Updated review: National’s customer service was helpful, I didn’t realize most locations including BLI don’t offer EE upgrades. Pretty expensive ($272) for a 3 hour rental.

Awesome customer experience at Bellingham Airport National. I have had rentals with them for the past year, always willing to go above and beyond and remediate issues even if it was due to another locations actions. I plan to continue doing business with them indefinitely. Michaela, the branch manager is super biased for action and customer obsessed.I wish the Seattle Airport (SEA) National personnel could learn from the BLI location to help them improve their below bar customer service.
