We met with Jess for a free estimate. for a ductless heating/cooling system. Jess was able to answer all our questions (which were many) and give us good ideas. She gave us a comparative analysis on her computer (at the time of the estimate), that made our options with prices clear. We were so impressed that we chose Diversified over the other 2 estimates we received.The crew showed up, on time and quickly installed our unit, complete with the electrician. Everything was completed and cleaned up in a couple of hours with an explanation of how to use the remote.Jess came to our house again 2 days later to answer any questions after we had worked with the unit. She, once again, answered all of our questions.We highly recommend this company; we would use them again - and probably will!

The sales rep Jess was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions as we were deciding which company to go with. They also installed a 12 stand for the unit too at my request, even though it wasnt standard.The install team was super fast, in and out by the end of my lunch break. These units work like a dream. Ive barely touched them since they were installed. I sleep like the dead no matter the weather, and cant wait to see how the AC performs this summer.The little heat monitor sensor things does make noise when it rotates, but it took them all of two minutes to switch that part off for me.Their financing options were the biggest draw, and made this expensive upgrade much more manageable. Would highly recommend!

We are repeat customers because Diversified is knowledgeable, dependable and trustworthy. We had them install a gas line to our back porch to fuel our BBQ and fire pit. Unlike other companies that came to give us a quote, they examined the piping in the crawl space and did a thorough evaluation before giving us a quote. Diversified replaced our aging heating/AC system and we couldnt have been happier with their service from start to finish. We have had nothing but great experiences with Diversified!! Don came out first- he was a wealth of knowledge about upgrading our old system and what would work best for our current house + our remodel and answered every question we had. He was even available after hours for some other random questions we had. Travis and his crew came out quickly after our first meeting for the install of our new heat pump and AC. We had an air conditioner and airscrubber installed in our home that was built 7 years ago. I was very particular about where I wanted it installed and how I wanted the electrical ran so it all looked good when it was complete. Diversified installed a humidifier. Professional, sharp, efficient, knowledgeable. Donnie knew a lot about whole house humidifiers; the best brand and types of systems to use, how to install, etc. Informative. When they walked away, I understood my system inside and out! They also installed a 4” 20x25 air filter and filter box. Huge improvement over stuffing a thin, 1” (big box store) filter into my furnace.When my furnace or AC fails, I’ll have Diversified replace them! Love the fact it’s a family owned, independent local company.

Dwayne and Ben from Diversified heating were the hardest working and most positive service people I have ever encountered. Would give them 10 stars and a million dollars if I could.We had major water damage under our house and they tore out and put back in all the ductwork in one single twelve-hour push so we wouldnt have to be without heat for the night.I dont think I saw them take a single break the entire day, and somehow they remained friendly and upbeat the entire time. We could not believe the extreme level of effort they put in, probably pulling easily over 1,000 pounds of wet insulation out of our crawlspace, without ever failing to smile at us, from 8 am to 830 pm. It was incredible. They even let us take their picture at the end.Bill who had come out previously (and promptly) on a Saturday was also extremely kind and helpful catching the water just in time before it entered the house.

Installation went great 2 years ago! We got the Mitsubishi Ductless system and part of the warranty is that it must be serviced every year. Unit was serviced last year with no problem. This year it was serviced (I had to skip a day of work to stay home and wait on the tech) and the blower did not come back on after the technician left (he did not test it properly, only checking to see if the unit was heating up). We wake up to a cold house and it takes another day for them to send the next guy. He comes out, tightens a screw, checks the blower and it all seems fine. However, at some point it stops blowing a couple of hours after he leaves. So we call them for emergency service at 8 PM. The earliest they can get to us is close to 4 PM the next day! 20 hours later? This is to CORRECT their error! The techs were all very nice guys, clean, professional, and seemed competent. The dispatcher is also pleasant and efficient. I have always heard good things about this company. I was going to leave a 5 star review on Monday until I discovered that our blower wasnt working. Then it became a 3 star due to the additional delay. Now its a one star because I have missed 3 days of work waiting around for these guys to fix something that wasnt broken in the first place.

