I currently stay here these are the worst apartments I’ve ever stayed in in my life. If I would’ve known the stuff that would break or how long it took for them to come look at repairs to fix them I would’ve never moved here. Management team is disrespectful won’t even say hey when you speak to them in the neighborhood. Sent them the paperwork for my service animal months ago they did a random inspection now they tryna say I have dogs unaccounted for which is a lie I have there paperwork on the fridge if they would’ve looked in the inspection they could’ve saw that too busy worried about other things that wasn’t happening. If it comes down to them charging me for my dog my service animal lawyers are ready to sue and they have my full backing. I hate this place I can’t wait until my lease is upon your looking at this don’t move here please bad place and over priced for it.
Great property! The spacious layout makes it for me. Love walking the dog around the lake.Living at avenues of Inverness you are seconds away from restaurants, grocery, shopping and more
We love living at The Avenues of Inverness! It is a beautiful property with the peacefulness of the lake and the privacy of the trees. The staff is always happy and helpful. 5 stars!
This place is beautiful! Mary-Katherine is such a helpful leasing agent. She makes the process SO easy!
Yessss, oh my gosh!! I was looking for an apartment and found Mary Katherine as I call her MK!! She is an absolute pleasure to work with very fun and friendly!! Very down to earth and can put a smile on anyone’s face!! Very amazing properties to look for and everything!! She is amazing hands down would 20/10 recommend her!!
Probably THE worst apartment on 280. It’s affordable for a reason. Extremely old apartment units, that haven’t been maintained in who knows how long. The unit you your and the unit you get will not look similar or even close to the same unit at all, the layout is all that will look the same. The whole community and trash area is just disgusting, trash everywhere. Parking is a joke, the office staff could care less that tenants have millions of people over taking up parking spaces for actual paying tenants. There’s only 2 or 3 maintenance staff that actually do their jobs. The office staff and management is a joke. Cyndi has got to be the rudest, fakest lady I’ve ever encountered. Amber, Chanel, DeOnna aren’t any better. The apartment wasn’t even cleaned when I moved in, I had multiple issues with the air conditioner unit. The fridge was absolutely disgusting and holding on with duct tape. I could go on forever but I’m sure you get the idea.
Beautiful place, wonderful friendly and accommodating staff, I’m always treated with great care. And one young lady I believe is named Mary Katherine stands out with her friendly and welcoming demeanor.
The apartment complex is a really good price and also the staff there are really awesome! I would definitely look for Mary Katherine, she is a really staff member and helps you get the best of the best!
Great property! Brianna was amazing to work with! Such a bubbly personality & great work ethic!
Love love 💕 living at Avenues of Inverness! Great team, great maintenance crew! Beautiful campus!!
Great property! Brianna was very professional, knowledgeable and allaround great to work with!
Ohhhh those places are so nice, I am so happy with the service I got from Brianna McAuley. She was so sweet and so helpful. I couldnt have picked a better place to stay.
This is a beautiful property and they have an amazing staff. I love the lakes and mature trees everywhere. A friend lives here and Ive been to her apartment. Huge apartment with lots of space and updates.
I looked at a lot of apartments near here, but I feel like I got the best value living here. The staff is friendly, the community is clean, and the apartments themselves are good quality. The maintenance crew has responded and fixed all my maintenance requests the day after submitting them. Great place to live!
DeOnnna was fabulous and made sure everything was great of my move in! Can’t recommend her enough
This is my third time to live here in 20 years. Great location, professional staff, and perfect setting.
Great place to live Great leasing agents Especially Mary katherine
Amber was super helpful. Cant wait to move in!
Beautiful scenery, great and very friendly office staff.
I am so excited to be moving in to The Avenues of Inverness the staff is so welcoming especially DeOnna Holt. She stayed in contact with me and worked with my busy schedule. I loved the view of the lake and the pool and the model apartments are just gorgeous. Thank you so much cant wait to see you all again when I move-in.
