I was really blown away by the level of professionalism at Berkeley Dental Center. This is the only place I have felt little to no anxiety visiting a dentist. They are kind, thoughtful, and very intuitive of their patients’ needs. Thank you everyone Berkeley Dental Center for taking extra care of your patients and providing a safe space.

My husband needed a last minute surgery to remove his wisdom teeth with a window of only three weeks. Berkeley dental center saw him a day after calling and was extremely understanding of his nervousness for the procedure. Even with a stubborn tooth, they were able to do the procedure quickly and effectively. Would definitely recommend their services!

D. Loul provided expert dentistry in fitting a new crown. He was entirely supportive, and the procedure was virtually pain-free. Adrienne, the hygienist, provided a thorough cleaning of my teeth. She was patient and took as much time as necessary to do an excellent job. I recommend The Berkeley Dental Center for comprehensive dental care.

I had a great experience at Berkeley Dental. From an easy booking experience to a super friendly front desk, I felt very at ease after not having been to the dentist in years. The hygenist was super helpful and informative, and explained everything that they were doing, and why. I will need more dental work unfortunately because of a poorly done root canal years ago, but I know I will be in good hands at this practice.

From my initial phone call to my check in to my experience with the dental assistant as well as the dentist I had an awesome experience here. Everyone was professional and caring and polite. Covid protocols in place as well.I highly recommend this practice.

Great staff, friendly and professional. On my initial visit, I spent more time than needed. However,Dr. Loul is very personable and efficient.The only complaint I have is that my teeth should’ve been cleaned after the other services that I received.

I went in to have a filling replaced because it, along with all of my sealants, fell out after less than three years. I consulted with my family of dentists (both my cousin and uncle have a family practice out of state) who said this shouldn’t happen if the filling was properly handled. I had to argue my case to be seen, when I went in the dentist was defensive and largely concerned with the fact that he wasn’t the one personally at fault. He first told me he would take care of it absolutely then came back and said he wanted to run it though my insurance so he could get paid, then he called my son naughty (who had to come with my unexpectedly due to a family emergency) and was curious about the equipment in the office. Then while replacing the filling I overhead him say to the hygienist that the original prep work was too shallow. I have been a patient here for over ten years. Frankly, I was appalled. He begrudgingly did the work at the behest of his manager. He made me feel as if I was the problem rather than assuring me the problem would be resolved amicably. I was in no position to speak my mind because my son was present but I found the treatment I received to be offensive.

I love my Dentist Office Staff. They are competent, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I count myself fortunate to be there.

Everyone here is super-friendly! They tend to run on-time and really make a concerted effort to ensure your best care.

I loved the service they provide to the customer. I also like the staff that speak Spanish.

Very Good service

My wifes tooth crown fell off. Got a same day appointment. Dr Smith did an excellent job and was able to cement the old crown back onto the remaining root, rather than making a new root, thereby saving a lot of money (doctor words). Super professional. Everyone was extremely nice. Cost was surprisingly reasonable.

Had my first dental visit at this location yesterday. Eva at the front desk was quick and efficient in ensuring i had a smooth check-in. They are following all the proper protocols to check patient temperature upon arrival as well as using proper PPEs and sterilizing the patient treatment area between patient treatments. Dr Chowdhary and her assistant Edna were very gentle with me during my teeth cleaning.Marvelous views of berkeley hills from the office.Will definitely come back again.

My whole family loves Tenneal - shes the best hygienist ever! Their new front office person Sarah is so friendly and easy to deal with. We have been seeing Dr. Tennaqnt for years, and while there have been a few dentists through in the past few years, they seem to have a good crew now.

Amazing dentists (Dr. Leikin is very patient and thorough), dental assistants (warm and help you relax), dental hygienists (Tenneal is wonderful), and office staff together form an outstanding group of dedicated professionals that take really good care of your dental health. The office staff takes the time to clearly explain dental cost and repayment options. If you have dental insurance, e.g. Delta Dental, they will transact your dental charges on your behalf; their procedures really simplify the process. In addition, they collaborate very well with dental professionals when additional dental services are needed, i.e., orthodontist, endodontist, etc. I would recommend the Berkeley Dental Center to anyone who needs dental care or maintenance.

Teneal was great and did a great job of making a simple teeth cleaning comfortable, Dr. Fredrickson did a great job on my tooth filling making it feel as though I never got anything done . Everyone worked in a professional and timely fashion .

Dont come here if you are a student. They mislead you about the costs and stick you with a huge bill if they run into issues with your insurance.

Very bad billing practices, stay away if you value your wallet and/or sanity.
