If I could give more then five stars I would, the salon is very beautiful, It feels elegant and upscale. The staff is welcoming and friendly. 0/0 do not recommend. Absolute worst my nails have ever been. I asked for a black ombré and to have them be a bit short. She told me doing them short is too hard and would not go any shorter. They were so thick and wide and unlike anything I have ever had done before. I went to a different salon to have the nails removed and they were astounded and horrified. My nails are now so thin that one started to bleed because of how thin they were. Use caution when going here and definitely don’t ask for anything specific. The powder also overlapped onto my skin on a few nails and nothing was done with my cuticles. So sad about my nails and how horrible they are now. Never been so bad in my life 😭

Todd is excellent at applying acrylics. He is efficient and professional. The mail art was precise and creative.

I just moved here and was looking for a new place, luck brought me to MK Nails. Wow, my nails were done by Kim today, and they’re not only exactly what I wanted, but better. The quality is incomparable! She was sweet to boot!

I was a bit skeptical after reading reviews but decided to try it anyways. Tom was amazing i had such a great experience and i will be back! Definitely worth the money. Felt very high end!

When I would get my nails done or toes this has been my go to spot when in town from lapine. I havent been in for years. And mind you I never treat myself. I got a French tip pedicure today and tbh it was done really sloppy and I have paint on my skin still they didnt wipe off. My big toe doesnt look smooth painted at all. I got in car to inspect and im disappointments. Least my heels are soft though.When this place is busy I must say it is NOT QUAILITY I wish I didnt tip my last ten bucks and could get a refund.

I had a bad experience with another salon in Bend (terrible customer service), but I still needed my nails done and had to find a salon last minute, so I called MK and Antoine said “just come in! We’ll take care of you!” That was music to my ears! They took great care of me. I love my nails. I left their salon feeling fabulous. I will definitely be going to MK nails from now on. Worst experience. I had an appointment for a gel mani and regular pedi and when I showed up, I was told to take a seat for my pedi after choosing my polish. The station I was told to sit at hadn’t been cleaned from the previous person. No one came to start my services until 40 minutes of my soaking my feet. I can hear people talking across the room about me. My services were not only rushed but not done properly. As you can see in the photos, my polish wasn’t even put on properly. If I pay full price, I expect to get what I pay for. No lotion was even put on my legs after the hot towels were taken off. My mani was very rushed, he didn’t even let the gel light finish before he wanted my hands out again. Definitely won’t be going back here again. Waste of my time and money, quality services are not what they want to provide.

I was out in 1 hour. I used to get gel nails and the other place I used to go took twice as long, even for fills, but I don’t know if gel nails take longer. The 2 workers I interacted with with nice and playfully bantered which I like. I will definitely be back! Oh, and the place is beautiful.

The staff was friendly and the gentleman who took his time to look at my google picture (hahah) of what I wanted went above and beyond to give me what I wanted. And the lady who did my eyebrow waxing was so gentle and sweet. They both did an amazing job I will be going back again!!!

Tiffany is a very nice person and a great nail technician. She is wonderful artist. I recommend asking for her. I asked her to be gentle and she was wonderful.

Large space with many nail stations. We were able to walk in and get pedis. Great spot for impulse self care appointment.

Wont go back. Making an appointment doesnt mean you have an appointment. They took walk INS before me as I sat and waited. After 20 minutes past the appointment time, I got up and left. Try Pretty nails instead. They prioritize their appointment times.

Do not recommend. He rushed through a mani AND pedi in 30 minutes. The warming towel wrap consisted of him brushing a warm towel down my leg for two seconds. And he made my cuticle bleed when roughly ripping off skin. Awful. Did not feel like a spa treatment. Felt like I was I was inconveniencing him being a paying customer and he was rushing to get done. If I ever go again I will ask for someone else. Not many places open on Sunday. Only reason I came here this time. Place on Bond is 100% superior.