Great property! Brianna is lovely to work with!
Melissa was Awesome!! She is very nice, professional and kind person. She answered all my questions whenever I called. She knows the stuff. Thank you Melissa !! You are the best !!. Apartments are nice and spacious. Good community !! Maintenance service is good, they do the request on time. I truly enjoying the stay !! The unit which I stay is scenic and has a lake view, loved it. Once again Thank you Melissa !!
The community is great and quiet. I love how it is a very secluded neighborhood but restaurants, grocery stores and shopping is close by. I love the view of the lake from my patio. The move in process was so easy and fast. The staff are amazing as well, theyre always there to help.
Mrs. Morgan was literally the best! She helped understand apartment hunting seeing that this is my first apartment. She was honest and very professional and I look forward to moving-in in October!
Such a wonderful place and wonderful staff. Will help in anyway possible!!!
Great management! They have done a wonderful job of keeping the property looking beautiful and clean. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to live on 280!
The leasing agent I talked to yesterday was kind of rude when I asked about a 1BR.1BA apartment and how fast I could move in. I was a bit disappointed. The Avenues of Lakeshore(their sister property) always had excellent customer service.
The Avenues of Inverness is a great place to live. Not only is the staff very helpful but the maintenance team is A-one. When you put in a work order they come within a day or so.
Chanelle was extremely helpful in the process of moving apartments!! She informed us on everything we needed to know, and even called just to check in on us through the week! Very nice apartments
Brianna was great when I came and toured!
Great place to live, and great location.
Absolutely terribly managed property. Pool was always disgusting the entire 15 months I lived there. They don’t listen to anything their tenants say or ask for. Just an all around terrible apartment complex, stay away. Rent is way too high for it to be so bad.
One word....Awesome!!!! I couldn’t have asked for a better apartment hunting experience. Amber, is absolutely fantastic! She took her time to answer all my questions and is very knowledgeable about the entire complex as if she built it herself!!The units are very nice and spacious. This is a place I can’t wait to call HOME😊
Bad decision moving to this property. From day 1 to now there’s this loud ringing noise that comes from the building. It comes on at any time throughout the day and night and it is very annoying. It stays on for hours to the point where my ears are literally ringing once it goes off. I have complained several times about the issue and nothing has been since about it. If I knew about this before I signed the lease I never would have signed it. When I lease expires I’m running from this place.
They are all very friendly and always willing to help no matter what the situation is and the maintenance department is fantastic when it comes to you putting in maintenance request they are the fastest group of individuals I’ve ever seen I would 100% recommend this apartment complex to anyone!
These apartments are priced low for a reason the unrenovated apartments have been completely unmaintained. The apartment was FILTHY when we arrived. Its clear someone smoked like a chimney in here. Tar seeps from the ceiling and forms streaks on our walls 8 months after we moved in and we clean regularly. The carpet should have been replaced years ago. The the community trash overflows often and then people just pile their trash outside of it. The air filter looked like it had not be replaced in years when we finally though to ask about (who doesnt change the filter between tenants?).Overall this complex has a nice pool a nice pond and good trees. The apartments themselves are dumps. If you can afford to live elsewhere I recommend you do so. We will be moving out as soon as our lease ends.
This is a beautiful complex with a friendly staff always available to assist with any needs necessary.
WORST APARTMENT!! Our apartment has black mold on every single air vent, lights don’t work half of the time, and it’s clear every repair they did as cheap as possible (drawers are misaligned and break, there’s paint all over all of the light switches and even on the closet door frames making them unopenable). Not to mention we have continually tried to reach the apartment complex with multiple complaints about our neighbors and fears for our safety after an incident that happened and they have never once responded. Cars get broken into ALL THE TIME, trees fall and damage cars (apartment complex NEVER clears the partially falling trees). And there is a specific tenant whose car alarm goes off almost every night (sometimes at like 2 am). The walls are so paper thin that we can word for word hear people talking outside our apartment, which is a BIG problem because our neighbors like to sit outside and talk very loudly on their phones or sometimes just play loud music at ALL times of the night, most often around 2-3 am which makes it very difficult to sleep. The trash sometimes doesn’t get picked up for 4-5 days and there will be piles in front of some apartments. I’ve heard horror stories about this apartment complex since moving in but wow I never thought I’d want out of a lease so bad. Horrible management, they could at least respond to our emails.
