Great service! Jonathan was friendly and was able to get started right away after I described what was going on with the pipe. He was done in less than an hour and we havent had any issues with the drain since.The billing process was very transparent. He had all of the services listed on an iPad and showed me exactly what he was choosing from in order to correctly charge for snaking the drain. There were no hidden charges or nickel & diming going on.Thanks!

Frank Ray came to investigate a possible gas leak in the furnace. He found two leaks in the flex supply line, so he brought it up to code with new solid pipe. It’s nice & warm now, with no more gas odor. We were very pleased with Mr. Ray’s promptness and efficiency. We have been satisfied customers of Western for over 45 years. Enough said!

Josh Durden and Jay Smith surveyed my 17 year old HVAC system and recommended a fix for cooling bonus room upstairs. Their recommendation was least expensive of three proposals. Installation crew did a great job while enduring extremely hot attic. Highly recommend Western Sales staff.

Jerome McCarter is a great asset to Western. He has wonderful customer service, and is so pleasant! He did a wonderful job.

Contacted May 6th and they came out. They correctly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Their was a $79 service fee and $393 to run a thermostat cable and fuse replacement. My emailed statement stated that the unit needed servicing but I was not asked about it being performed or about having it scheduled.I asked why it cost so much to run the cable and was informed they would ask about it but was never contacted. They just sent me another bill. When I got a bill I called to ask again to verify the cost. Was not contacted and called to pay on June 22nd so the transaction would be finished. I was unable to get an answer for why they never contacted me back.They are knowledgeable and will fix your AC the first time. This is offset by being expensive and poor communication.

Frank actually arrived ahead of schedule. He was professional and courteous and explained the issue Im terms i could understand. No hidden costs or surprise fees.

We have used Western for years. They are trustworthy especially when we feel we have a crisis, like a busted water heater or AC unit.

Western Sales and Services, Inc recently installed a new Cozy Floor Furnace in my 93 year old Moms house. Everything about the experience was excellent, from the initial visit until completion of the installation. Their employees were professional, worked quickly and efficiently and the office workers were very helpful in arranging for financing. My Mom has been using Western Sales for over 30 years and highly recommends them.

Dave (David) is absolutely fantastic. He has been the technician dispatched to my house several times, and always does a stellar job of fixing my HVAC problem and explaining it to me. 5/07/2020Jay with Western Sales and Service to the rescue !!! Relaxed professionalism, mixed with expertise of plumbing, and wearing protective gear from Covid-19. Jay, with his helper, replaced 2 old leaky outside sptickets. Less than 24 hour request for assistance and Western Sales fixed my plumbing issues. Thank you so much for being a wonderful business and providing quality service. They have been my go to plumbing, heating and a/c vendor for almost 20 years. 5 stars !!!Western Sales Frank was able to diagnose and repair my brother Franks (yes, two Franks) central air conditioning. Western gave many options / times for the repair. Frank from Western pulled into the driveway and went right to work. Frank from Western was also super great in coordinating with roofers, today. New roof today, too. As I was only available this Friday. I thank you Western for being dependable, accountable, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for sending Frank to help my brother, Frank !!!

Great company to deal with! I was in the market for a new dual fuel (heat pump + gas) system with 2 zones and I asked for quotes from several companies.Western was the only one to give me multiple options on the bid as I asked. They also explained the options in detail. The bid was reasonable and they have a great reputation so I ended up getting the system from them and a new hot water heater as well. They filled out the paper work for the warranties and rebates for me. Will do business with again!