Had a consult to find out what would work best for us and was given 3 different options with the pricing all easily available. (Whatever program they use for quotes is amazing)We settled on one, they offer a financing option with excellent terms. Set a date and time for install, which they were right on time for, they called before they showed up, got the job done begining to end in a few hours (Im sure install time varies home to home) and we have cold air blowing now for summer. After the install, I got another call making sure it all went well and if I had any questions. Scheduled a follow up meeting to help set up the app for remote control. Also received a folder in the mail with thank you letters, contact info, my warranty info (which they send in all the paperwork for you) so my warranty is already active, its just part of the service they do! The only thing I have to do is turn the HVAC on. Everything else is taken care of. I feel valued as a customer. Best experience Ive had with any company

My review of the service has nothing to do with the technician Duane, who was professional and efficient.My complaint is that the fee of $90 for a technician to show up and wipe off/clean the flame sensor and put it back in would be pricey enough. But then adding an additional $40??? For what?!He was there maybe 10 minutes... 15 at the most, because there was nothing to do other than clean the flame sensor.So, I dont think its right to charge customers an additional amount for that type of service. If there was a part that needed to be replaced, then I would understand an additional charge.I had to make this exact same type of call for repairs last year about this time. And my home was built in 2016. This should not be happening.I wont need to call Diversified again in the future. I can clean off the flame sensor myself and save my hard earned dollars.Im sorry... but this just seems like the customer is being taken advantage of.

Daniel helped us this morning, he was very kind, informative, and thorough in his work. My kids were running around the house with a case of the “visitors”, he was patient and unbothered by what I couldn’t control. Also, we have an odd shaped furnace and he made sure that we got the right size to keep us going. Would recommend to anyone who needs heating work done.

We just had an AC system installed and Duane and his partner did a fine job. They were professional, on time, worked efficiently, and were informative. They made sure to let us know we needed a new filter, and offered to drop one by the house within the week. They have not as yet done so, but thats not a big deal. They showed us how to set the wall thermostat, and offered some efficiency tips before leaving. They completed the install in about 4 hours, which was what the estimate stated. No complains and we are COOL!

We had an annual service call for our furnace and an install of a blower for our gas fireplace insert. Cierra Jordan was our service technician. We were her last call at the end of a long day. Even so, she arrived ready to work, was friendly, professional and courteous. She was very knowledgeable, worked quickly, yet thoroughly to complete the job and spent the time needed at the end to make sure we were satisfied with the job and to answer any questions or address concerns we may have had. Installation took less than a day as we have a small 1500 square foot house. The guys arrived around nine a.m. and left around 4 p,m. after installing our new system. They removed the old electric heater and installed a new one with a heat-pump that will also function as an air conditioner in the hotter months. The new system works very well. Very nice friendly crew.

For identical equipment they were the lowest bid out of 5 companies. They scheduled me for install in less than a week after bid. They showed up 15 minutes early and did a great job installing the equipment, exactly where I wanted it. They finished the job at the agreed upon time frame and left the work area spotless. Our technician, Michael, was very professional and helpful when he came out to our house last week. He found what our problem was, fixed us up, and got the cool air blowing upstairs again. He also reconnected a duct to the laundry room under the house, which he was under no obligation to do. The cost was reasonable and we were left satisfied with the work done. We had an older heat pump fail just before the holidays and got several bids for a replacement. Diversified were the only ones that were able (or maybe willing) to get it done before a month or two. They were also very good to work with and were even able to upgrade to a total duct replacement w/o a major effect on the schedule. Both Donnie and the install crew were good to work with. I would recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs.

He was polite, professional and thorough. He listened to my needs and wrote up a proposal on his computer. He presented three options for me to consider and explained each option clearly. After he left, he updated his proposal indicating the most expensive option he had presented would not be necessary based on the calculations he reviewed from his office calculator. This, along with Diversafied’s flawless satisfaction ratings, had me convinced to trust them with my project.On the day of installation, Travis called to find out if they could come early. We agreed on their new arrival time and they arrived exactly when they said they would. They arrived with three installers and each immediately introduced themselves. I dealt primarily with Travis and Kenny. All three installers were polite, informative and professional. On their arrival Travis called the electrician who arrived within about thirty minutes. The entire team of four worked together like a well oiled machine. As I watched them work I was increasingly impressed and confident with their work. Since I was present while they installed my unit, they consulted me regularly to ensure my satisfaction. They completed their work in the time frame they had given me. Prior to leaving the three installers made sure everything was clean and working and they gave me a tutorial on how to use my new unit.When it was all said and done, I couldn’t have been more pleased with my entire experience and my new unit.

I have worked with several HVAC vendors and Diversified is by far the best. They know their stuff and will take the time to (helpfully) explain the nuances of heating and cooling technology. Would recommend to anyone!

So much more than heating and cooling! Remember those really bad smoky summers? I hated not being able to open my windows. After talking with Jess we got a system that filters out the smoke and keeps our house at the perfect temperature. I hope we don’t have another smoky summer this year but at least I know we won’t suffer indoors. Thank you Diversified!

My 18 year old furnace was done so i called another company that came out 2 weeks later to spent a hour on their fix. well 2 weeks later the furnace quit again. i called Diversified and couldnt be happier. i have a much better furnace and my home is so much warmer. the old furnace was 75% efficient and my new one is 95% efficient. i will see what that translate to when i get my next heating bill but even if it is not much the warmer house is worth it. the people who did the work and the person who explained everything did a great job.
