Had a wonderful massage and relaxed in a beautiful spa

My favorite Bend spa. Consistent quality of service, and I can get appointments with the same technicians. That has not been my experience at other Bend spas.

Wonderful, outstanding, and blissful! I really feel like Jinsei Spa is this BEST SPA in Central Oregon. From booking to walking out the door, they hold your hand every step of the way. They ensure a tastefully elegant and relaxing environment that most spas would do well to take note of in the area. The staff are friendly and helpful and the services are serene! Kudos to all the staff making this spa truly the best Ive visited.

My husband and I have been going to Jinsei regularly for deep tissue massages for about the last 2 years. I also get the occasional pedicure. Weve been very happy with our experiences there - prior to covid, we loved using the steam room. The facilities are very clean and I love how everything smells like eucalyptus.I have tried out many of the masseuses there and found them all to be professional, but it took me awhile to find one who matched the style of massage I was looking for. If you can, Id advise describing exactly the kind of massage style you prefer so they can match you with the right person, and also understand that it might take awhile to find that person, but its well worth the investment!On that note, they have a spectacular sale at the end of the year and if you can manage to budget for an entire years worth of spa treatments, its a huge savings to purchase yourself a gift card at that time. They also have a points program but it has expiring points and with covid, things got a bit messed up. And speaking of covid, they have had extremely strict and rigorous protocol in place to protect both their staff and the guests, and it makes us feel very safe going there. They obviously care very much about their employees and that makes me feel really good about supporting them.

My favorite place to go for massage and pedicures! I love the covid precautions they are taking, the spa feels so safe and the staff is amazing. Highly recommend for anyone who needs some relaxation and pampering 😊

Strange experience pretty much from the start. The massage therapist was really awkward. When I first arrived I let her know I was a little nervous since Im 5 months pregnant and havent had a massage before while I was pregnant, and instead of reassuring me and explaining how it works her first response was well do you not want to do it then?..From there on any time we spoke it was really a strange interaction. My husband arranged for the massage so I wasnt sure if it was just a back massage or what it entailed and I dont know if this girl just doesnt have a lot of experience speaking to people but she made me anxious and I almost left. She kept saying we could cancel if I didnt want to do it every time I asked a question. I at one point stated that Im stressed a lot, it seems like I dont know how to completely relax and she actually responded So you decided to have another kid, smart.When she was massaging my neck, it was a little rough for me so I asked for a little softer and I said sorry, she responded with I just dont know what you want. When I rolled over and she was working on my neck, I said that felt much better and she said So you didnt like it before?! I responded that I did like it, I just thought it felt better that way and she said thats confusing, I like doing it the other way.It was just a very very awkward time throughout the entire thing. The massage felt good at times, but next day I am wrecked in my shoulders and lower back.I filled out the form letting them know of my pregnancy and my previous back and neck injuries and mentioned it during the massage, she responded What injury? I said that I had filled out the form and she said Yeah like 5 minutes before you got here..I filled out the form a half an hour before I got there, but anyways, that girl really did not know how to interact with a person at all. If someone comes in for relaxation and is a little nervous, it doesnt take much to provide a little reassurance and if you are going to say a bunch of stuff to make someone uncomfortable, best just to stay silent.Im now going to have to wait until Monday to get into the chiropractor to make the pain from what was supposed to be a relaxing anniversary present go away. 😟**Update**Im sure this place has earned their good rating, and that is why I was going to schedule a different service even after this experience. However after management just reached out to me to let me know it was miscommunication and the massage therapist was just saying I would be busy with two kids and different defenses that she came up with I wont do business here. I didnt need a follow up call at all, I said my part in detail in this review as well as left a VM and all I wanted was for them to further train this girl so no one else has this experience, but I wrote here exactly the things she said to me, so Im not sure how these things could be misinterpreted. So I definitely didnt need a call to tell me that maybe I was misinterpreting things because I was nervous. If that girl had explanations to the things she said, she should have said it then, or she shouldve been the one to call.

Got a 90 minute hot stone massage and it was amazing! I highly recommend coming here if youre looking to relax for a few hours. You are able to enjoy the relaxation room while snacking on my some trail mix and drinking fruit infused water and a co-ed steam room.

