This is hands-down the best customer service and response that I’ve had with any business. I called first thing this morning and spoke with Mr. Keith and he made me an appointment the same day. He called me back in less than 10 minutes and said that he would have somebody to my house ASAP. I am so grateful for the service that they provided and getting my AC back up and running at a reasonable price. The technician Eric was very professional, courteous, and respectful of my property. I will definitely lock them into my phone and will use them for further services. You guys rock!! I needed air and they gave me Moore Air!!

I honestly don’t write reviews, however, I had an exceptional business interaction and I wanted to share my experience doing business with Moore Air. The team provided me with outstanding customer service, (thank you to Terry for getting me on the schedule ASAP!). Thank you to Jeremy and his installation team for providing me with outstanding professionalism, prompt arrival, and transparent communication throughout the installation process for the New AC unit. My old AC unit went out during the hot summer month of August and it was not financially wise to repair. Within 36 hours between an assessment/evaluation/competitive pricing...My new AC was installed! Keep up the great work Moore Air! I greatly appreciate the outstanding service you provided me, and will be referring you to anyone that needs the services you offer!
Again I had more air come out to try to clean my air ducks to give them another chance well the two technicians didn’t even do that they proceeded to tell me well this won’t solve your problem they ended up going underneath my house which they should not have done without asking me first I asked for a service and I wanted this service and I didn’t get the service that I had asked for. Also I proceeded to ask the technicians why I have to change my filters four times a week he said because you’re burning candles that’s your problem I’ve been burning candles for over a year and just about a month ago I’ve had to start changing AC filters four times a week if they would’ve done the service that I asked for and clean my AC ducks I wouldn’t have to change my AC filters four times a week.
Go with this company if you like to be talked to like a dog and belittled by the owner, Keith. They came out and unhooked my current unit before opening the new unit and realizing it was the wrong size. Then they had the nerve to accuse me (the customer) of telling them the seer rating needed in replacement of my old unit when their technician is the one that looked at the side and took a guess and told me what he thought it was. Arent yall supposed to be the a/c professionals? Just because you are mad at the home warranty company for ordering the wrong unit and you are losing money as you stated does not give you the right to take it out on the homeowner. What kind of business is that, and how do you ever expect people to return for services or provide good referrals when they are treated so poorly. I also found it so professional the way you lost your temper with me and hung up the phone like a child and told me you are refusing to come do the work and that you hope the next company can make me happy. Trust me, not dealing with you and your aggressive, unprofessional behavior makes me happy enough. So hopefully anyone considering using your company will read my review and proceed with caution. Maybe when it starts hitting you in the pocket you will realize that treating customers with respect is what really matters at the end of the day. Have a great day Keith!

Had a problem with my air conditioner on a Sunday and received prompt, excellent service ! Jeremy Snyder was the technician who dealt with our air conditioner and he was a true professional. Answered all of my questions and had the issue fixed within 20 minutes. Couldnt have asked for better service!

Just came back from vacation after a week and of course the A/C is out. Called Moore Air because they were recommended and just down the road from my house. A tech (Roger) was sent out within an hour of contacting them on a Saturday. Roger was great...very pleasant and professional all around. He didnt mind me asking questions constantly and was very informative. Roger diagnosed the issue, a burnt out contact and had us up in running within an hour also. Definitely would recommend them as it was a very smooth process.

