At each stage of the restoration, the Spectrum folks did a great job putting our home back together after a water disaster! It took months for them to begin working. And the work itself was full of mistakes, such as fitting an entire case of stairs wrong, which had to be redone. They would show up unannounced. Other times they wouldn’t show up at all when they scheduled to. They wouldnt even call to let us know why.They also backed into our yard-post, as-well as one of our cars with a large truck. What should’ve been a regular, run of the mill restoration job turned into a massive headache. Our experience with spectrum has been sub-par to say the least.

I have worked with this company many times where I work. We are a 24/7 facility and they are always extremely quick to respond. They always come with a smile on their face and never make you feel put out that you are calling at all hours of the night. I sincerely appreciate their professionalism.

Doug at Spectrum is the master of all things drywall. Extremely polite and skilled at what he does. His secret life is an artist, not secret anymore, Doug!He did an excellent job restoring our drywall and texturing before the painters came. Also thank you Kevin for project managing everyone including Fred and Ismael. I appreciate the quick communications from you whenever I had a question. I highly recommend Spectrum and their whole crew.

There people do a good job when they are here !! But they are taking way to long to get the job done. Started mid December not seening done until maybe mid March maybe !!! This House is a little adair house 1680 sq only down stairs,😖😠 not happy with the speed they are getting it done, too many jobs at one time and we are last on list

Had a little bit of a water emergency called them on a friday night at 10pm. They answered and gave me really good wisdom. Turned out it wasnt a big enough emergency to have them come out. They even followed up monday morning to make sure everything was going well.These guys are legit.

11 months ago we had a total distraction of our home. We at first didnt call Specteum, after the lack of service from the other guys we did.They jumped in two feet and started to work, to get us in our home. They were and are amazing company to work with. They are fast and dont loose the personal touch. Frederick and Ismeal by far are amazing and very good at there jobs.My family so excited to finally be getting into our home, however so sad to see these guys everyday. This company is the real deal and would call them again in a heart beat.Thanks so much for making our home once again, better then we ever thought could be.
