AC went out. I like to think of myself as a Do-It-Yourself kind of guy but HVAC is beyond me. We called Mark. He was at our house in 30 minutes, our AC was up and running in no time. We highly recommend Marks Heating & Cooling LLC. Great service, professional, reasonable, and he really knows his stuff.After addressing another issue (capacitor) Mark thought there was something going on with the condenser contactor (relay). I was there, it was Marks intuition more than anything. It didnt sound right to him. Mark pulled the contactor and found that a spider had crawled between the contacts and had been mashed when the contactor energized. This caused the contactor to arc/burn. THIS is why you call a professional like Marks Heating & Cooling LLC. Knowledge, experience, and intuition.

Retrofit a new HVAC system for my upper half story. Mark gave me the right price and his crew gave me even better quality. Treated my house like their own and kept me up to speed on progress throughout.

I had some work done by another company and felt that I had been taken advantage of. I had never used Mark’s company before, but had heard good things about them. I called Mark and ask for some advice. He was very considerate and listened to my concerns about the other company. In the meantime I remembered I needed to have my water heater drained and had a price from another company which he said he would match. While he was at my house he inspected the work the other company did on my furnace and verified that I had been overcharged. After I did some research and contacted the other company, they refunded half of the original price. I will never use that company again but will make certain when I need HVAC work done again, I will contact Mark’s. I found him to be very honest, hardworking and genuinely interested in doing a great work. I couldn’t be happier with the job he did, and his integrity. I highly recommend his services.

Mark made time to come out on the coldest day we had seen in decades because our furnace was not producing heat. It was a quick and easy fix, he was efficient, compassionate, understanding, and didn’t try to sell us on anything else. We will be calling Mark again!

First week of Summer, Hottest day of the year, AC quits blowing cold air. Many other service providers booked for days and weeks. Mark managed to fit me in the same day. Fast, Affordable, Flexible and Knowledgeable.

Best HVAC service we have ever had!!!Mark with Marks heating & cooling came to service our older AC unit for the central air just a few hours after I called him as it was 84 degrees in the house and the AC unit was running non stop 24/7.After Mark cleaned out the AC unit and charged the system with coolant the house started cooling down. Even after he serviced the AC unit the house never got above 76 degrees in the house on the hottest days leading up to our replacement as we knew we needed to replace the original 25 yr. AC unit & furnace as they were showing signs of failure. He was so quick to reviving life back into the old AC unit I was amazed.We felt comfortable with the service Mark provided and made our decision to have Marks heating & cooling install our new entire HVAC system. The Marks heating & cooling team was able to come out 5 days after servicing our old system to install the new AC unit, furnace, new copper condenser line, A coil, humidifier, and thermostat in the same day. We went from a 3.5 ton (AFUE 80%) furnace to a 4 ton (AFUE 96%) which made all the difference in the world as we have a big home with alot of vents and they barley whispered air with the 25yr. 3.5 ton old unit and now that air comes out great with the new 4 ton furnace. We also upgraded from a 25yr. 3 ton (10 SEER) AC unit out side to a new 4 ton (15 SEER) AC unit and our air is twice as cold as it was with the 3 ton old unit. We also added a humidifier to the furnace for the winter time. We are excited to see the energy savings from the new bigger, more powerful, more efficient HVAC system hardware, we went with HEIL.We are ecstatic about the way the installation went perfect without a hitch. Marks heating & cooling really knows what their doing whether its a normal service call (which we experienced a few hours after our first call) or a entirely new HVAC installation (which we experienced 5 days later). Cant wait to show off our new units to friends and family and enjoy the amazing climate & humidity control, no more 84 degrees in the summer or super dry lip chapping air in the winter here lol.There is a financing program that Marks heating & cooling uses through FTL a loan company that we got approved for and Mark made everything so easy getting us the electronic loan docs quickly that we signed from home over our mobile phone within minutes. Most importantly we have an affordable payment that were happy with, it was super user friendly and convenient for sure. Mark made sure to take care of filling out the Evergy & Spire rebates and send them in as we will be getting back some money for upgrading to more efficient HVAC units from Evergy & Spire.Marks heating & cooling will be the only HVAC company that serves our HVAC services & needs and we feel comfortable and happily recommend them for any new HVAC installation or service.KUDOS TO THE MARKS HEATING & COOLING CREW!!!

We just purchased a home, due to the lack of cooperation with our home warranty co. We used Mark as he has serviced the AC prior. He was friendly, diagnosed the issue before the service call and had us taken care of in a timely manner, even due to the short notice! Would recommend him to anyone!

Our furnace went out around 8 PM on Friday night during the snow storm. I called my cousin who works in real estate, and he recommended Mark’s Heating and Cooling. I called Mark, and he diagnosed the problem over the phone. He talked me through a temporary fix for the night, and came and replaced a broken part first thing the following morning!
