I live in DC and commute to Bethesda to get my cleaning done. This team handles all my alterations and my girlfriend’s dresses with care and for a great price. Would recommend to anyone in the area or even outside Bethesda.
Very friendly and professional, they have a professional tailor on site, performed my alterations as requested. Best dry leaning and extra starch on my shirts and dress pants. Good family atmosphere and they remembered my name as I entered their dry cleaning buisines. Great price and value for my money.
I Needed some things done ASAP for the evening I went in after there same day policy and they were still able to get it done for me same day ! They brought to my attention there is a fee but it’s completely fine because they took care of that to ! Great staff great customer service clothes were clean not much else to say!
Excellent value dry cleaner
My mother uses this facility. Dropped off her price coat that she had lost but now found. Courteous staff. The code was ready as specified by the ticket. Good job!
This is not meant to be a review of their dry cleaning services; it is intended to be a Public Service Announcement. This place WILL lose your items. I am moving on before my items are gone forever, and I am offered $17 for my troubles.A couple of months back, I took these guys a brand new custom suit, which I had not even worn yet. I was nervous about how much I spent on the suit but questioned how often does an item of clothing go missing at the dry cleaners? Sure enough, when I go in to pick it up, they can’t find it. Of course, the first words out of their mouth was “you must have picked it up, can you check at home.” I did not have it at home, and after several days and phone calls, they found it. While I did receive an apology, I did not receive a discount. Figuring this was a one-off event, I continued to use them for my dry cleaning. Two weeks ago, I stopped in to pick up my routine cleaning, and they let me know that five shirts were missing. Again, I was asked to look at home. I looked for the items at home and they were nowhere to be found. I went back in to let them know and they still could not find my shirts. Three days later, I received a call while out of town, the shirts had been found. I stop in as soon as I get back and the shirts have gone missing again. I explained that this is the second item of clothing that they have lost and for the second time – to which they respond with “we are not targeting you on purpose.” I let them know that I was not taking the loss; personally, I simply could not believe it happened twice. I stopped back in 2 days later, and the shirts were found. I was offered a 20% discount on my next cleaning. At this time, I also notice two more things. First, there is a sign on the wall explaining that they will only cover up to 10 times the cost of the cleaning – shirts cost $1.70 to clean, which means if they never found my dress shirts, I would receive $17? Second, the lady next to me in line had her items lost too. Losing clothes is their thing!
I have no complaints. We get what we pay for, and I have to say it is fast and good. Havent heard of missing clothes ever. in terms of language: they speak AMONG THEM in Spanish, not to clients. Lets not be racist. I bet you wouldnt say anything were they German or French or Japanese .... right???
Cant recommend because customer service is so awful. They double charged me for a pick-up. When I discovered this and went to correct it, they asked for my receipts for proof, which I handed over, and then they told me to return later to get reimbursement from the manager. However, when I returned as told, there was no manager and they had thrown away the receipts. Id rather not have to double check my banking statement and receipts every time I go to the cleaners to see if I was hustled.
Service is slow and poor. Guy at pickup blames the guy at dropoff for not putting a note in the system about the missing buttons. So in addition to being worse service than my normal dry cleaner, its over twice as expensive. Smart money goes elsewhere.
I consistently have to have them re do pieces and when I picked up my gown yesterday there was blue ink all over it!! Stay away from this dry cleaner - it’s a nightmare!!!!!
WOW!!! They jumped their price from $2.35 to $3.35 to dry clean a shirt. At that price not worth it may just do myself.Of course they don’t list the increase anywhere ...guy said new management . Good news is tons of places still do for $1.99Google you need to retake the phone you have wrong price !!!
One star for raising the price 50% overnight without notice. Was good, now its bad. No thanks
I should have stopped coming after the first shirt was torn but the location is super convenient. After the 2nd shirt torn though, i am not coming back.
Great price and done same day for basic dry cleaning. no major issues. been using them for 5+ years.
Absolutely horrible. I was a long time customer until over the past 6 months they lost several expensive articles of clothing and offered no explanation or restitution. Have filed a complaint with the better business bureau.
They do an ok job cleaning but customer service was awful!!! Website says they are open until 4 on Sundays, I arrived shortly after 2 pm and they were CLOSED. Employees inside would not open door to allow me to get my clothes. I explained I was leaving for vacation in a few hours and needed my clothes and they would not even allow me to pick up one item. Do not list your hours incorrectly then not honor that posting!!! Horribly unfair and beyond aggravating. I have been a customer for 15 years and this was downright rude.
Horrible. Dropped suit trousers for a simple pressing. Came back pressed flat, against the crease. Pointed this out to attendant, who told me I was rude. Argued with me so I left. The rest stood around as if nothing happened. A joke.Dont deserve 1 star.
The staff were quite friendly and the service was timely.
Poor communication, terrable system and everyone i know says they loose cloths!! Not to mention speaking spanish, in front of people that dont understand it!!!
I took a $170.00 pair of wool gabardine trousers there to have the waist let out and the bottoms hemmed and cuffed. The alterations lady hardly spoke any English and, instead of letting the pants OUT an inch, took them IN an inch and, instead of cuffing the pants, the cut off the extra and simply hemmed the bottoms. I tried calling 14 times, leaving multiple messages for the manager to call me. NO CALL was EVER returned. Not one. Finally, in frustration, I disputed the charge with my credit card company which the company had the nerve to try and say the charge was valid. I spent hundreds of dollars a year at this merchant and would NEVER go back.
They dont deserve any Stars . They are cheap but thats what you get paid for service. I stopped going there when they ruined my white shirts with blue stains and that was 2nd time they did it!! not to mention in the past they lost buttons or chipped bottons or burned iron stains or hole in sweaters.. I ask all those customers to carefully inspect your clothing when you pick up.
Really upset about their lack of responsibility and professionalism.I took my very new pants to this cleaner to make an alteration. When I came back for the pick up a couple of days later, the employees couldnt find them. During 2 months, the staff made me go back and forth at least 5 times (reasons: they needed more time to search for my pants, or the boss wasnt there or even was out of reach). Finally, they decided to refund me. The pants cost me 22$ and the alteration 13$ (total: 35$). The owner only refund me 25$ (because of the wear, he said) -- Yet Ive never worn them because I took them to Dryclean the very next day of my purchase...Very bad experience !
First time coming here, my clothes came back slightly wrinkled. Second time, my favorite shirt came back missing the top button. Obviously, there wont be a third time
We have used this service weekly for about a year now, and so far it has been working to expectations. Nothing broken or damaged so far
I used to spend between $700 and $800 a year at Dry Clean Club in Bethesda until they ruined one of my shirts. The worse thing about it is they tried to cover it up and lie about it. The serious issue wasnt that they tore a shirt but they lied and insisted that it was torn before they attempted to clean it. Now, let’s think for a moment: who would take a torn shirt to be cleaned, pay for it and never wear it because it is torn right at the chest (not a tiny hole but a 4 inch slit)? Mistakes do happen; admitting them and apologizing would have been the right attitude, especially in the service industry. So instead of apologizing and may be providing a credit or compensation; they opted to lie about it and run the risk of losing business and getting bad publicity. You won’t fool me twice: This is exactly what happened; I took my business elsewhere and I am writing this review to ensure that such an attitude is not to be rewarded. A simple apology takes you a long way but arrogance won’t pay in the long run; trust me.
Quality is good and affordable.
Super reliable and inexpensive
