I was very impressed that the Agent waited for our flight to arrive. I got to the counter at Avis at 2:02 in the afternoon. The counter closed at 2, but the agent remained at his post to greet me and assure me that the vehicle I had rented was waiting outside for me and my family. That alone was impressive, but the vehicle itself was great! My overall AVIS EXPERIENCE was truly incredible, and I highly recommend this as a company to do business with whenever you are travelling. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and a DEVOTION TO EXCELLENCE! Thanks, AVIS!

Our Agent, Conner, was excellent, and was the the epitome of customer service. As soon as we walked up to the counter, we were greeted and acknowledged. When we advised him who we were, he knot only had our reservation waiting, but had us upgraded from a Ford Fusion to a Chrysler 300 Limited! Matt and the team at Avis / Budget have always had a warm, professional style that has solved challenges for me. I’ve been renting from them for years and they’ve always worked with me to make sure things were right and easy. Cars are always ready as expected and fast lane service is easy at BLI. Best rental experience for our Summer vacation, Matt was extremely helpful. Got free upgrade to a nice and fuel efficient car. Were seen on time and were out and on our road trip quickly. It was a nice ride from Bellingham to LA. The car didnt have any problems. All toll roads fees were charged to my credit card, a little expensive but convenient. Will rent with them again for sure

This had to be the best rental car experience Ive ever had. My wife and I picked up a car at the Avis/Budget desk and the customer service representative, also named Matt, was very friendly and gave us several suggestions on things to do and see in Bellingham. Returning the car was also super easy.

Check your receipt before leaving even though you cant really read it. Got a quote with a confirmation # but ended being charged an additional $80. I was told that my quote was wrong...ya, okay!! Just awesome guys!

Rented a vehicle out of BLI to take on a road trip into Canada. The staff was awesome and quick even though it was busy. Got us in our car promptly so we can hit up a local brunch spot.I had noticed a billing error after I returned the vehicle (missing Costco discount) and called customer service via their 800 number. I was connected promptly to an agent and after a couple minutes of explaining what happened we had a resolution and correction to the charge. This was the most seamless and pain free customer service experience Ive had!!!

The folks at the Bellingham Airport Avis are awesome! Im here about once a month for a rental and they remember my name and they types of vehicles I like to rent. I can suggest them enough!

My only complaint is that for the first time in about 10 years of renting from Avis, the gas tank was only half full when I got the car. When I noticed, I was already away from the airport. I was amazed that the staff had not checked the car before sending it out again. I got over feeling annoyed and filled the tank before returning the car. Otherwise it was smooth.

It was very user friendly. Staff was helpful and I was able to get my car and on the road quickly. Drop off was also incredibly easy.