When I walked in the place was big an nice looking but when I booked with my friend we couldnt even sit next to each other thinking this was covid related come to realize after being seated apart she had two strangers sit next to her pretty sure this is against CDC regulations at the moment. And also after my nails were done she said to sit for 5 minutes after sitting for 6 minutes just after getting my wallett out to pay an then noticed two of my nails had completely smudged an went to the young girl who did them an she said oh well you have to be careful they dont dry for at least 1 hr an then just painted over the smudged part so to say the least worst manicure ever my nails are awful.

Horrible nail quality, nice artist, wrong shape on two nails. I don’t even know how you can do that considering you do 10/15 sets a day.

I had high hopes with this salon after reading reviews and looking at the pictures. The guy that I got was not nice at all, he made my experience dreadful. The nails I got were $73, not even close to worth the price. He made my nails extremely thin and I’m sure they will break within a week. I’ve never been to a place that taxes as much as this place. Disappointed.

The woman who helped us get our manicure and pedicure were very friendly. The atmosphere seemed rather lively and clean. We definitely felt pampered and relaxed when we were done even for a very basic service.

Good quality and the guy who did my pedicure was very nice but they told me they were charging me $10 for my design then charged me $20 at the register, I wouldnt have gotten the design if the lady doing them didnt say $10 so I was kind of upset for being charged double that. They were cute at least

Made an appointment like they ask and got there early by about 15 minutes and was seated at my appointment time but sat and waited 20 minutes past my appointment hour. Might as well just stick to a walk in because the appointment time means nothing. There are other things I could say about cleanliness and other visits haven’t been great, they couldn’t remember which color I picked last time so I told him just to pick something pink. Just overall disappointed with this nail place. I will find somewhere else to go. Looking for suggestions. :-)

Very friendly, even the male technicians are professional, easy to talk to and comfortable. It was very clean and the atmosphere was relaxing, well decorated. I’ve been all around Bend searching for the perfect nail salon, and this is the one! I got a full set done by Anton (not sure how to spell it) and not only did he give me a beautiful, straight, and perfectly filed set but he also talked to me, which has hardly happened at other salons in town where I’m usually sitting in silence the entire time. The girl that painted my nails spent time making the polish perfect and 3 coats to make sure the color wasn’t sheer. I even got nail art without any fuss, which has also been an issue in the past. Definitely coming back for every set after this!

Sadly, this was the worst spa pedicure I have had in a very long time. The man who helped me was very unfriendly, didn’t say hello back when I greeted him, did a rushed pedicure, only talked to me during the very short foot massage trying to upsell the polish. My entire experience was just over 15 minutes. And with a cost of $30, that is not worth the money at all. Very disappointed. Perhaps others are better that work there, but bad enough that I won’t be back. Two stars because so far my nails look good.

I go here all the time. The service used to be awesome and quality used to be great! However i can no longer say i will be returning. After the second disappointing appointment, i thought id give it another try. I sat there for an hour and half before i was actually helped. Mind you I I had an appointment. They sat me down but still didnt help me or communicate with me. I got to watch other people come in and be assisted as i sat thereunacknowledged. Once we started, they rushed through my nails so i have uneven coats. you can see through my polish in some parts and there are thick coats in others, i had a solid colour. Same with my pedicure, it isnt the first time ive had to go fix my nails after paying. So last time for me. The staff is real friendly which is why i liked it there but if its slightly busy... good luck. Wish i could get a refund, especially for times ive been overcharged for services i asked for but i was not given.

I was really happy with the service and my nails- they are decent but there is no arch! And they werent properly sized- On top of that, the liquid to powder ratio was too wet. And the work area was very dirty.. I really want to give at least a 4 star. But my nails ar4 not worth $67!!!! Todd was nice but needs more practice and patience.

