Very happy with promptness of service. I called at about 12:30 p.m. And was told someone would be out between 4:00 and 5:00 which I thought was pretty good for same day service in the middle of the summer. Anyway, he showed up at just after 2:30 and had the repair completed by 3:00, replacing a bad capacitor that had caused the fan not to run. Would use again for next repair.

Easy to get appointment and timely reminder when Dan was scheduled to be here. He was exactly on time with his trainee. They immediately went to work.. Opened the outside A/C unit and carefully cleaned out pine needles and other detritus then wiped down the exterior. Beautiful work and clearly craftsmen. Honest and trustworthy.Dan explained the problem after listening to me explain the situation. I had another company respond and they told me my 12 year old unit was obsolete and couldnt be repaired.Dan added refrigerant and a product that sealed a tiny pin sized hole. It is 95 degrees outside and my AC is keeping my home at a comfortable 74 degrees.

The technician who came out for the estimate was very straightforward and professional in laying out the work that would need to be done and the approximate cost of the work. While we still have some use to be gained from our existing equipment, we know what we would need to prepare for financially when at some point it is deemed expedient to upgrade, and we also know who we will be enlisting to perform the work.

Unsure if I will use the company waiting for estimates for new furnace. To clean the furnace the cost was pretty extreme. My biggest complaint was told over phone the cost would be 160.00 for diagnostic and milage but when he came he upped the price 30.00 more dollars saying the mileage was more than they expected. I am literally 15 miles from their shop. 190.00 dollars to tell me get a new furnace or pay the cost of a new furnace for cleaning. If you quote someone a price stick to it.

Central Heating provides outstanding service and backs up the equipment they install and service. During this February 2021 polar vortex heat wave, Dan J clambered on to our roof late at night to clear ice that had built up in the furnace stack, which caused the closed high efficiency Lennox HVAC system which Central had installed to shut down. We discussed various ways of preventing this from happening again, and decided to change the furnace venting to the side of the house. Unfortunately, before the scheduled service call, the stack froze up again, but Dan returned the same day to completely refit the furnace stack to discharge from the side of the house. Dan worked for two hours in the cold to finish the installation, which now works like a charm. Thank you Central Heating, and thank you Dan J! Five stars all the way around.

Weve had a technician out 3 times in 4 months to work on the furnace that always takes a dump on a winter Sunday. Central Heating is very responsive- answers phone right away and sends somebody when they say they will. The 3rd call was replacing the bad ignitor that was replaced 4 weeks earlier. They warranty their work and didnt charge us for this replacement. Highly recommend this business!

I dont appreciate people wasting my time. I was told I would need about $800 worth of electrical done to install central air WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT MY ELECTRICAL PANEL. The estimate finally came 3 days later and it was, expectedly, $2000 more than the other estimate I received.

I called in the morning and they were able to get a service technician out that day. Dan was very prompt and professional. He explained what the issue was and fixed it. Would definitely use them again!

Young man was very well versed in his knowledge and experience with Lennox mini split system and pointed out deficiency where it appeared. and he was to a point.But on further discussion I find hime to be getting hot under the collar when he kept on saying about how economical was his services and charges when I questioned about the charges to him, and I explained that we just spend lots of money on the house and we were hesitant to spend another 5000 or more at present time. He was going to write up an estimate and instead he told me to call him when we are ready to order and that it seemed like waste of his time to give an estimate and told me that since I knew the cost he did not see importance to sell his product or information.He is representing his company and I thought it was unbusiness like and lack of professionalism to deal with customer, and did not motivate me greatly to buy product, if we were to decide to replace the unit in future.

My heater was giving me a “critical error code” when it was -5 outside. I called and they responded immediately. The were able to get a technician to me that day but because my work schedule didn’t permit that, they got me in first thing the next morning (my heater was still working so that was perfect). The guy showed up 10 min early, was professional and was gone within the hour! Thank you! ❤️I highly recommend this company

Very disappointed. Tech installed a heat/air thermostat and nothing was wrong with the stat. Tech knew nothing about thermal limit switches during diagnostics. $200.00 bill for a $40.00 part (limit switches). They also said I needed an entire new furnace and quoted me $ 3600.00 for a new furnace. It only needed new limit switches. Never again. You have been warned.

Professional service on time and to estimate.

We discovered our townhouses furnace was not working and it was already after 5:00PM. Central Heating & Air Conditioning had a real person answering the phone and advised me that the the technician would call when he was on the way. Darren call shortly and arrived within his estimated time. They had one of the parts on the truck, which got us through the night with heat and had located the other required part and called back to let me know before 9:AM that they had found the part and would be back at 11:00 to install it!

Be sure to get a quote for parts in writing! I had thermal ignition switch replaced as tech advised due to discoloration during a recent service call I scheduled.A service call to check out the furnace that is operating great is $140 if they do not have the part it will cost you $144 to return and replace a part that cost anywhere from $20-$50 online.Tech stated to me that it would only be the cost of the part if I would like him to return and install.You do the math.Thanks Lenny!!!!

Our 1966 boiler had heating issues. This winter Central Heating & Air conditioning in Billings Mt put in a new boiler. I spent so many sleepless nights with our old boiler and having no heat at times. The new boiler has keep us warm for the remainder of Winter and now I can get some sleep too. Rick B the service pro was so nice to us. He done a good job installing the new boiler. He went that extra mile for pleasing us his customer. I want to thank him and the staff at this company.
