Belfor was by far the best restoration company I have worked with. Kept me up to date on what was going on, and made sure the job was done right. Would definitely recommend.

Belfor was contracted through my insurance for re-roofing and H2O mitigation in my attic. Not only was Todd, Renate and the Crew responsive and timely, Todd successfully coaxed my insurance company to get in gear and review the damage estimate when it had stalled out with the insurance company.Once the insurance company approved the estimate, I had a new roof and new attic insulation/paint within a week.HIGHLY RECOMMEND Belfor!

I’m a subcontractor for Belfor and I highly recommend to fill out all your paperwork before working with them, once everything is set in stone then it is a good company to work for, we got a good relationship, we help each other out, they are pleasant to work with, payments do take some time to process but it is normal since they have to process all the paper work but is there, they do make sure the jobs are done properly and keep the customer and contractors happy 👍🏽

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I did a masonry repair job for them and once I submitted my bill I was then told I needed to fill out a subcontractor paperwork packet. Okay, wouldnt you have a sub do that BEFORE the job? So I fill it out and email it off. Wait for a check.... No check. Contact Sasha Juarez and she says oh now theres a new updated packet that has to be filled out first. These people are total jokers.

Was thoroughly disappointed with the lack of compassion portrayed by the employees at time of emergency services being done. Though they might have seen worse in regards to damage, it downplayed the severity of our situation, which was uncalled for and inappropriate. The contract was not followed - they went around the refusal of reconstruction services and contacted our insurance agency. When this was found out, the main point of contact was grossly rude on the phone which guaranteed that we would not use their services in future or recommend them to ANYONE needing assistance - even if it meant waiting an extra day to have emergency services provided. Absolutely disgusted at his lack of professionalism.

Sub contractors beware do not work for belfor you will not be paid. They will give you the runaround and say that they never recieved your invoice if they do decide to pay you it will be well over 90 days. Homeowners beware of this as well!

Company is a huge help if you have water, or fire damage in your home. They service businesses, too.

Jack Taylor is great to do business with. They are super conscientious ! You will love the crew as well!
