Chad came out in order to fix the wiring under our house that controls our dishwasher. He was very professional and kind throughout the whole process and explained exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. I cannot rave enough about my recent experience with Xcalibur Services! I was out of town and the house was empty, but I let the landscaper in to get something in the garage. That is when he found water all over the floor. It was 9:45 at night, but after discovering that the water was coming from the heat/air unit, I called Xcalibur. The owner himself came out late on a Friday night, diagnosed a faulty outlet that had turned off the unit, cleaned out the clogged lines, and had the unit back up and running. He even performed diagnostics after to make sure it was not due to the unit itself freezing up. We would surely have had damage to the drywall and other items had the water continued pouring over the Memorial Day weekend.I strongly recommend all clients becoming Comfort Club members. This is the third time I have used Xcalibur and have always been happy with the service. They issue a lifetime guarantee on recommended repairs with a “no lemon” warranty. I am not affiliated with anyone in this business, nor even know their last names, but so far I have always been impressed; that is so rare in the business world these days that I had to shout out massive kuddos!

I reached out to Xcalibur services because I needed a light fixture installed in my home. I had a tight deadline. The operator was extremely helpful and friendly. I needed to get my air conditioning system repaired. So I called several HVAC companies, and I quickly found out that the repair cost was high enough that I was better off getting a new air conditioning system. So I did some research, and then I got quotes from 11 different companies. Of the price range of quotes, Xcalibur was among the lowest. So I chose Xcalibur, and the next morning, Ryan, Mark, Jacob and Zachary showed up and installed a new air conditioning system and furnace (I actually didnt need a new furnace, but the extra cost to add a new furnace to the a/c installation job was low.). The installation guys were professional (for example, they put on shoe covers before entering my house) and knowledgeable.Im glad that I chose this company. First, Ben and Ryan are actually honest people. Also, Ben and his employees seem to take pride in doing a good job. My new a/c system not only comes with the standard 10 year warranty for parts, but also a 10 year warranty for LABOR. Call other HVAC companies yourself and ask if they include a 10 year labor warranty on a/c installations. When they say no, ask them what the labor cost is to replace a compressor or an evaporator coil. Also, Xcalibur installed new line sets with my a/c system. But some HVAC companies cut corners by not installing new line sets.Since Alabama Power is my electricity company, I can track my electricity usage via Alabama Powers website or their app. My new Bryant a/c system uses about 39% less kilowatts than the American Standard system that it replaced. In just the first month of using this Bryant a/c system, I saved over $100 on my Alabama Power bill! I also found out that Bryant equipment and Carrier equipment come out of the same factories because they are sister companies.If I could give Xcalibur 6 stars, I would. But Google only allows me to give 5 stars.

Replaced my old ceiling fan with a new light fixture in around 90 mins. My service rep Jake Lambert was very knowledgeable and provided a reasonable estimate on the spot. I initially scheduled a dryer duct cleaning with another company. When the tech didnt show and the company couldnt tell me what happened, I hopped on Nextdoor for recommendations. Ben Kayatta and his team came highly recommended, so I submitted an appointment request through the website. This was on a Friday afternoon. By Saturday morning, I had an email from Ben that said he emailed, rather than called, to avoid disrupting my Saturday morning, but that he was available to schedule my service when I was ready. He made my appointment for Tuesday morning, only two business days later.As promised, the technician, Zack, called before he headed my way. He arrived at the promised time and was just as efficient throughout the appointment. Zack showed me where my dryer duct ran to and explained what he was going to do. The vent hose on my machine was much longer than necessary, so he offered to trim it to reduce the possibility of it getting bunched up and causing additional issues. Zack was finished within an hour of his arrival and happy to answer my questions.Xcalibur is fairly priced and competent. I will call Ben and his crew again.

Everyone involved in my transaction was incredible and helped me answer all 10,000 questions and concerns I had. (No way was I an easy customer on this one.). Everyone was incredibly responsive and always on time or even early. I had a new 5 ton Trane system installed along with a electronic air Cleaning system with a UV lamp, ionizer, and electronic filter system. Xcalibur was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. This team and product was worth every penny spent. I highly recommend you letting them check out your needs.
