Highly recommended. They were very quick to respond to my request for a quote as well as all follow up questions. They provided detailed information up front with a positive attitude. The install was done quickly and professionally.Edit:Ive lowered by review from 5 to 3 stars based on my second experience with them. After multiple attempts a technician was unable to do a simple weather stripping install correctly. The company was responsive but the technician seemed to not take pride in his work and that didnt seem to bother the company. Additionally he left loose screws in my driveway.

My spring had broken and locked my car inside the garage, and I needed to get it out. Other repair shops could not get to it for a day or two. When I called ACS, they scheduled me for that afternoon. The repairman and lady were competent, friendly, and helpful. They replaced the spring, serviced the rollers, etc., and noticed a repair that needed doing, which they did for a nominal fee. I was glad that I got ACS for my repair job. If I have another problem, I know whom to call.

I called ACS after hours when my door fell completely off the hooks, and they responded with great service I must say. The person that answer the call was very polite and didn’t mind that it was after hours. She treated me like the door were her and had fallen off the hook. She made feel like there are still good customer service out there. The technician was highly trained in his profession, and very knowledge about handling the situation I called about. I thought we would be out there all night working on that door. He told me to go inside and dont worry about nothing he had everything under control. I could not believe he put that door back on by himself, but He did and I was very happy with his work. I also ask him if I put in a work order for a key pad for the outside could he come back and install it. He replied I can do that tonight I just need to clear it with the office. I am really please with their customer service. I would definite recommend them to my friends and family member’s. As a matter of facts I saved their telephone number in my personal cell for future issues or concerns with my garage door.

BEWARE....They do not stand by their work and do not return phone calls or emails. At this point I am not sure they are even in business.

I scheduled with ACS because of the reviews on google. The only reason I gave this a two is because the receptionist was nice even through the terrible situation. I was quoted a time for the tech to come out (1-5 pm) and because of a mistake, got an alert that he was on his way to my house MUCH earlier. I tried to call to verify this, but at 8:15 am, no one was answering the phone. So, I left work because I did not want the tech to leave or be inconvenienced, even if this was an inconvenience to myself. Long story short, the tracker said he arrived at my house but he wasn’t there. When I called to see what was going on, I was informed the tech accidentally hit my house for service. Their GPS will show them as arrived if they are in the vicinity of a job they said they were going to. Because it was still going to be another 45 minutes, I cancelled the job with ACS as it was already almost 10 am. I will say, the receptionist called back and said his job was finished sooner than expected and he could be there in 15, but I was almost back to my office and already annoyed at the lack of organization that I told her I would not turn around to go back home and that I would be calling another company that was recommended. This was a HUGE inconvenience, for me, for my office, for my husband. Hopefully, this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

The tech that came out was fast, professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. I appreciate how timely he was to arrive and solve our problem. My garage sounds way better. Reasonably priced also. Thank you very much.

Update 2: Juan came back out and installed a threshold seal and Im happy to say that even with the heavy storms weve had there has been essentially zero water getting in through the garage doors. This is a substantial improvement. 5-stars due to their persistence and excellent customer service and while I would have preferred that it worked out following the initial install, they have stood by their work and done everything within their power to correct it.Update 1: After posting this review Amanda reached out to me and schedule for one of the techs, Juan, to come by and take a look. I had ordered a threshold seal already and Juan encouraged me to cancel it and said theyd supply and install one themselves. This is incredible customer service and goes beyond what I expected. Ill update the review following the planned install next week.On our initial experience they were very responsive re: replacement of the seal on our garage doors. We were getting some water in but not a ton. Seals were replaced and failed within weeks. To their credit they replaced them again with a different product. Still having the same issues. Called and left a message. No call back. Called again 2 weeks later and was told it must be a foundation issue. Will update the review once we get this solved but presently Im not content with that answer. They could have at least come and inspected the problem before passing the buck.

My garage door fell off the track at 5pm on Saturday when it was 40 degrees outside. I called ACS and they were out less than 2 hours later and had it fixed. They were very professional and reasonably priced. I have already made an appointment for them to come replace some equipment. I highly recommend their services.

Ive used ACS three times. This last time I was thrilled it was a bigger job I could hire them to do, because the other two times were such small jobs that didnt pay much and yet they went above and beyond to come out to my house on short notice. ACS isnt just on time, they are expedited, kind, and very thorough. Absolutely awesome experience! I googled garage door repair and gave them a call. They actually came to my house within 30 minutes and checked my garage door for no fee at all. They fixed it for a extremely low price and it only took them a little over an hour to complete the job. I recommend anyone who is having problems with their garage give them a call!

I recently called ACS overhead for a quote on a lifestyle screen that I had seen on another garage around my neighborhood. I had some question about the price and quality. Juan the technician they sent out assured me the quality of workmanship and material is warrantied. ACS Overhead provides a Limited Lifetime warranty covering the parts and a 1 year warranty covering labor. I now have a cool place to relax and enjoy this summer all thanks to Juan and ACS overhead doors.

First off the dispatcher who answered the phone, she was a sweetheart. She was very polite and straight forward with everything. I was desperate. It was 7 oclock at night on a Sunday, and I couldnt get the garage door up or down it was off track. I searched the web and I couldnt find anything open except for ACS doors. I call them and within 2 hours they were out there fixed my door awesome price highly recommended.

I called them just after 8 pm on a Tuesday night with a broken spring, by 9:20 pm Tuesday night they finished someone elses door and had mine finished. Truly a 24 hour service company! On time, had the parts, extremely professional! I will never call anyone ever again to do door work! Advance Overhead services are right on point. They came in did a great job installing my new garage door. Never had to ask any questions and were quick about it too. I will refer these guys to all my friends no questions asked. These guys are some true professionals.

After I explained the problem, they took a look around my problem and did their research.
