total I asked her, very politely, about my pedicure. She told me that all three pedis were $35 each. I kindly asked her if mine was $35 too & noted that it only lasted 20 minutes & it says in their pedicure menu book of what services they offer & that my pedicure based on their standards, wasn’t completed. She said that she did complete it. I said “I’m sorry, but you didn’t do these things (noted the areas she skipped over to her)”. She began to become very angry, which in turn made me angry. I asked her to feel my legs & feet and tell me if there was any lotion on them, & since their wasn’t how could she have completed? She then becomes even more angry and yells at me to get back into the chair & she will finish! She yelled at me that she had 15 minutes until 9 when they closed, so I needed to get back into the chair! I was not about to get back in the chair after seeing how angry she was, & my children were over it at this point & ready to go home. I received no discount, no apology, no understanding of my feelings of having to pay for services I didn’t receive. The rudeness over the issue is the reason for my negative review. I just wonder how they would feel if they paid $130 for something and part of that money was paid for NOTHING because they didn’t get everything they were paying for. I understand the nail salon profession has to be depressing and monotonous. It was written all over their faces as soon as we walked in & I actually felt a bit sympathetic toward them when we were waiting.But blatantly lying that she did something she didn’t do, & then not being able to own up to it or apologize or take $5 dollars off the price, & then yelling at me to “Get back in chair!” My goodness. I still tipped her&hope she sees it wasn’t about me wanting a discount,it was about the principle of not getting what I was paying for.I would suggest choosing a different place if you want friendly faces,& someone that actually cares about providing good work.

Ive visited this salon a number of times, but my experience last week solidifies my decision to never go again. I had the most rushed pedicure and gel polish ever. The elder in the salon did both. I waited longer than my deluxe pedicure lasted. The nail tech next to me was working on a girl who had been in the middle of her pedi while I was waiting, and the girl was still seated, getting her pedi when mine was completed. It was an absolutely poor job! Then for my nails, my tech rushed to remove my previous gel, scrapping and ruining my nails and nail beds, then quickly applied my new polish. She got up and walked away as soon as she finished. I had to request she apply another top coat bc they looked awful! On top of the terrible nail job, the service is horrible, the salon is messy. This lady constantly gave nasty looks at the women walking in. This salon used to be top notch!And the prices are high bc it is the mall, but the least you can do is a decent job...bc it is your job. If you dont need the money, the customers, and clearly dont enjoy what you do, stop doing nails.

Terrible experience. When asking them to correct terrible job, the nail tech began to be extremely rough and tacky. If there were an option to give no star at all, Id do it in a heartbeat. I still had to pay and left very unsatisfied.

Terrible asked forCoffin and came out with literally a straigh nail no shape at all. My mom asked for a full set and she only got three nails put on her and the rest with acrylic and she told them squared and she gave her round. Terrible 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Set in the shop for two hours for a spa pedicure and then I was told around 6 PM thank you that they would not be able to do it. My fill in is crap its lumpy and has bubbles and SLOPPY. Never again. I asked him why didnt he tell me when I sat down he had a very horrible excuse. And told me to come back tomorrow. I have to pay for a fill in thats crap. I have to go to another shop tomorrow. I wish I could post a picture

Just left, they charge me $$50 for a overlay and could of went somewhere else for $35 what a ripoff. They didnt do a good ofA job at that. A waste of money. Never Will go there again.

The worst work that I have ever had done. My nails looked crooked and lumpy. Their prices are crazy for the work they do. I had to go somewhere else to get my nails fixed. Do NOT go here.

Im looking at these REVIEWS and I agree they are horrible I went in here last year and they said nothing I also left ...they really need to check there REVIEWS BECAUSE that are HORRIBLE .the same people are not going to say the same thing about a person unless it true ..come on they have a 2.2 PERCENT REALLY THAT SAYS IT ALL..