Super nice and talented! I asked for a difficult design and they did a great job. The price- in my opinion- for a full set of acrylics and flower design was very reasonable. I will 100% be coming back here. :-)

I work full time and as such scheduled an appt with MK Nails. I called prior to confirm the appt. When I arrived, I sat in the waiting area for 45 minutes. Clearly they were seating anyone who came in without consideration to appointments. Very frustrating as I had to leave work for the appt. After waiting 45 minutes I left. I never received an apology and the customer service was appalling. Why have an appt system if you dont follow it and how hard is it to text someone to tell them you are late. I wont go back.

Went in with my sister to get nails done. The guy working on my nails was so rude for no reason. He kept complaining and saying it was hard work and literally slapped lotions on my hands afterwards! My sister had a similar experience. The lady doing her nails did nothing she wanted. She wanted french nails long acrylics, she made them short and chunky. Price was way too much especially for such poor customer service and bad quality. Dont go here, save your money for a better place.

Really bummed with our experience. New to the area and tried this salon based on reviews. It’s my daughters birthday weekend (turning 15) and for the first time I let her get acrylic nails. We’ve not done it before as it’s generally not in the budget. She was so excited, spent hours on Pinterest looking at ideas. She decided on a set where each nail was a different pastel color. While I was receiving a basic pedicure they sat my daughter down. She showed the guy what she wanted, and he said ombré? She thought he meant those different colors like she showed him, but ombré. Having never had nails put on before she didn’t know the process and didn’t realize until the end that he wasn’t doing what she asked at all. He gave her an ombré French manicure. Which was soooo far from what she showed him, and to make matters worse, my daughter is bi-racial with brown skin and he did a super pink colored French manicure, like you’d expect to see on a white person. She was too timid to say anything while we were there, but as soon as we got in the car she broke down. This was only going to be a one time thing and I told her it would damage her original nails, which she was willing to do in order to have the ones she wanted just one time. But now she has old white lady style nails and knows she damaged her real nails for acrylics that aren’t what she asked for. To boot, he didn’t even push her cuticles back or trim them or anything.What’s worse is that they charged me $94 for her manicure and my pedicure. I chose the $30 pedicure which means hers was $64. On their website it says the high school student rate is $33 for an acrylic set. Even if you add for the ombré, which she didn’t want in the first place, how do we get to $64? I asked when paying if that was the student rate and they said yes. When I got home I doubled checked the student rate and sure enough, it was supposed to be $33.Getting her nails done was supposed to be the finishing touch on her birthday weekend. Instead she ended up in tears. I have no idea why the guy didn’t just do what she showed him, and instead gave her a pink French manicure against her brown skin, but it sucks that I paid $100 for my kid to end up crying on her birthday.And my pedicure was truly the most basic one I’ve ever had. I pretty much paid them $30 to just paint my nails. : /

We were in and out in 40 minutes for a spa mani/pedi and you could tell they were in a hurry. It was a very poor job and I honestly felt like I could have done just as well. They said they couldn’t do a nail design for my daughter. Just a really poor job overall, bubbles and spots - did not look professional. They also said they have a discounted rate for high school, children but it was $150 for my daughter and I. I haven’t paid that much since we lived in Alaska. We will not be back.

Great service. My solar nails are amazing. I am able to stretch the refills out to 3-4 weeks. No lifting from the nail. Smooth edge as they grew out. Received lots of compliments. Oh....i drive 3 hrs to Bend to get my nails done. So worth it.

They rushed mine and my mother in-laws nail services and the gentleman who did my nails was extremely rude. I spent a good deal of money on these services and Would not go back.

My little sister Amy recently got a set of acrylics done for her 13th birthday. she had received a $20 gift certificate that she was using to help pay for the price of the nails. she got a simple coffin style nail with a matte finish and they charged her $60 for a simple shape and polish. She was told it was going to be $45-50 with a design and was charged $60 with no design. The employees were super rude when I called to ask them about the price. I would highly recommend going somewhere else!

