Just got my first pixie cut here, really like it!!!

I brought my 7 year old daughter here today as a walk-in. This was her first time getting a hair cut in a professional setting. Caleb was great! He took her right back and listened to her chat his face off the whole time! She loves her hair and he explained to her what she needed to do to take care of it. Thanks Caleb! We will be back to see you!

So I recommend NOT going to this salon unless you want “tiger stripes” as your highlights in your hair.I paid AND tipped extremely way too much money for what I ended up with.I went in as a walk-in, waited about 15 mins and was taken back, not bad, but it was the middle of the week so they weren’t very busy anyways.All of the girls were super nice, not rude, pushy or condescending at all. Points for that.When I went in, my hair was about 3 inches past my shoulders, butter blonde color from bleach & toner- with about 4 inches of regrowth of my natural color of a level 5 brown/auburn.I explained EXACTLY what I wanted, showed my stylist, Sydney pictures and even explained to her how I’ve been doing my own hair for the last 10 years!I left with what’s called “tiger stripes” - it means that the bleach (or color products) weren’t distributed properly on my foils and it gave a tiger stripe look.I didn’t notice til after I was home. The tiger stripes are ALL OVER MY HEAD!!!Aside from that issue, the brightness that I wanted wasn’t achieved and the front perimeter of my hair wasn’t even done down to the scalp, so it still looks like I have regrowth!I’m very disappointed in this service. I’m a single mother and I literally had to save for months just to get this done as a bday gift to myself!Lesson learned. I won’t be returning!

I made a last minute appointment and was able to get in with ease, they were very friendly. I had my hair cut by Chelsea W. and I couldnt be happier! I had 2+ feet of hair and have had the same cut for 10 years, Chelsea discussed the style/change I wanted and made suggestions that gave me the results I was looking for. She was so easy to talk to and really focused on my hair. I felt so pampered after leaving, I will be going back to regis and will definitely ask for Chelsea. I highly recommend her and the salon, thanks again Chels!

Just called Regis to ask if they had a lower price for just a trim/taper/fix my bad hair cut. The girl on the phone was really rude and condescending. Just asked a simple question, a yes or no would have sufficed. She said well, we do haircuts here...Yeah, Im aware of what a salon is for. Thanks for the tone though.By the way, they dont.

Waaay overcharged! The manager was nice to fix the price but I was still overcharged by $40! I’m very upset about this place taking advantage of people. I would highly recommend going somewhere else!
