Affordable, reliable, and convenient! I have been going to this cleaner for years as its conveniently located next to my office and I can easily go there after work. Unfortunately, during COVID times, theyve restricted their hours and so I can no longer go after work. I wish that they would return to their normal hours, closing at 7. I know times are hard for everyone during COVID but I think the business is restricting their customer access to services by truncating their hours. I would think more customers would come here if only they extended their hours.Sorry for the negative note, but otherwise this place is great! Im a loyal customer here. The services they provide are prompt and of excellent quality. The staff are friendly, especially Tuul!! Shes so kind, caring, and diligent! Shes the hardest worker there as she is always there from open to close, and goes the extra mile (even staying late) to help the customers! Honestly, Tuul is the reason why this place has so many loyal customers like me. I highly recommend this business for everyone!

Jenny repaired my husbands Prada jacket beautifully. It was torn from the grill fire badly. I almost gave up to fix it and the jacket looks like new now.

Every time I come to Le Prestige, I’m greeted by Tuul. She’s kind, friendly, and takes a real interest in me as a person, not just a customer. I’ve been using them since I moved to MD for dry cleaning and alterations. I’d recommend them to anyone!

I usually go to the one on Old Georgetown Rd, but came here because I needed some pants hemmed. The seamstress did an amazing job, will be coming back with more!

We have used this dry cleaner exclusively for the past 10 years but are stopping because of several incidents that occurred over the past year. First, several shirts were coming back with dirty cuffs. When I pointed this out, I was told it was from sweat. This is an odd reply, given that we brought in the shirts so they would REMOVE the dirt, and the fact that we never took the shirts to any other cleaner means it was their responsibility that the shirts were still dirty. Next incident: I dropped off several silk scarves for cleaning, and they all came back extremely crinkled! I was told that that was the style, that my scarves were like that when I dropped them off. I assured them that they were formal, flat silk scarves, and they reluctantly pressed them. Third and final incident: I dropped off a tuxedo jacket with very nice silk buttons, and the buttons, which were all there when I dropped off the jacket, were ALL missing when I came to pick it up. They insisted it was that way when I dropped it off, but it is clear something went wrong in the cleaning process. Instead of taking responsibility for the problem, they claimed that they had not cleaned the jacket because it was missing buttons. It’s bad enough that all of these things happened, but what makes it worse is how they handled each problem, either blaming us, telling us that something was not what it was, or downright lying about what had happened. Moreover, each time they “fixed” the problems they themselves had caused, they made me wait their standard 4 additional days instead of taking care of them by the next day.

I have been using them for the past two years. Always fast turn around time and great service!

I went in with minimal time before a job interview, not only did they immediately handle my request and help me tie my tie, they were so polite and so friendly. The cost was minimal and I will be taking all of my dry cleaning business here from now on.

I come here for my alteration, and always had a pleasant experience with the tailor.

Very expensive. More than $7 for dry clean a pair of trousers? Not even same day service, i dropped off Wednesday before 9am, they said only ready to pick up on Friday at 530pm. Ridiculous, first and last time going there for sure.
