I hired cascade heating for my new home wlth heat pump and air handler. Installer was great with specific tips. Annual maintenance fine tuning was not rushed until features fully functional.

Cole and the entire team did a great job from job proposal to installation, and were very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. They spent extra time ensuring we got our utility company rebate as well. And we have depended on Paul, our amazing service technician, for years to keep our system running smoothly. I would highly recommend Cascade Heating!

My heater went out just as we were expected the first snowfall of the season. Called cascade heat and they had someone out within the hour. The repair ended up being the control board and within a short time the heater was up and running again! Very impressed with the very prompt, courteous, and excellent customer service! Tech: Derick came to my home this morning to do a routine inspection on my heating and air conditioning systems. He did a great job and explained things as he performed this routine service. A great guy who was on time and answered all my questions as he inspected my gas furnace and air conditioner. Great person that I would highly recommend.

I was told by my builder that I did not have AC but could add it later. I called to arrange to have it added and Cascade Heating said it should already be in the heat pump unit. They sent Brandon out, who changed the filter while explaining the entire system to me. I am very happy with the new air conditioner I recently had installed by Cascade Heating. The price was very fair and and Gus was the sales person who had no problem selling me the Trane. My husband and I had an extensive heating remodel last fall with Cascade Heating. We had a new furnace, gas fireplace and a Napolean Pellet Stove installed. We were impressed with the professionalism of the install and further impressed when we ran into problems with our new pellet stove. JJ has been wonderful in problem solving our unique issues with the pellet stove. He has been patient with us on each visit, attended to the issue the stove presented, shared new information with us and repeatedly told us to call him if we had further issues. For some reason, this particular pellet stove with its highly sophisticated electronics, desires JJ to visit more frequently than JJ would like. However, each time, JJ rises to the occasion and sweet talks the pellet stove into behaving. We have been quite satisfied with Cascade Heating and especially JJ and his efforts to resolve interesting quirks with our pellet stove. We would highly recommend Cascade Heating.

Even though they were very busy they made it a priority to get our office furnace back up and running. Great company, we use them all the time for our business. Derick was our technician today and he did a great job.

Haven’t done business with them, yet but I called looking for a wood stove inspection and cleaning. They were kind enough to call me back even though they don’t provide this type of service and gave me the one they use for their own home.

Talk about service.......I call about 12:45pm and had a technician at my house in under an hour. Fantastic! Derick was very polite and was able to walk me through my issue. I have used Cascade Heating for 10+ years and will not use another HVAC contractor. Thank you Cascade Heating!

We had a technician with another company come out and say nothing was wrong with our furnace and he left. Our furnace continued to shut its self off for the following six months until finally the electrical board threw a code telling me to replace it. So not wanting to deal with the hassle of waiting for online shipping I called up cascade heating as a listed vendor for the part I needed and they had it and I was able to buy it and replace the parts the same day the issue occurred.We did not use cascade for the repair or install of parts so I cant attest to their scheduling or technicians.I called one other local vendor who was selling the same part for $30 more making it a total $60 mark up above retail price so Im glad I bought with cascade heating and got the furnace fixed without drastically overpaying.

I have used Mt. View Heating for years. I had a furnace installed from them in my own home. They generally have great service and TV commercials. So when my elderly Mothers heating went out I strongly suggested her to use them. They came out and quoted nearly $4700 to replace a furnace in her 1400 square foot house with 93% efficient furnace. I was shocked with the quote so I asked her to get another quote from another reputable Bend heating company. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of her and make a big score as she was elderly and without heat! She called Cascade Heating. Cascade promptly came out and gave from her a quote install a new higher 94% efficiency furnace (same BTUs as Mt View furnace) installed for $1900. A whopping $2800 less in total cost. That is a huge amount of money difference for someone on a fixed income! Cascade Heating installed the new Trane furnace with no issues quickly and it works great. The job was inspected by the city. I am still shocked on the price difference with the same warranty on install work and furnace. Before going with Mt View for anything, I strongly suggested getting another quote from Cascade Heating or another local Bend/Redmond heating company. There might be enough savings from another company to have a family trip to Hawaii!

Always been quick and professional when I need service and very reasonably priced.

When I moved to Bend in 2005 I had Cascade Heating install an air conditioner. Things seemed to go well until I was selling my home this year. A home inspection cited that the electrical wire to the air conditioner was not proper. A total of three electrical contractors agreed. The wire to the AC should have been enclosed in water proof conduit. I went back to Cascade Heating to see if they would make good on the installation. In the process I found a note in the housing inspectors report saying The wiring method from disconnect to the AC unit is not proper for the environement. I would recommend that an electrician change that out to Sealtight conduit. This note was somehow ignored and ultimately the work was approved. I consider the work that Cascade Heating did back in 2005 substandard.
