Very friendly customer service. It was busy when we arrived and I noticed all the staff were very kind and patient with everyone. I didn’t catch the greeters name but he was nice and welcomed us to take a seat when we entered and let us know what to expect. The person who walked us to the car named Cole was also very nice and gave us time and quality service even though it was busy. They offered any upgrades for “bells and whistles” but I decided to stay with what I picked and it was still a pretty fancy car in my opinion. The car had Bluetooth and USB options to connect your phone for GPS and music. The car drove well and I had no issues. I did add on one of the cheaper insurance options for full coverage in the event of an accident as my own car insurance is very basic. We were able to drop off the car after hours with ease. If I have to rent a car again in the future I will definitely come back to this location.

Enterprise never disappoints. On my last rental they went over and above in several areas. And the fact that they dropped me off at my destination after returning my one-way rental was icing on the cake. And staff is outgoing and friendly. I had a chance to talk to one of their employees in depth and the bottom line was that their corporate structure strongly fosters amazing employee and customer interaction. 5 stars for these guys again in Bellingham, WA and Hermiston, OR.

I appreciate this service as a consumer. We were quoted one price over the phone and was $300.00 or so more once we were picking up the car. We were able to get our original quote (I believe there was an error made by the person checking us out), but my point is stay on your game and know what and why you are paying for. Get original quote as opposed to a new higher fee. Only had that issue once of 3 times so I believe it was an honest mistake. Cars always in beautiful condition, and very clean.

I had dropped off the keys in the drop box this AM and when reviewing my receipt I got charged for an additional hour. I called and spoke with someone named Connor. Connor was able to refund the additional hour I was charged and just asked to bring the keys inside next time if it’s not after hours. He also way able to help me modify my reservation quick and efficiently. I am a manager at a large call center and this guy has great customer service skills, thank you sir.

I rented my vehicle through Enterprise once again because I have never had a bad experience! I can’t boast that record with most businesses. Erich, manager assistant, at Enterprise on State Street in Bellingham, Washington was helpful (I had questions) kind and knowledgeable. I was there for a sick friend and needed a smooth transaction. Thanks, again Enterprise for hiring quality employees.

First, made a reservation online and there was a problem, so I called customer support and they told me I had an overdue balance on my account and to take care of it in the morning and call back and my rental would be ready. I did that and took a taxi there. They said that they didnt have a vehicle because I was too early. So, another cab ride. Then when I took a taxi back later they were charging me more than what I was told online

Super nice people! I will say that during the post pandemic craziness, the rental car prices are a little high but its like that everywhere. I love enterprise they take good care of their customers I wouldnt use any other car rental place

The worst. I have rental coverage on my insurance that does business with this company. I made a claim on a Sunday to my insurance co after someone hit my car. I decided not to take my car in for four days to get it repaired. Enterprise had four days to ensure that I got the car that I requested. The nature of my work requires a smaller vehicle in order to fit into spaces that I need to go and park in for my job. Instead of giving me the compact size car that I requested, they gave me an SUV. I continued to request a smaller vehicle, when they finally got one in two days later, it was when I was on my way home from work 20 minutes before they closed. I requested that they come in the morning to exchange the vehicles before I had to leave for work, they said they didn’t have enough people manning the office in order to do that. Then I requested that they do it that evening. To which they also replied that they didn’t have enough people to man the office to do that and that I needed to drive across town to exchange the vehicle before they closed. I was almost home when this conversation took place. Enterprise does not seem to man their offices well enough to supply good customer service and I will be contacting my insurance company to let them know.Isn’t part of Enterprises’ service pick up and drop off? How do they manage that when there’s not enough people in the office?

Rental cars are tough to come by during the pandemic but Enterprise in Bellingham took care of me. Car clean and worked as one would expect and the staff was friendly, efficient and overall great on both pickup and return.

I was very disappointed that we had booked an economy sized car online and while we were on our way to get it they called and said they didn’t have one available, in fact they only had a 16 passenger van available. I ended up driving around in this van for three days. I was happy they gave me the economy rate though. The other thing is they actually took the $200 deposit out of my account verses just holding it. Now I have to wait three business days for it to be deposited back in. We are long time customers and we’re disappointed how this was handled.

Have always had great experience with Enterprise over the the last, 15 years .no hidden cost no bad surprises . Clean vehicles and in good condition mechanically. You give you what they say they will give you at the price you agree .

I used to rent often many years ago from Arnie Hanna (Budget Rent a Car). Now its been over 30 years since I had to rent.The guys are all super nice. I was given a sweet deal, so I put a extra quarter tank of gas to return the favor. I loved the mini van I got. It was clean and very kool.

Great deals but sometimes if you have an issue with the rental car and want to switch it, it can sometimes be an issue because of availability and depending on if the enterprise associate is judgmental or not.