I have found that the Technician and owner, Kieth Moore are people of integrity and with the goal of serving there customers with professionalism and courtesy. I will rely on Moore Air for all my Air conditioning and heating needs.
I called this company and explained the symtons my HVAC system had. Symptons where the following: blowing cold air, then suddenly it would stop blowing cold air and would only blow warm air. It would do this on/off again. I was fully aware that I had an old unit and would not invest money in an old unit and would simply buy and replace the whole HVAC system. Technician arrived and diagnosed the issue saying that all it needed was a little freon and maybe a sealant and some cleaning. I agreed for the Technician to complete these tasks going on his advice. They charged me close to $400 for the service and left. 15-20 mins later my unit was presenting the same exact symptoms it had before he arrived. I called them again and the technician returned and while I was oustside with him attempting to figure out what was wrong with unit. We noticed that the units fan/motor turned off unexpectedly. He then said: well, I think thats your problem. Motor is going out! He then proceeded to inform me it would be an extra $250+ to replace it after I had just paid close to $400. asked him for a refund and he said he would have to talk to his boss. His boss did not approve the refund unless I would agree to replace the whole HVAC system with his company. I went ahead and asked for quote for a new HVAC system. But I did not like the pricing he quoted me. That being said I called the owner of Moore (Keith) and asked him for a refund. I told him: I know sometimes we can misdiagnose issues and I understand that you used some of your materials even though that wasnt needed to address the issues my system was having. I asked Keith: How about you just refund half of the total amount? He immediately became angry and disrespectful accusing me of shafting him. After a few minutes of back n forth between us he said Im gonna take food out of my daughters mouth and Im going to refund ALL of your money!! I replied if thats what he wanted to do, it was fine (keep in mind I had asked for only half of the refund) I waited another 10 days and contacted him again today asking if the refund had been processed and he just replied: Ive decided not to give you back your money. Thank you and he immediately hung up the line.My point is his technician misdiagnosed the problem with HVAC unit. He shouldve inquired more about the symptons and tried to find the real issue. Its quite evident the technician shoudlve been more thorough in actually investigating the symptons I initially informed them of. Most importantly was the extremely poor and unprofesional customer service treatment Keith gave me:°falsely accusing me of attempting to shaft him°saying that he would be taking food out his daughters mouth (metaphorically one would hope) in order to refund me.°going back on his word after agreeing to issue a refund.°hanging up the phone?! What are you 12 years old?! Behave accordingly to your age.You couldve respecftfully disagreed with my opinion Keith. There is no need to belittle and disrespect your customers. To Everyone else: I suggest you stay away from these types of businesses in our community that do not value us as customers and when an issues arises they do not work proactively to resolve the customers issue. And by the looks of it, you have done this to other customers as well. Stop being so petty, your behavior and actions are repulsive to say the least. Good day to you sir!
Great people and great service
This review is for the owner of Moore air, your company has an issue.Here is the rundown. Our A/C goes out Thursday afternoon. We contact our leasing company and they let me know Moore Air is on the job. I call the company and I was told someone would be out at 2pm to look at the problem and I would receive a phone call before they arrive. 2:45ish rolls around and I call and was told they are running behind, which is no issue, I understand they have other calls and sometimes things have to be adjusted. Around 3:45 I receive a call saying the service technicians are on there way, which is awesome its about 85 degrees in our house. The guys come out and were very polite and knowledgeable. They let us know the motor is blown and they are submitting a warranty claim, and if the warrant claim is approved quick enough they can get the part and get us some cold air in the house. They leave around 4:15pm to go take care of another call. That was the last time Moore air contacted us. We were never guaranteed our A/C would be fixed on Friday, we are NOT upset about that. What was troubling to us is that no one contacted us to let us know that they would not be back out to replace the motor on Friday. We waited at our home for 3 hours after the technicians had left hoping we would receive a call or the technicians would be back. I attempted to contact the company after 5pm to get an update and no one could be reached. So my wife leaves a review on this page Friday night and gives them 2 stars based communication and also hoping someone would reach and give us an update. We never received that update over the weekend. I called Moore Air around 10am this morning to get an update and was told they were not going to be coming back out because of the Facebook review that was left by my wife. The lady I spoke with informed me that they were hurt by the review and asked me How would you feel if you had a company and got a review like that. She was never rude while I spoke with her, and neither was I. She did tell me that she forgot to forward the office phone to the after hours line and that if she did forward the calls we would have been updated on Friday. My wife deleted the review and we were able to get past that, and I was told someone would be out this afternoon to take care of the issue. I thought everything was resolved and we were back on track. Not even close to being to the case. I get a text from my leasing agency and they tell me the owner of Moore Air decided not to take our business because of the review that had since been deleted. That review was not rude or vulgar. You seem to have a bigger concern with the Facebook reviews your company receives, instead of providing the services you offer. The service technicians you have are wonderful and very polite. The company communication with updating a customer is just awful. Reviews are meant to be constructive feedback to help a company grow. If you continuously receive 2 stars for communication, you possible have a communication issue. TAKE YOUR CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK AND LEARN. I am glad to know you will not be making any more money from the warranty company for our home. To the owner, the reviews arent there to make you A/C prom king or queen, they are meant to make you better. Moore Air is the absolute best in the heating/cooling business in the Belton/Temple area. Their technician Jeremy (not me) is the most knowledgeable HVAC technician I have ever met. This company has fixed three different issues for me at my home in Belton. Two of those times I was able to directly compare their work to other HVAC companies. The one time, my heater was blowing out cold air. I had just bought my home so it was still under a home warranty. The home warranty company called out two different companies to fix the problem and each one failed to even correctly diagnose it. I ultimately got sick of spending the winter without heat and called up Moore. Jeremy diagnosed a broken sensor and fixed the issue immediately. Most recently, Moore Air saved me thousands of dollars. I no longer live in Texas and rent my house in Belton out. I got an email from my management company saying that the AC was out for the 4th time in as many months and that Quality Air Services of Belton was saying I needed a completely new AC system for $4000. I was overseas at the time and called up Moore, who took my call at 7pm local time. They sent Jeremy out, who diagnosed the issue as a faulty valve that needed replaced. This fix cost me a few hundred bucks. When I sent that diagnosis to my management company, they confronted Cory Rance and Quality Air Services, who then backtracked and claimed that their previous diagnosis of a new system was a miscommunication. Jeremy and Moore Air saved me thousands of dollars and always finds the problem the first time.Moore Air is the best in the business. I would take them over the competition every time. I cant speak to Daniel Lawsons experience, but in mine, Moore Air is the best
