Brian came by to give me a quote on a home rehab + ADU project and was very professional and thorough. He really knows the ins and outs of restoration and with his knowledge, I was able to make a decision to not move forward with the project as it would be a low ROI, but I will definitely be using him once I find the right restoration project.