The staff was wonderful and very informative. Tasha was amazing and very helpful with the application and moving process!!
I decided to do a 4 month update. At first, I thought I found “ my home away from home” and I was so wrong. Within the first 2 months, maintenance was very responsive and I took in the fact that the ratio between the maintenance staff vs the entire complex would be time consuming. I am still waiting on minor repairs that was reported 2 months ago. I currently have a rug in my kitchen to hide a hole that was there upon move in. White cabinets/appliances are super dirty! My appliances are out dated. There’s dirt and hair that has been painted over lol. For what I am paying ($1,100+!) my money would be better used in nearby apartment complexes up the street! My rent fluctuates every month and the “cheapest” rent I’ve paid was within my first month of living here! When you’re going through a hardship, if it is not Covid related, please be prepared to be able to suffice for that. When I was behind on rent, I communicated effectively with office staff. If I knew what I was getting myself into early on, I would’ve went else where for my hard earned money’s worth. I will get through this, but lesson truly learned. If you’re looking to spend $1k+ please do your research around the entire 280 Highway.
Very nice living condition very nice place traffic on 280 is kind of hard
Been here since 2016. Great place to live! quiet and beautiful. Maintenance and staff are friendly and helpful.
Ive had to call maintenance for more and more for nothing but the plumbing. Ive had sink and showerhead leaks, the disposal leaking, and my toilet keeps backing up. Ive had to call 3 times this month alone for that. If it isnt fully resolved soon, I will have to see into other optionsincluding breaking my lease and getting someone on a tenant healthboard involved. Its not that complicated. They didnt change my bulbs before I moved in which caused a few to blow all at once in less than 1 month. I also had a few of those leaks apparently for a while from the other tenant they either didnt fix, or patched up with some tape. I will say that when I do have an issue; at least they do show up quickly, theyre pleasant, and get everything done fast. Ive never had 1 issue with the office staff. Its mostly quiet except for the unit next to mine. I can hear them fighting after 11P.M., their bedroom activities, and loud music also after 11. They do this well into the night. The courtesy officers have been called on them by various neighbors, but they think its all a joke. Its all during the week too. I hope the management gets more involved because 10 more months of this idiocy wont fly. People have to work.I do have an issue with the trash service. Its mandatory as a part of your lease and while youre supposed to get 5 days of service; I get 1 and have to complain almost weekly for them to come by again. They are contracted through a 3rd party.
Cyndi is AWESOME! You couldnt ask for a better person to work with and she will always make sure you are HAPPY!!!
Everbody in the office is very nice Melissa was great she helped me and my Husband find the right apartment and got us moved in right away.
My family and I moved into this apartment complex in Oct. 2019. It was a nightmare! The apartment had not been cleaned. When it was “cleaned” the carpet was badly urine damaged and had a nasty grease film on it. The baseboard was badly warped, but the person showing the apartment just before we moved in claimed that that was normal. When I touched the baseboard it fell apart in my hand and smelled like urine. The first night in the apartment my family’s feet were black from walking on the carpet. There were a whole bunch of repairs that needed to be done such as a stove that didn’t work, sink that was leaking, screens ripped, door knob sticking (at one point after asking it to get fixed numerous times my wife got locked in bathroom), etc. The places was disgusting to say the least! Supposedly they were going to address the issues, but after a week of asking for repairs to get done nothing happened. We went to the office and spent several hours talking to people in the office and then the manager before before they said they would really deal with the issues. It took about a month or so for us to get new flooring, baseboards, and some repairs. It took until the beginning of 2020 for us to get most repairs completed. By that time we were so mad that we began looking for a new place to live. We also requested to be reimbursed for all the inconvenience. Management dragged their feet before finally giving us half a months rent reimbursement, which was a small price to pay for several months of hell. We finally left in February 2020. We loved the location and general area, but we could not handle dealing with crooked and incompetent management staff. Interestingly at the end of 2019 many of the staff got fired. We have never had such a terrible experience renting from someone in the 8 years that we have rented in several states. This was by far the worst experience! If we had had a good experience we would probably not have moved as quickly, but when you are treated bad and have bad experiences with management and even maintenance people it’s time to get out! I would never in a million years recommend that someone move into these apartments!!! They rip you off and give terrible service.Oh and by the way their management staff are known to give good reviews on their own property so beware!
