They didn’t have anything for me which is fine. I didn’t fall into their criteria but the communication was not good they reached out Monday. I responded and they ignored me and reached back out Wednesday and apologized, tried again and ghosted me when I had a follow up questions which sucks because I qualified for the final place they sent me. But the properties they work with would prob not be too happy with lack of communication, maybe they need more people on their staff.

Incredible. Jessi helped me as well, was definitely willing to go way above the call of duty for costumer support. Firstly, again, its free for renters. The deal was pretty simple: she asked me what my constraints were, I gave them to her, and even though some of them were pretty specific, she was able to find me a great home, under budget, that offered a lot more than I was asking for. RentMonster doesnt show apartments in the suburbs of Birmingham, but if you want to live in the neighborhoods around downtown you should talk to them first! Zachary worked with my wife and me about a year ago now, and he helped us find a 2 br within walking distance of UAB within our budget and in a decent area. The RentMonster service was incredibly helpful, and helped us find several places that we never would have found out about otherwise. All the options we were presented were reasonable and close to what we were looking for. Were preparing to move out of our place now, but having lived here I can say it worked out great. We were pretty low maintenance tenants, but havent had any problems with H2, the real estate company thats been buying up a lot of the places around town, and who RentMonster seems to work with frequently. I heard about Rentmonster and it just made sense. They have a ton of connections with apartments around town, a huge list of potential properties, and best of all: it was free. I had an all the benefits of an expensive broker without paying a dime.My particular agent, Jessi, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me out. With my work schedule we couldnt do much during the week - she worked with my schedule and met me on a few Saturdays/Sundays when she normally wouldnt be working. Jessi was very easy going, professional, insanely knowledgeable about the properties and apartments in the area, and the whole staff made me feel at home from the moment I walked into their offices. Jessi worked with me over the course of a week or two, whittling down the places I did and didnt like, and eventually found a place that I ABSOLUTELY love - which is surprising considering how picky I was. Throughout the whole process, Jessi was very patient working with me to find exactly what I wanted.Kudos to Jessi, and the rest of the Rentmonster staff. Over the course of my apartment search I spent a fair amount of time in their offices, and they were all very welcoming and wonderful, one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had. I highly recommend Rentmonster if youre looking for an apartment and youre overwhelmed at the sheer number of other avenues and options offered from other apartment services.