For ten years, I have used the in town Enterprise Rent-A-Car on State Street in Bellingham WA. My experience there led to me making Enterprise my go to car rental company anywhere else. For me, the personal one on one customer service does it. We check the car for anything that might have a dink or a scratch or a mess. They also help get mini van seats folded up or down for me.When I am faced with a possible price difference, I still do not hesitate to make the right choice--Enterprise.

HORRIBLE. RENTED FROM THEM 8 TIMES NOW AND EACH AND EVERY TIME, THEY PROMISE TO PICK UP ON TIME AND HAVE BEEN LATE. I HAD TO RE-SCHEDULE A SURGERY ONCE BECAUSE OF THEIR INCOMPETENCE. THEY REALLY DO NEED TO SHUT DOWN PERMANENT STYLE.

My boyfriend and I have rented cars here multiple times (moved here from Chicago without a vehicle) and every time the people who work here have been absolutely lovely! They are exceptionally helpful and so pleasant to work with.The location is prefect for us because we can walk there (saves us the Uber going to the airport) but they still always offer to pick us up and drop us off. Really great crew they’ve got there :) they’re our absolute first choice when renting a car in Bellingham.

We have rented several cars from this enterprise location. I rented my second suv just 4 days later to drive to Boise. Upon arrival i was given a 2 wheel drive suv with street tires. I was very frustrated with this experience and the person handling my rental. She showed no concerns for my safety and offered no solutions for my trip.If you choose to rent here be sure you make calls to the location to ensure you are getting the vehicle you need and expect.

They were just amazing.Our car broke down, I was dropped off by the tow truck and they were quick and helpful. We were able to get a car in 10 minutes AND they threw in a cable charger so I could map to go back and get the rest of the family.Thank you!

I rented a Dodge Grand Caravan, which they probably had to bring in. But it was on time, they helped me lower the rear seats, and everyone I met was friendly. This is the third time Ive rented a Caravan from Enterprise to use for camping, and I look forward to doing it again soon!

My car has not been running for the past few months and I have rented a car for 1 or 2 days each month, in order to take care of errands. The people at Enterprise have gotten to know me and remember me each time I rent a car. They even remember my preferences. They have been really great and so helpful to me. The cars are always in wonderful, clean condition.

Horrible service. The lady at the desk, Sarah, was rude and at first tried to have me wait for 2 hours for a car, so I took uber, she tried to upsell me for 20 dollars more, when I refused to pay more than I expected she all of a sudden had the cheaper car available. I told her I had an out of state lisence from the get go and a debit card, she said its against their policy to rent with a debit card to out of state. I already paid for uber! She could have told me before I was there. Go and rent at Uhaul! They have cool minivans and cheaper!

The car I rented from them was a great fit for my travels. However, when I first went to pick up the vehicle from the Bellingham Enterprise address, the individual tried to charge me $200 extra than my original reservation price. I had to show her the reservation confirmation price, which she was surprised to see a glitch in the system. I thought nothing of it at first and assumed it was a computer glitch. She fixed it and I went on my way. However, when I returned the vehicle, the same individual was doing my review and tried to charge me extra for gas, claiming that I left it less than what I picked up the vehicle for. But, I once again stopped her and showed her that the gas was at the same level as when I picked it up. She acted surprised and then waved the fee. Normally, I would have assumed this was a simple flub, but considering that it happened with the same individual twice when I picked it up and dropped it off, I encourage everyone to be HYPER VIGILANT when car rental agents try to charge you extra. Check your reservation price, double check it, and make sure that you are vigilant about the details when you return the vehicle as well. Its a sales tactic! Dont fall victim to these low blow tactics. Other than that, the vehicle ran great and served our purposes for our work trip.

If I could give these people zero stars I would. Cancelled my confirmed reservation 10 minutes before the reservation. Left me totally stranded without alternative. Total lack of respect for customers.

I have used enterprise a lot throughout the years. Ive never been disappointed, I was in a recent predicament in July of 2020 that lead me to needing a rental. Between Geico an Enterprise I was in a rental in less then an hour of informing Geico that I needed a rental. Everyone was very professional an informative throughout the entire process. I highly recommend not only Enterprise for your rental needs but also Geico for your insurance needs.

I rent cars from this location on a regular basis for work. The customer service at this location is top notch! They always make sure that my needs are met and if theyre able they upgrade my rental at no charge.This last time they upgraded my rental but the previous user had smoked extensively in the car. When I brought this to the managers attention he didnt question or grill me, instead, he discounted my entire rental for the inconvenience. It was so unexpected and amazing.The staff here is always kind and helpful and will actively look for ways to save me money based on my needs. Although sometimes they can be more expensive than the cheaper rental companies, I will always rent exclusively from this Enterprise location due to their superior customer service.

