4/8/21 UPDATE. I am beyond frustrated. I was happy with the original work however there where things that needed to be completed (cleaning etc) now after months of the job being done some of the stones have broken and need replacement I’ve been told multiple times they will come and replace them and clean what’s still pending since November 2020. I rarely get a reply to my messages and when I get a call I’m told they will come the next day and weeks, months have passed by and I am still waiting.___________________________________I couldn’t be happier with their service. These guys went above and BEYOND my expectations. They did the complete landscape of my back yard from concrete to sod and helped me choose my plants and flowers. They took their time listening to my wants and guided me to what would work and again I’m stoked about my yard. I recommend Coufal Landscape and will hire them in a heartbeat! I will definitely be choosing them for upcoming projects. People like them are very hard to find.Thank you so much guys for your hard work!

Casey timely responded to my request for a tree removal estimate. Although not the cheapest service, his online reviews as well as the meticulousness of the work plan, convinced me to move forward. I was not disappointed; EXCELLENT JOB 5_stars!

Poor business practices!I received a recommendation for lawn services with this company, which was a bad idea. He comes across as pleasant and attentive to your concerns, but it’s a ploy to rope you in as a customer. The plan was lawn services and weed care on Fridays. He would change my scheduled service day without notification or miss them entirely. He damaged the irrigation cover not once but twice and while he stated that he would replace it, he has yet to do so and now it has been an entire month since the damage was done. He doesn’t return phone calls or texts for days at a time. Finally, I was due for service and he waits 5 days after my service date to tell me he is no longer providing lawn care. TERRIBLE company. Don’t waste your time.

Very fast and responsive. Professional and knowledgable when asked questions about weed control and products used. Had my yard ready in time to sell my house. Highly recommend.

The Coufal Landscaping team is great! After a mudslide flooded our home and ruined our yard, these guys were the quickest and most reliable landscapers who responded to my inquiry and were out within hours to see the problem in person and come up with a variety of solutions at different cost points to meet our needs. They had excellent communication and were out to fix our issue as soon as the weather allowed them to! The workers were quick, professional, and courteous. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

We are very pleased with the outcome! We hired Coufal Landscapes to remove 3 trees. They are friendly, professional and very hard working. The hauled off everything and the place looks great.

Hired them for a small Landscaping project. In this case a Xeroscape and it turned out just fine and the plants that were selected even weathered the cold snap we just had the other week

Regrettably i allowed owner to talk me into making equal monthly payments for year-round lawn service even though it meant I would be paying more than necessary in the months of January, February, March, November and December but it would even out over the course of the year. That was before the owner stopped servicing yards completely at the end of May. At that time I had pre-paid the equivalent of $150 for services yet to be rendered. After politely asking for my money i was told by the owner that hed be out within a few days...that was followed up by similar promises...here it is now almost 3 months later and I still havent received my money back and the owner has stopped responding. BUYER BEWARE...not trustworthy.

Was hired to cut down a tree and trim some branches. In the process, they dropped a limb on the roof and broke the fence. The roof was “fixed” with mismatch color shingles, and roofer showed up to “fix” it with no tools. The tree was never completely cut down. These are the slimiest people you can deal with. Owner stated the right color shingles were ordered, but 3 weeks later nothing here. DO NOT USE. BBB accreditation recently revoked for multiple outstanding complaints. TERRIBLE and THIEVESAs of 9/16/2020, no work has been completed, nor contacted to finish it. Was told that “material had to be ordered.” Slime ball company at best. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Lack of professionalism. Weeks of communication with owner regarding property damage that occurred while removing a tree have led nowhere, and after doing a little research I can see we are not the only family wronged by this company. It really says something when your BBB accreditation is revoked and you have 1 Star on google. I wish we’d done our due diligence prior to working with this company.

Very dangerous driver. Sunday afternoon doing 50 in the middle lane of I35 in a 75 mph zone causing major traffic blockage while TEXTING!!
