Definitely the worst place to live in. I would give zero star if it is an option. The management will try everything to not let you leave even if you are offered the choice to terminate early when pandemic hit. They will also try to charge you lots of money under some absurd terms after you moved out. These people are greedy, be careful if you ever choose to live in their properties.

New ownership this year— definitely expecting good improvements from the last owners. Could use more security at their doors, but the place is quiet and the maintenance team is very accommodating. Make sure to Bring up issues quickly.