Daughter moved in a few months ago. Happy she feels so happy and safe here. They’ve been quick to respond to any issue she’s had.
Melissa was amazing . This was my first apartment and she made it so easy for me ! It’s so quite and peaceful. I also got the apartment with the lake view which is a plus !! Best choice I made .
Clean, quiet, and very seclude but in the middle of everything.
Melissa and Kendra were so kind and so helpful! They both really informed me on the property and what they had to offer! The Avenues of Inverness is such a beautiful property. You won’t be disappointed. Make this your new home!
Dont bother with this place. I seriously have had problems from the day Ive moved in. Not only does the staff not help you, but they also make it a point to be rude. I had issues with leaks in my apartment and now owe a 2000 dollar water bill because no one bothered to get back to me and fix it. When I called to have an adjustment on the bill, it took 14 calls for them to bother to pick up the phone, and to no surprise, as soon as the manager heard my issue, she hung up on me. The only excuse I got when I met in person was It was a crazy day yesterday. Thats only the first issue. I had to sit in 95 degree heat in my own apartment for hours on hours because NO ONE WOULD RESPOND when I said my AC was broken. And the other reviews about the how crowded it is could not be more accurate. I had a creep cat call me when getting out of my car. Later found out he doesnt even live here and he was taken by police. The parking situation is so God awful. There are limited spaces near each building so when you take parking people get actually upset. I invited a friend over and because there was available parking, she casually grabbed a spot. We woke up to a note on her car that said F**k you. The only good thing I can say about this place is that Ive had so many issues that I know the maintenance staff by name. Would not recommend unless you want something new to stress about each month.
Lot of ants, cockroach, old apartment inside, noisy neighbors, and a cold draft coming. You will experience freezing cold during winter season. The outside is warmer than the inside. I do not recommend here.
I came and viewed the property with my friend Para and it was so nice. The property is beautiful and the staff is awesome. Looking for to possibly living there!!!
Amazing management. I just moved in. Chanel was everything i was hoping for related to my move-in experience. Professionalism personified. Infectious warm personality. One can tell she genuinely enjoys her job. Would recommend this place to everyone....These are just a bunch of good people trying to get by like we all are.
I wanted to share with everyone my experience with The Avenues of Inverness. It is simply awesome and the best place to live. They truly have the sweetest and most efficient office staff and their maintenance team are very knowledgeable and courteous. You can not beat the location. Extremely close to shopping and restaurants. Right in the middle of everything good. I have lived in other complexes before and I have never been so truly satisfied with an apartment in my life. Everything is so well kept and spotless. A very comfortable place to live as it should be. I love it here at The Avenues and plan to stay for a long while.
UPDATE! It has been a year since I moved to the Avenues. I still love it as much as I did the first month. The staff is excellent, the grounds are just a beautiful.I absolutely love living here. The amazing ladies in the office are super nice but also are very responsive to needs and questions. The maintenance staff is super quick to address any issue and very courteous. My apartment was ready and clean before my move in date. The grounds are well kept. I love the fitness center! My favorite is walking down the path be the lake and spending time on the pier when the weather permits.
Kendra McBride is amazing. Highly recommend seeing for an apartment! Professional and knowledgable.
