I was going to Rylie for lash extensions and I would not recommend her. She was very unprofessional and unreliable. Out of the 3 appointments I had with her she rescheduled or canceled on me every single time (see pics below) The last time she literally told me the night before that she had to cancel and was going to be out of town for another week after already pushing my appointment back a week. She is extremely rude to her clients and is always complaining about them on social media. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time or money on lashes with her.

I got a cut and color which i wasnt happy with the color so i went back and they fixed it at their expense. They take care of their customers. I look forward to my next visit and would highly recommend them. I also had a wonderful relaxing massage for my birthday!

I dropped in to Face to Face Day Spa for a manicure and they were able to fit me in within an hour (a nice bonus but I realize not always possible). Very friendly and accommodating to this tourist. It is the best manicure I have ever had! I would recommend them to anyone, and will say it is worth booking ahead if you know you are heading to Bend -- I know I will be back during my next visit! Everyone here is very friendly but I do think their prices are a bit high. I only go for waxing and for the cost I thought it took forever and Ive had more thorough jobs done. They had great amenities including aloe, hot towels, and lotion but I just would expect a bit more care for spending almost an hour on a wax that normally takes me 15 minutes elsewhere.

Amazing spa!! Went in to get a facial and it was amazing!! Great staff and attention to detail, they really look at your needs and do there best to satisfy you. I will recommend this spa to anyone, great place to get all your beauty needs even makeup. Thank you face to face day spa for the amazing experience.

My experience was terrible. I was scheduled for 4 pm at about 4:45pm my facial began. They closed at 5:30pm. I got a 45 minute facial was charged for the 1-hour facial. It felt like a very rushed facial. The esthetician was nice, but things were rushed and I understand why. The owner was there though. She knew how late things were. I didnt think I needed to communicate that things were wrong, clearly I was wrong. I wont be back.

I love everyone who works there, its like going in to see good friends and get pampered. Love it! I go in at least once a week and Im always treated beyond what I expect and trust me I can be like a tornado sometimes lol

My experience at Face to Face was fabulous. Everything about my visit exceeded my expectations. I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, the quality of service was great (pedicure) and the polish was perfect--even lasted a long time. I am about to call for another appointment for hair and nail services.

I ended up here because another spa did not return my phone calls. How lucky for me. I loved my day of pampering at Face to Face, and will definitely go back in the future. The massage was wonderful. The mani/pedi a luxurious treat. I took advantage of the Paradise Spa package, and it was worth every penny. The biggest plus for me, everyone there was very friendly. Ive been to spas before, where if you werent dressed up with make up on, they dont treat you as well. Not so here. I was in yoga wear, and no make up, no problem. I was treated as well as the more well attired people who came in. Thank you to all!!

I actually came here to see Hari who operates Revitalize A Skin Studio out of this Spa. I was completely clueless on what to do for my skin to keep it healthy, and she was able to break it down for me and give me a great consult on preventative skincare. She also did a mild chemical peel mask and not only is my skin now sooo smooth but it is really plump now because it can actually absorb my moisturizer and it helped calm the red spidery capillaries on my cheeks. I will definately go back and see Hari in the future.

Made an appointment for an eyebrow wax at 5:30, they called me at 4:45 day of appointment and told me they overbooked and couldnt take me anymore. Very bad customer service, wouldnt honor my appointment time that I had booked in advance, clearly dont care about my loyalty as a customer.