Love that they pick u up to rent a car and staff very friendly but girl who checked the amount of gas we had in the tank before we left the lit said we had 3/4 of a tank but we did not check it and there was only 1/2 a tank of gas. We returned it with way more than 3/4 of a tank.Be careful. Check the gas before u leave the lot. A little deceptive on that point. All else was great

Made a reservation for an SUV 3 days in advance, planning a long trip with kids over the mountains. 5 minutes before scheduled pick-up time received a call that the car is not available. Was offered options of a minivan or a truck, neither was an acceptable choice. Will never deal with Enterprise again. Was lured with attractive pricing, but in the future will deal with other companies, thought a bit more expensive but way way more reliable.

Ive rented cars for business and pleasure. This location is by far the friendliest place ever. They really do come and pick you up. Dont go anywhere else.

Car was ready and clean, even the windshield (which is very important with the intense afternoon sun). As a Plus member, I asked for an upgrade and got a nice Chrysler 200. Courteous staff. I rent from this location for about two weeks a year.As for the car, the seats were very comfortable! The only complaint I have...and this is for Chrysler, not Enterprise...is the fact that within a couple of inches of the round knob that controls the transmission are two other round knobs that control the radio and the fan speed. I found that my hand naturally fell to the fan speed, not the transmission control knob. There should only be ONE round knob in the control area! Make the others sliders!

Excellent customer service

Enterprise is always my go to for rental cars. I usually pick them, even if they are more expensive due to their convenient locations. pick up service, no high pressure to take insurance pkg., etc. I have never had them try to pin me with car damage and I usually get a Hyundai Elantra, which is a nice and very fuel efficient car. Generally, I book through Costco to get the discount and free extra driver, and the process is always seamless.

Because I have no major credit card, I had to postpone my vacation one day, to use my debit card. Unfortunately, I only have a Green Dot card, and wouldnt you know, they dont accept it. Ended up having my landlord use their card, and spent over 200 bucks to drive for four hours. Nope. Not worth it.

Great place to rent a car. I was able to park my unreliable vehicle out back and take off from the location. Staff was very friendly and even upgraded my car rental to a compact vehicle free of charge. All in all, it was a great experience and I will be renting again when needed.

We dont own a car, and live in a village when we dont need one often. When we do, we rent from Enterprise. They are happy to pick us up, are always friendly and courteous, and, whenever possible, give us a choice of cars. On line reservations are easy, cancellation policies are generous, and the well-trained staff has been error free in billing our account. The cars weve rented have been clean, reliable, and in good condition.Highly recommended.

We have been renting from Enterprise for several years and have always been happy with the service.This year we had an issue with the A/C so went to a dealership in Witchita Falls, TX. Were sent to another dealer a few blocks down as they were a larger company. Asked for a car exchange and they said it would need to be looked at by Firestone. Went to Firestone and they were booked up for the day so made an appointment for the following morning at 11:00 a.m. Arrived and they only had one AC man on duty and it would probably be a couple hours. Was not a happy camper. They finally checked and said all looked okay just needed to have the inner air circulation on also. It was better but still did not get totally cold when on high.It was very frustrating.

We rented a pretty new Ford fusion for 4 days. Nice car, we averaged 37 might with it. We could have upgraded for free to bigger car, but we were familiar with this models performance which was just great for in-traffic and open road driving for the two of us. Service was very good, no waiting in this busy store.Thanks

From start to finish, staff really went above and beyond in terms of customer service. Annie was very kind and explained all the terms of the lease. Ryan was even to let me turn in my car a few minutes after closing, as well as worked with me on sorting things out with my Ford dealer. MVP awards for both of them!

I have rented cars from this Enterprise location for several years and have always had excellent service. This year we needed to have an employee drive us home after finalizing paperwork: no problem, happy to do it since it was close. I have used Enterprise on both coasts and have satisfied all but in one instance which was corrected by the time I returned to the location. Kudos...

This past two weeks had been cold and windy in Bellingham, WA.,nothing compared to the East Coast though. Anyway my wife’s car met an accident when on a dark night a deer suddenly jumped in front of her car. Result was the car was barely drivable so we ended up getting a rental from Enterprise Rent-a-car in Bellingham. The process took less than 20 minutes and we were out of there with a rental. Thanks to Megan, a friendly, helpful and professional that made it possible for us to get out of there so quickly.Today I brought the car back to the same place and was assisted by a very pleasant lady named Audrey. This place is lucky to have good staff serving their customers. If ever I would need another car rental, I will for sure go to this place again. Highest recommendation.

They were way cool for pickup with a questionable credit card, helped with upgrade from Geico, but never called me about my little laptop Ieft in the car. It was to late by the time I figured out where it had went.

Always great service and nice cars. I’ve only had one bad experience and it wasn’t the people but rather a defective car that wouldn’t stay in park and I was injured by the car getting squeezed between the car door and garage door. It wasn’t the employees fault it was the Ford Expeditions.

Great. Really quite an excellent customer service experience with an associate who was obviously genuinely interested in our satisfaction. We arrived much earlier than I had arranged, and Enterprise upgraded me to a Chrysler Pacifica at no extra charge. Ill use these guys from now on.