Found my new favorite Saturday morning activity! Jacques was amazing, easy to talk to but also comfortable with silence. And while I felt out of sorts for my first experience at a spa the staff were all friendly and pointed me in the right direction. Definitely recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Jinsei with Jacques. He was so professional and his technique was so relaxing and top-notch. I’ve had a lot of therapeutic massages and his was one of the best! I walked out feeling like butter. My husband also had rave reviews about Karen and the hot stone massage. The welcome desk girls were so sweet and Jinsei also offers a fantastic variety of great products to try in the changing rooms, as well, which added to the nice experience. In my opinion, it’s the BEST SPA in Bend.

This is the only spa I go to in Bend. They’re super consistent, everyone is professional, and since all of the massages are downstairs- it’s never loud. I feel like noise level is the hardest thing for a spa to master and they’ve got it down. I’ve had massages, facials, body treatments, and nail services here. Dedicated patron for sure. Great group of professionals here.

While on vacation in Bend, I discovered Jinsei Spa. Karen gave me one of the best Swedish massages that Ive ever experienced!The results of my refining facial with Brie were fantastic. I was glowing later during the evening out at a party!! People noticed! She also gave me very helpful tips about caring for my skin. I am very happy that I came upon this place. It is very clean and comfortable with a steam room and relaxation room.

The Indonesian massage with Karen was so relaxing! I had a great experience and stayed to use the steam room and lounge. The locker room and womens bathroom was very clean also. Amazing birthday gift from my husband!

Beautiful spa! Amazing locker rooms and lounge area. Perfect shower for after your massage! The massage itself was great!I don’t like a hot room so they cooled it down for me. I like a little less pressure so she soften her touch - they key to a great massage is to speak up!

Got a Hot Stone Massage and it was one of the best massages Ive ever had. Karen did such a great job in making me feel comfortable. The facilities are very nice and clean. Definitely want to go back there again!

Great experience for my first stone massage. We were staying at Brasada Ranch, but Brasada didnt offer couples massage so we came here. It was very relaxing, and the whole experience from start to finish was amazing. We will definitely be back next time we are in town

Being local my friends treated me with a massage GC to Jinsei Spa. I LOVE massages.Coming to Jisei Spa was so easy, started with a very easy scheduling assistance. Parking is right by the premise. I was pleasantly welcomed, and been taken to the ladies facility, where I was given a locker, robe and shoes. right there you have a relaxation room with cold water and delicious hot tea, with mix trail.I have waited for my massage therapist. Most of the time I dont find the therapist successful. However, Alan, was THE BEST. He was fully present, listened to my sore places. It showed in the session, where he treated it with such professionalism, and care. Knowing exactly how to create a cohesive flow throughout the session. I took the deep tissue massage.After the session I did use the steam room what a perfect choice.I hope to come back again. Maybe creating a membership option for locals :)

I go to Jinsei to get waxed and Delaney had always done a great job--felt comfortable and the service was quick and thorough. Rene waxes me now and shes awesome, too! The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful.

My favorite spa is Bend! The atmosphere and staff are absolutely incredible. They provide the ultimate relaxation experience with all of their services and extra attention to detail. I always feel refreshed and rejuvenated leaving!

The steam bath/sauna offered prior to a massage is such a treat. What a great way to wind down emotionally and warm up physically to get the most out of your massage! I love a good, solid, deep tissue massage, and this is definitely the solution for my upper back and arm issues. Love this place!

My boyfriend and I had yet another AMAZING experience at Jinsei Spa in Bend! The couples massage was so totally romantic, with candle light and champagne and a soak in the giant tub by firelight... not to mention the fabulous bodywork by such skilled massage therapists! I love to go for my ritual pedicure and manicure with Eri, and she is always so kind, conscientious, and thorough. Everyone at Jinsei is always so attentive and professional. Its for sure the best spa in Bend, and no wonder they were voted best spa in Central Oregon! Thank you Jinsei!

Jinsei is one of the best spas Ive ever visited. It has everything that I look for in a spa: clean, calm, beautiful, relaxing, professional staff and great products, without any pretentiousness.I received a scrub and prenatal massage from Jacque, and loved every minute of it! He has a great touch! I cant wait to come back the next time I visit Bend.

We settled on a couples massage on vacation and instead of paying a ridiculous price at the Resort in SunRiver we drove to Bend to Jinsei Spa. The greeting from the staff was so warm and friendly. The entire place smelled amazing and the massage room was warm and dark. We both raved about our massages after. I would highly recommend this Spa for a massage.