My experience at the Avenues have been awesome . Friendly service, helpful employees that reminds you of family... I would recommend this property to everyone. Reasonable pricing, they also had availability and was willing to show the property and explain everything in detail... Kudos to Chanelle and Caitlin... we need more employees like this at properties - for they know how to deal with and handle guest along with difficult situations...with a touch a compassion... thanks again!
This is the most professional and clean apartment complex I have ever reviewed and Birmingham Alabama Caitlin Jones the assistant manager is just a Joy to work with. She was able to answer all my questions and concerns related to Best property in apartment complex she showed me the maintenance people that work at these apartments would be able to take care of any needs that we had while we were considering staying there. The front office staff was extremely helpful and considerate probably like professional I honestly felt like when I left I left feeling like family so glad that Caitlin was able to take care of us and answer all her questions she is wonderful and knows her stuff. I hope that information information does not fall upon deaf ears then this needs to be lifted up to corporate immediately let them know what they have working in this building for this property which is absolutely Fabulous professional and knowledgeable office staff. Thank you Sandy and Caitlin y’all are best!!!!!!
Very friendly and helpful! I especially enjoyed Kendra for her help, I love my new home thanks to her help!
Dont live here. Too many reasons to list. All of them reasons to avoid. The manager will have your car towed because there is borderline gang activity happening in your parking lot and you have a second car. Well they stay up from Friday to Monday and argue with the cops. So they towed my car and extorted me 500 on the first day. It was a $2000 car. Tow company acted like like crooks. She said shed follow up. Never did.
Loved everything about this place! Cant wait to utilize the lake and go fishing!
My experience from beginning to end was awesome. Kendra made sure I had the perfect apartment and location. She didnt sugar coat anything. We texted and talked almost once a day before I moved cause i had alot of questions. The apartment had a few hiccups but before I moved in she made sure they were all taken care of. Two weeks in and Im loving my apartment and I really appreciate Kendra for making my move a happy move.
Really nice apartments. It’s in a safe and peaceful environment. The staff are professional and easy to work with
My girlfriend and I moved in back in November. Ive been here a little over 3 months, and its great! I love our floor plan and Melissa who helped us every step of the way was really personable and sweet. Since we moved in the level of service hasnt changed. If I have any Work Orders I have to put in to get anything fixed its completed within a couple days. The community is Quiet, and I barely ever hear my neighbors. Our layout is just perfect with a balcony space that is to die for (even our parents are a little jealous). Plus, the package system they use is really easy, and great for avid boardgamem players like us. I looked at apartments for months before we moved out, and this one is definitely the best find! If your thinking of moving in or even just viewing the property I highly recommend!
Kendra and the staff have been so helpful by making my move in a breeze.Really glad things are working out so far. Thanks again and cheers to the Avenues of Inverness team.
I have a friend who lives in these apartments that I visit often. For quite some time she has been dealing with a bad AC unit. It becomes so hot in the apartment it is dangerous to her animals and creates poor living conditions. She has repeatedly sent in work orders to fix the issue but they keep recommending things to do to fix the issue, and just want to put a band aid on something that’s obviously broken. Just a nice way to save a buck I guess. You have to pull teeth to get any effort from management. I was also looking to live into these apartments but have decided against it after witnessing such poor quality and care from the staff and maintenance. They should either replace the ancient AC units or let her out of her lease. Or maybe she should just call the Health Department.
Great community and great location right off of 280. Close to all my shopping needs and the community has a beautiful lake nestled right into the middle. Also, the office staff is wonderful at making you feel right at home and are so warm and inviting! I love it here!
Great property!!
I love everything about the Avenues of Inverness! The staff is amazing :-) It’s a very quiet neighborhood & almost everyone is friendly. The diversity is outstanding! Last but not least, it’s close to everything! Hands down the best apartment complex! Thumbs up Avenues of Inverness!
Love living here!
