I used Sevpro at the recommendation of my insurance when a toilet flooded the downstairs of my home. Alex The manager was very prompt to arrive and get his team drying out my home. After I found he was incorrect in telling me that his sister company would come after the demo to replace my insulation when in fact they were booked for 3 months out. I attempted to get information on the insulation removal from Alex but he ignored my requests. Upon replacment of the floor I found crowbar damage to my bathtub and crawl space opening. After spending a few days getting berated by unprofessional emails from Alex he explained that he would not let me speak to the owner as it is not something that happens by request, it is his choice if I could speak with the owner or not. I would not use this company as Alex and the office manager both lack integrity and honesty.

We used Servpro for water damage at our residents. Alex told us things that ended up being untrue. We could not get information we needed from him as he did not return our calls. Alex then blamed us for not calling him and prolonging the process by calling the office, yet we had called him many times and due to his mailbox being full we were unable to leave a message. Once the repair began we found damage caused by Servpro. Alex began to harass us via email. We consistently requested we deal with the owner regarding our experience, but Alex told us we don’t get to request to speak to the owner and can only do so if he feels we should. In the end Alex decided our contact with the owner was unneeded and stuck us to fix the damage Servpro caused ourselves. Customer service is non existent with Bend Servpro, I would not recommend them.

The team at ServPro went above and beyond to make our newly renovated restaurant look the best. They were timely, personable, and thorough. The attention to detail couldnt have been matched. I would highly recommend them to any person or business looking for a top-notch post construction clean, renovation clean, or any kind of removal cleaning. They have the best equipment and staff of any cleaning service I have ever used. I will definitely use them again for any future needs.

Brent Irwin and Alex Courture are about as dishonest as humanly possible. If you want to do business with liars and thieves that will do one thing and say another call up Alex! You can get the same value by burning your money in a trash can as spending money with them. WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SERVPRO! LIARS!!

Melissa of Servpro of Bend was an absolute life saver. 4pm kitchen fire on July 3rd, 5 fire trucks, spraying down the building. Most people are planning their holiday. Melissa got a crew in that night to stop the damage from worsening.The mitigation and repair became a months long process. I was extremely lucky to have had Melissa to run point. From securing subcontractors, to organizing the 4 room project, to working with insurance, it was a massive endeavor. Melissa was so responsive to calls and texts and in hindsight, I really dont know what I would have done without her.The work was performed professionally, timely, and at appropriate pricing. Everyone who rescued us from an awful mess caused by a faulty kitchen faucet was terrific! They quickly came to begin the mitigation process, explained it thoroughly and got right to it! We woke up to every homeowners worst nightmare! Our home turned into a pool overnight! Nick and John were AMAZING! When they arrived, I was running around like a crazy lady! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! TOTAL SCAM!!! We moved into a new house from out of state, and found mouse droppings upon arrival. We moved EVERYTHING out of the house and cleaned the entire house from top to bottom before they arrived. All we wanted them to do was an overall disinfectant spray, and that’s all they did. The house is only 1,100 sf. It took ONE person less than an hour to spray, but that person was here for 2.5 hrs, of which she spent a total of maybe 1 hour actually spraying. Yet, we were charged for 4 hours, at $100 per hr. for ONE person, not TWO people. We ended up paying almost $400 for ONE person to come and spray our house with their “disinfectant” for about 1 hour. TOTAL SCAM!!!

I had to call this company the other night and they were so responsive and amazing. They came right out and fixed my issue. They worked with my insurance company and made what could have been a horrible experience so much better. I would recommend this company to anyone!!

We had water in the crawl space and Nick L. worked incredibly hard to remove the water and dry up the ground. He is very polite, thorough and hardworking. He did a great job. I would definitely recommend Servepro of Bend!!!

On October 30, my husband and I woke to a flood on our main floor due to a frozen pipe break.A first for us, we mopped up and called a plumber, who explained the extent of damage the water intrusion caused and the mitigation process that would be required. Shocked by what we heard, we called our home insurance carrier to report the event and initiate a claim. Our carrier recommended we call ServPro for flood mitigation services. We did so immediately.By that very afternoon ServPro had removed all the flooring ruined by the water and installed fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the subfloor and flooded crawl space. They had to uninstall kitchen cabinets, remove part of the kitchen counter as well as wallboard that got wet. They also spent a lot of time under the house, drying it out and removing/replacing flooded ductwork.It was distressing to watch our three year old house being unexpectedly dismantled. It was necessary to protect the integrity of the home, but we had no idea how extensive the water damage was.The folks at ServPro Bend gave us confidence our house was in good hands. Besides their impressive same-day response, what struck us first about the ServPro crew was their compassionate sensitivity to our very distressing situation. We met several ServPro flood specialists over the two weeks it took to dry out the house. Every one of them was professional, polite, friendly, competent and compassionate. We had a roofer caused leak that was severe on a Thursday night when a sudden rain came. The rain was pouring down the office wall and some came in upstairs above it. It was frightening for me. I called Bend Serv Pro as the roofer came to try to stem the river of water from the roof. They came out first thing Friday and assessed all damage, worked with the roofers insurance company and attended to every detail in our restoration. They are thorough, polite, trustworthy and empathetic from the persons answering the phones to all the specialists filing through from start to finish. It took so much worry off of me. We are almost to the finish line now ( a new roofer also). Kudos to Ron, Charlene, Emily, Nick, Nicholas, Doug, Bob, Harrison, Chase and Dave. Whew! Hope I didnt forget anyone.

We are extremely pleased with the service we received from Servpro of Bend . Within one hour after contacting our insurance company Nicolas called and was at our home within the hour. They were great about showing up and getting straight to work .dealing with thier managers and onsite technicians was so easy and they were quick to respond to questions and calls . Kevin was our onsite and he was very easy to deal with and made this headache so much easier