Consistently the best place for massage. My favorite is the Indian Head massage. 45 minutes of straight neck shoulder and head work. I always steam before and after my treatment which to me is like a gift with purchase along with the nice shower and relaxation room.

I took my best friend for a massage for her birthday. We both loved our massages and would definitely go back to Jinsei again. The set up is great, its easy to find Jinsei and the people were very accommodating and friendly.

It had been a long time since I had a professional massage. I am very happy I found Jinsei. I was able to get in the same day I called due to a cancellation. The only poor thing I have to say is that my massage only lasted and hour. 😂 To say the massage was phenomenal would be an understatement. I left there feeling very de-stressed and so much more relaxed.Awesome staff, and Cassidy is a magic-worker. I already have my next 90 minute session scheduled.

Jinsei has great services and has a wonderful atmosphere! I have experienced massages, facials and pedicures here and have never been disappointed. Their serenity room is quiet, relaxing and calming. I highly recommend giving Jinsei a try, you will love it!

I was so disappointed with my experience at Jinsei. After my significant other purchased a massage for me as a Christmas gift, I had high hopes because this was a reputable establishment. The first thing that struck me as wrong was the fact that nobody told me about the tea and sauna perks before and after your massage. Had the receptionist told me, I would have been at least 30 minutes early and wouldnt have schedule my appointment at 5pm (the last apt of the day.) The second thing that bothered me was my massage was extremely rushed. The masseuse acted as though she was irritated with me thus making the entire experience so uncomfortable. Nothing about my massage at Jinsei was relaxing or enjoyable and I left feeling horrified that my poor boyfriend spent his money for me to feel awful. I will not return to this establishment for massage OR facial services.

This is my absolute favorite massage place!! It is soooo relaxing and puts me to sleep right away. The room is so good smelling and nice and dark. The bed heats up and can be adjusted to how you like it. I definitely reccomend Karen, she is THE BEST. I dont know how she does it but my body feels so good after the massage. It feels as if you got a new body. Very refreshing. 100/10 place!

The staff from when i got there to when I left were fantastic. The gal was nice and put the right pressure on my back during my massage.

Bought couples messages for my folks and sister and brother in law and the people here really took care of them. They also helped me make the reservation and set up everything to make it as easy as possible on my family. Only thing that bothered me is they mentioned the price when it was time for them to pay with there gift certificates and it was cleary a gift.

I came here a few days ago for a facial. Ive been to a lot of spas but this is one of my new favorites, right along with the Allison Inn and Shibui in Sisters. The atmosphere here is restful (right next to the Deschutes and walking distance from my hotel in downtown Bend), the restful colors on the walls, the lower lighting and the natural scent set the vibe, I relaxed immediately. I got there extra early to chill and the wait room was perfect. Comfy sofa, lots of great reading material and while I wasnt hungry they had fruits and nuts and lots of tea. I just went with the delicious cucumber water, which seemed to have more cucumber taste than usual. Rene was my aesthetician. I liked her laid back manner, her rhythmic touch and the products which she explained were not actually scented but the fragrance came completely from the ingredients. I fell asleep about three times but forced myself to stay awake and enjoy it all. Im afraid to know how much the products are, because I now want them all -- just nice woodsy scents and great rich texture. I went for the exfoliation peel, it was worth the extra time and $$. My skin looked great. The locker room was the best stocked one Ive experienced for facing the world after I was done, including a good selection of hair product (mines curly). I will definitely be coming back. Lucky people in Bend.

I had the most amazing massage ever! Very classy on the inside with a very relaxing ambiance.

Had a massage this weekend and it was fantastic as it always is. Christina did a great job of relaxing me while still working on tension in my muscles. The steam and quiet room was a great way to start also. Ive never had a bad massage or mani/pedi.

Surprised my girlfriend with a massage and facial for her birthday she said it was very relaxing.

Jinsei is always a relaxing experience, from the greeting at the front desk and serene ambience to the therapeutic treatments. I highly recommend Ariel for massage therapy.

Jinsei has the BEST skincare products. I had a facial here three weeks ago and then made the switch to Arcona (the skin care line they use) and I cant believe how much of an impact has been made in such a short time. Ive always heard of products that claim to reduce fine lines and this is the only product Ive ever seen actually do it. Summer and all the estheticians there are awesome!

It was hot in the room but pooring rain outside and with the window open right over me it was hard to regulate my body temp. My toes took forwver to dry and one got smooshed as soon as I went out in the rain.