Well there they go again the office staff making sure we are all taken care of and if we need anything Caitlin and Cindy are there to assist us. So friendly and professional!!!! Thank you Avenues of Inverness in Birmingham AL. Y’all are simply the best!!!!!
April will make 4 years that I have been living in this community and I love calling this place home! I love all of our wonder amenities, especially our beautiful lake! I would recommend The Avenues of Inverness to anyone!
I Really like living here. It is in a grest location right off of 280 and buildings are really nice. I think the appliances definitely need to be updated, but everything works. The office staff are incredibly helpful and they make moving in incredibly easy and efficient.
I have lived at this complex since 2014 and we have seen many many changes from staff, to ownership to management to neighbors. I will say that since this past fall when new management/ staff took over we have seen more action and doing and a commitment to caring for us as tenants. The new amenities and upgrades that the new management staff have implemented/installed have been much needed. My pup Lulu really appreciates the new pet park and I love the new 24 hour package system that they have installed. The fitness center is even great (even though I dont use it like I should). Thank you Hawthorne and the Avenues Management for the refreshing changes! I am planning on renewing my lease with you for another term!
Nice place to live . recommended
This place is very peaceful with the scenic lake and wildlife around you. The staff is amazing as they went above and beyond my expectations! Thank you!
I just toured with a friend and Mary Katherine helped us. She is amazing, knowledgeable and full of sunshine! I dont know where my friend is going to choose, but Mary Katherine was so nice I had to give her 5 stars!!
Could not love the staff and location more!! Great access to tons of restaurants and essential shops. The staff here is always willing to help and do their best to make The Avenues of Inverness a wonderful community!!
I love living here at the Avenues! The staff is wonderful and always take care of their residents. We also have a wonderful maintenance staff that are quick to help and happy to do so!
Great community! The office staff and maintenance team really value their residents. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new home.
The apartments are nice but you should really do something about the parking. We have 2 cars on our lease, yet we come home everyday and have nowhere to park because people want to park random cars and have their friends over for God knows how long. We were parked on the curb since we live here and have nowhere to park and our car got towed. Now during a freaking pandemic we have to go spend $400 that we don’t have to get the car back. Parking passes should be used and enforced so things like this don’t happen again. I don’t pay over a grand a month to come home and not have a parking space. It’s ridiculous and until this is fixed I’ll let everyone that’s looking for an apartment know about it.
Love the team here at Inverness. They have always taken such great care of us while we’ve lived here. They have been through some changes in staff and after this last one things has definitely improved.
Great all around customer service from Caitlin. Goes above and beyond to get service done even when it’s dispatching the maintenance crew for service. Keep up the good work.
Great place to live with helpful and happy leasing agents, I’ve lived here for going on 6 years and don’t plan to leave anytime soon. I love the lake and dog park. I also enjoy all the fun activities they always have for the residents, like today they had a brews and bbq that included free beer!
I love living at The Avenues of Inverness! It is a very peaceful community. I love the convenience of having almost every store you can think of right up the street, yet being tucked away enough to still have a since of privacy.
Caitlin goes beyond the status quo to provide a pleasant and genuine experience! She and the other staff make living at the avenues what it is! Super close to shopping as well which is an added bonus.
This is a Beautiful community that is hidden yet around the corner from every restaurant and retail store possible. The office and maintenance staff have been amazing and I really enjoy the monthly resident functions. I absolutely recommend the Avenues of Inverness as the #1 choice for apartment living.
Been living here for a month and I have absolutely loved it so far. The property management team is fantastic, especially Chanelle. The service requests get addressed on time and the location is unbeatable!
It takes maintenance FOREVER to come fix anything. I went 3 months without A/C from March to June before they even sent somebody out to even look at. My thermostat read 92 on one of the hottest days possible. It was miserable. If you like leaks this place is for you! I had pipes burst in my ceiling in the bedroom and water was everywhere. I had to buy new mattresses and all. Carpet was never replaced or cleaned. All they did was put fans under the carpet to dry it out. It took forever to get the smell out of my apartment. On of flip side of things, office staff DJ and Chenelle are awesome. They actually make you feel like you matter. Not so much with the others.
