Rich has been my mechanic for over a decade. I have taken all of my vehicles to him for repairs over the years and he has proven to be a skillful mechanic who treats his customers with respect and professionalism. He has always provided me with an exact estimate of the cost of various repairs before beginning work on a vehicle, has never charged me for anything other than the work he has done and has always done an excellent job with respect to the repair and maintenance of my vehicles. Just two weeks ago, he took time out of his schedule (I didnt schedule an appointment) to repair damage to my windshield wipers as it was snowing and raining in town and it would have been dangerous for me to be driving.

Ive only used them (well, him) once so far but Im happy with the service. Took in my classic car to get some much-needed service done. It was a pricey job but the estimate squared with the prices I had researched on the Internet. It was done on-time, at-estimate, and most importantly its fixed!

My long time mechanic friend retired and I didnt know where to turn. Meridian is located near my home. I took a chance on Rich and I am glad that I did. My experiences have all been positive - as positive, that is, as having to get a car repaired can be.

I have spent probably close to $15,000 in auto repairs and maintenance over the years and always trusted Rich. In the last year I have experienced some issues and concerns with his diagnosis as well as repairs and parts. This last experience has not been good and has caused me to doubt his integrity and ability as a mechanic. I will never take my vehicle to Meridian Auto again and I am not sure this issue will stop at just a complaint status. Very disappointed to say the least. My trust is gone.

Rich has helped us for years with our vehicles and we often travel to Billings to get work done. One year, as I was leaving town, I stopped in with a nail in my tire and Rich dropped what he was doing to help me immediately so I could get on my way home.
