After a morning of calling every other company in town and having no luck, Brian answered and was at my house to look at our refrigerator that afternoon. Heat wave 2021 it us Thursday as our 20 year old AC unit stopped working. Called Brian at 8:30 in the morning and he was there that afternoon. Very friendly and truly seemed to love his job and making people happy. He had the part on his truck and was done in about 15 minutes. Thank you Brian for still being one of the good ones.

I ended up having my garage refrigerator/freezer go a little bonkers on me.. Completely filled with food and a little panicky. Brian came over and assessed the situation in a heartbeat. Brian Larson delivered same day services on 1/13/2017. Originally I was just asking for a fan blade to be installed on my ac/heat pump. Upon further inspection going above and beyond he found the unit was previously wired incorrectly from another company in Bend. He fixed the wiring on the spot and explained everything that he was doing. I have lots of questions and he was very personable and happy to professionally answer everything. Also, my freon was extremely low and causing heat pump to work very poorly. He was the first out of 3 different technicians from other reputable Bend companies to find this issue and offer a resolution on the spot. He pumped up my freon to factory settings and my heat is working better than its ever been in the 4 years Ive owned the house. I couldnt be happier with the service and will be using Brian and recommending him over and over. It was nice to hear an offer to help with my current system instead of hearing you need to replace everything. Thanks again for the stellar work at a very good price - and again same day service! We thank you for warming our house so we arent miserable all winter :)

Answered our call on a nice Saturday when our A/C went out. He was willing to sell us the capacitor we needed for a very fair price, but we opted to have him do the work. Brian came out right away, did an excellent job and our total bill was less than some places quoted us just for the part! Great service and prices.

Brian was the only person to return my call when I had an appliance issue. I called 5 other appliance repair options in Bend. He quickly worked through the problem with me over the phone and determined it was an issue I could likely handle myself. He instructed me on how to do it myself when he could have come out and charged me for it. Later, when the problem persisted, he continued to work with me until the problem was resolved. He is extremely fair and very easy to talk to. I will definitely call him again when the next problem arises.

Brian responded on the same day to our request to assess our GE Cafe refrigerator that is making a very annoying vibration noise. He spent quite a while looking and listening, and although he said the repair was not something he could do, he gave us great advice in how to proceed, and at no charge to us. All in all, a great experience, and well be looking to him again in the future for any appliance repair needs.
