Your team is only as strong as the weakest link.Please trust me when I tell you that claims delegates literally made me over $10,000 more than I thought I was going to get for exactly the same work. Also we fired our estimator! 

I found Claims Delegates to be unfocused and difficult to communicate with. They prepared some estimates for me that were so far off the mark that I could not use them. I do not recommend using them for insurance claims adjusting.

Andy provides great value to the customer with his vast knowledge of the claims process and proper documentation to get fair claims settlement for you.

Love the auto response set up with progress notifications! The turn around time is awesome. The best part is, there services allow me to do what I love to do, run jobs, please customers. Thanks for allowing me the freedom to not be behind a computer for hours on end!

Andys vast knowledge and experience in the industry has proven to be a very valuable resource. For homeowners, not knowing what to expect or how the process works, experiencing a loss can be a very stressful and sometimes overwhelming experience. It helps to have someone like Andy in your corner. For contractors, Andys attention to detail and experience in estimating and defining a scope saves you time, allowing you to focus more on the task at hand, resulting in a successful job and a happy customer.

While I have been fortunate enough to not have to use Claims Delegates as a service, I know if I ever needed to, Andy is the person I would trust with my claims. He is always very professional and has the best interest of his clients in mind. Honesty and integrity are important to him and it shows. Also, I prefer to support local small business and deal directly with business owners when possible.

After a fire in my home I had a very difficult time getting an honest replacement cost estimate from the insurance company’s restoration contractor and got little relief from an appraisal panel. Sending the estimate and the award to Claims Delegates they analyzed them and found estimate was indeed underwritten and the award was intentionally altered when the appraisers zeroed out materials.