Awesome and friendly staff that are always there to answer questions! Great location on Hwy 280 in the middle of everything you need! Highly recommend!
I’ve lived her for over two years and I love it. I feel safe, the apartment and apartment grounds are well taken care of and the staff is incredible. They are so friendly and are fast to repair and fix problems in my apartment and are kind every time I stop by their office. I’d recommend this complex to others if they need a place to live. It’s in a very accessible area and love that it is on 280 and is within short driving distance of a lot of stores.
During the summer the place is so beautiful trees and flowers all bloomed out the remodel apartments are really pretty
The staff is very rude. There was a mice In the apartment when we moved in.there was Mice feces all around the apartment especially behind the stove there’s still mice feces in drawers no one offered to clean up.. asked to be moved. Was told that there where full and my floor plan wasn’t available. Can not wait until the lease is up. Definitely won’t be resigning, and to add insult to injury there are bed bugs... plz never move here. Would highly recommend that you stay somewhere else plz and read reviews the big mistake I did... plz plz take heed..
Love living at Inverness, it is close by to The Summit and great eats. It is a quite place and I have not had any issues.
Shenell and Deanna are the best even when things are tense. They’re always professional. That’s very important after a long day at work then get home to find a problem with the toilet. I love these ladies
My boyfriend and his roomates moved to this place last year. There were a few maintenance problems like them not coming on time to fix our issue, but nothing too big. Their stay at Avenues of Inverness was actually quite pleasant last year, so they renewed their lease this year. After this time of renewing their lease, the apartment complex has been under new management. We have not caused any problems, but the head manager is very rude from the start!!!!! First of, we recently got 2 puppies and gave one away and she sent a note out to everyone to pay the dog fee. We went up the office to pay it and she just went off on all the rules like we did not read the leasing rules.... Then without even asking anyone, charged my old boyfriend’s roommate the dog fee when he does not even live with him anymore and we just got the dogs.... so they were charging us from last year because SHE ASSUMED that we had them since last year. While my boyfriend was at work, I decided to go down there to the office with his new roommate to pay the dog fee for him, she forcefully made me sign the lease when I do not even live with them... literally come to visit. And then had the nerve to say “well you know I live right next to you so if I see you more than 14 days here a month then you know I’m gonna put you on right?” Never in my life, have I been to a apartment complex that made people’s significant others who are not even staying with them be on or sign the lease. And if that was the case she should most definitely go door to door and make everyone and their significant others be on the lease as well. The head manager was giving us extra rules about our dogs like we did not know how to pick up after ourselves and dogs like she does not have a hugeee German Shepard, which is the type of dogs that are not allowed at our complex. I’m sorry, but I do not even stay here and I would not even want to recommend this place to anyone wanting to live in the 280 area. You’re better off finding some other place, I would not want anyone dealing with the attitude or treatment from new management. This place use to feel like home when I stayed with my boyfriend but now feels very similar to a jail.
The avenues of inverness is a super convenient community nestled right into the heart of 280! I am so close to all the fabulous dining and shopping, and the community feel is so wonderful here. I really love living here! The maint staff is great, super kind, and hardworking. Also, the office staff is always happy to help!
Beautiful and quiet community. The staff is wonderful. A perfect place to call home.
The staff was so sweet in the beginning. I had a maintenance request that I put in back in April. It was just addressed this week (its June). I put in another in the beginning of May, no response. I was told on yesterday that theres nothing they can do about it. Really? Why would you not advise that back in May? And dont even get me started on the dog poop. My child cant even run to the playground without dodging dog pooh. The staff is polite, and its beautiful externally, but revisions to ensure correct expectations and timely follow ups would be nice. As well as making sure these apartments truly are move in ready instead of slapping some paint on the walls and calling it a day.
