Absolutely impressed with this company. Jarred and Randy at comfort systems did an excellent job with installing a new American standard AC and installing a new return and humidifier. They answered any and all questions throughly and were very professional. The timeline they gave me for removal of the old unit and install of the new was exactly what they said it would be. So thankful for Hannah and this company! They installed our AC unit a year or so ago and have always been professional and helpful. And yesterday was no exception. Logan made a same-day service call when we called about our AC going out. We had a great Experience from first meeting with Neal for a furnace nd then one of his trained employees 6 years later for New AC. Both installed without a hitch and dependable. Great efficiaent service fellas. Price was in the middle and thats what we wanted. We had three quotes and 2 from much larger national firms that really put on a dog and pony show but couldnt anser any technical question for us like the team at Comfort Systems did.I also could have had a neighbor buy me one on the cheap and install but he couldnt provide any warranty or guarantee. This company is wonderful. This is the second time they saved us. Last summer our A/C went out on one of the hottest days of the year. They came out no problem and identified the broken part and had us up and running on a Sunday so we could sleep in comfort. Tuesday our hot water heater blew in the early morning hours. The after hours callback system worked wonderful and Madison took great care of us scheduling a next day appointment so we could have hot water by the next day. Have used Comfort for years to service my heating and air system,wouldnt use anyone else

Logan came out to see what issues we were having and he has scheduled to get everything up to par. This is the customer service I came to know in the past. Will definitely use them going forward.He also stated that they are using screws instead of nails to install the ductwork to the joists.

On a hot day while AB May couldnt schedule me in for another 36 hours for an AC repair, Comfort Systems saved the day and came right out to help. I took off a couple of stars because the fix came down to replacing a capacitor. I looked it up and a typical price in a big box store was around $10. I even checked the exact same part they supplied. Comforts materials/parts charge on the receipt was $80. Yes, thats 8x more! When I asked the technician, he admitted it was high but said they do a price comparison with other HVAC service outfits and are still cheaper.I wish all businesses are transparent with what their parts cost is...it is after all the title of the line item. Comfort Systems chooses to pad it to make the diagnostic service fee look more attractive.

We had Comfort Heating and Cooling out a coupla weeks ago to work on our ac. Their tech was a very pleasant guy named Johnny (sorry if spelling is wrong). He was efficient fast, and didnt rip us off. He also had some good advice. We were very pleased with their service.

This was a great experience. I stopped in to buy a blown contactor for my old unit, Avicii Waiting on another company to install my new unit after a few phone calls not returned and speaking with Logan I decided to have him come out and take a look at my home. Upon his arrival he gave me a quote $2,000 less than the company that I was already going to hire. Six days after my quote, the new unit is installed and I could not be happier with the professionalism of this company. The service techs were very respectful of my anti cigarette policy, they also made sure to wear shoe covering to keep all of my brand new flooring and brand new carpet very clean. Quick scheduling, great technician (John) and thorough.

Not usually one to leave a review, but after dealing with the HVAC system they installed a little over two years ago, I feel I need to. One, they didnt clean up after themselves, leaving a mess for me to sweep up under the thermostat. Two, the pvc piping kept leaking and they had to come back several times over two years to finally fix it. Three, they didnt calculate correctly the amount of refrigerant needed, it was short 9oz. Four, just recently which Im not putting on them, apparently there was a bad fuse in the furnace. But when the new company who has been good so far came out to fix it they discovered water was pooling in the pvc piping because there was a dip as it was not leveled correctly. I would never hire this company again and would not recommend them. For the cost of a new HVAC system theyre not 5-star worth it.

Knowledgeable and proficient in every sense of the words. Made room in their schedule (which was pretty much booked up) to come last minute and fix my air conditioner. It took no more than 20 mins to fix a shot fan motor. Would definitely recommend, and will certainly be contacting for any future HVAC problems.