M’y nails came out pretty, it was quick and best quality I’ve had. I usually go to a different salon but they happened to be booked and I am so glad I came here instead! My nails came out better than my regular place! The price is great and better than the crazy amounts I’ve been paying! Their staff is super nice, and actually pretty funny too! Ive been going to MK Nails to see Tiffany, John and the rest of the crew for well over 5 years now and wouldnt dream of letting anyone else touch my nails! Tiffany always makes my nails look perfect from the shape to the polish and everything in between! (She does great brows, too!) The salon is beautiful, clean and boasts a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The absolute best in town!

On a last minute whim I called MK nails and asked if I could walk in for gel nails,yes,no problem was the answer. I walked in 1/2 earlier than told them I could make it in...I was sat down and started a Mani in less than 5 minutes. Vivian did a great job on my first ever professional manicure...she took extra time in making my nail look great. And did an excellent job with all the details I requested. Had an expensive pedicure done and wasnt impressed. I wouldnt call what I got a massage and they forgot about me at the end. The girl that did my service seemed rude and like she didnt want to be there, which really sucked, the other people working there seemed very nice, hopefully I just got the bad egg!

I used to love MK but they are not the same as they used to be. The last two dip manicures I got chipped within two days. Normally they last weeks. The nail techs did not put on the base coat and they finish with a shellac top coat instead of a dip top coat. Last time, they knew Id had a bad experience previously but they still didnt do any better. Ive had much better luck since Ive started going elsewhere. Im sad to say they lost my business.

I’ve gotten my nails done many of times now with billy bob !!! there so amazing and always do a great job, very professional, clean and takes there time.

Almost 3 months in quarantine, which for me was three months of limited self care, no shoes and lots of barefoot and gloveless garden time. I had a friend that booked an appointment on a Sunday in Mid June for us to get our feet and hands done. Needless to say I was worried of what anyone would think of my feet as they have dirt packed in the nails and my toes are cracked from being barefoot but to my surprise everyone was not only kind but also very professional about treating my hideous feet. The massage was amazing and the care taken for my nails and skin were over the top, not expected!! Next came my hands and finger nails... I’m a notorious nail biter and my hands are dry from washing them to the ABC song for the last few months. I was easily and happily convinced to get a set of tips and it was the smoothest and best decision I’ve made in a long time. I left feeling amazing and knowing that I would book there again, not only for me but for any of my friends that want a special couple of hours! Thank you!!

SUPER HAPPY!! I made an apt online it was super easy and fast. As soon as I walked through the door I got sat and he started working. I was in and out fast. The length and shape turned out absolutely perfect. The nails are not too thick or too thin. Extremely happy with how they turned out and the prices were great. Highly recommend!

The staff was nice and at first I was satisfied with my nails, but then I got home and the gel started to create air pockets and I had to fix them myself.. which is something I shouldnt have to do.also, the website says 37 for a full set.. I didnt ask for gel polish for the extra cost either.. and he charged me 60 as well. I think taking a little more than 45 minutes to do a full set would help.

Horrible experience. Won’t go back. Poor customer service and tells customers they are wrong. Look at my reservation for proof! In addition, they didn’t even use the right color and when it was mentioned they blew off my daughter and told her it was what she picked. Just lost 2 potential long time customers as we just moved here. Need to work in creating a great customer experience!

Every time I go there I have such a good time, and my nails turn out so good! I love this place!! The people are so nice as well. I wanted to do a flame on my nails and they put in the effort to give me what I wanted. My nails turned out awesome!! I love this place!!

My wife and I both went in for a fill their website tells yoir $25 however what they don’t tell you is if you get shellac they will charge you $15 more. They rush your nails as well.

I wanted to give this place 5 stars because they did do a fantastic job on my pedicure, but the manicure was rushed. He didn’t move me to under a station light so he could see that my cuticles needed more attention, he literally soaked my fingers on one hand for less than 30 seconds before he trimmed them, didn’t even bother soaking my other hand before he started hacking away. Because the cuticles weren’t softened and trimmed correctly, the color wasn’t applied on the entire nail because the cuticles weren’t pushed back. Once I stepped into the sunlight I was a little appalled. Considering they recently raised their prices I expected a little better this time.

The man that sits front left is very rude.
