Absolutely wonderful experience with Joseph Jewelry. I visited other jewelry stores, but I Joseph was recommended by a family friend. Upon entering I knew I was going to make my purchase there. The show room is wonderful and their pieces were beautiful. I was walked through the purchasing process and was able to design the jewelry.It was assembled quickly and I was informed every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and would recommend Joseph to anyone looking to purchase a quality item.

A follow up from previous review – We went and pick up our engagement ring after the fix. The ring is perfect! The resizing and hand-engraving were meticulously done. The uneven dip was no longer seen. Joseph, the owner, explained to us how complex our ring design, and he made sure that the ring was resized correctly and the engraving & mil-grain were flawlessly done. Our love for the ring is back, so many of our friends admire the ring  over the years. and they even bought engagement rings from Joseph Jewelry too. My love and trust for Joseph Jewelry is back. Ive had an engagement ring and wedding bands for me and my wife made at Joseph, and in both cases had a fantastic experience. They were great to work with and offered very helpful design advice. The result is that my wifes engagement ring/wedding band combination is absolutely stunning and I am very happy with my wedding band as well. They made the whole process very easy and transparent, with great communication throughout the design/modeling/production processes. Highly recommend them for any custom pieces.

I reached out to Joseph jeweler to make my wedding ring back in 2016 after I was unable to source the perfect wedding ring locally. A few other local jewelers had said to me “well most medical professionals we meet end up buying 2 rings.” This was not going to work for me as I wanted one perfect ring that could fit my lifestyle and career. I wanted a low profile ring that could easily be worn with medical gloves without ripping the glove or hurting someone by accidentally scratching them, could easily go in and out of gardening gloves, ski gloves, diving gloves, and most importantly not snag or rip fine fabrics as most rings do!We flew in from out of state specifically to see one of their rings and had pre arranged to see that ring. Upon arriving we were told that the ring had been sent away somewhere and that we would in fact not be able to see the ring. Designing the ring took us 5 years because I was unable to touch and see the ring or stone. Eventually all of my specifications were met and I received my ring!Throughout the design process the staff were great and receptive to my input and all communication occurs through the online portal which is straight forward and streamlined. The overall experience couldn’t have been easier from payments to communications.I was however disappointed that when I asked to purchase my own stone and have it sent to them I encountered a lot of resistance and eventually was not able to source my own stone because the shop refused to warranty their work if I insisted on using my own stone. So this really delayed the process for me because again I couldn’t see or touch or really be more involved in this part of the process. I ended up having to source my stone through the shop and rely in pictures which was hard for me.I was also disappointed in the ring box I received and I wish my ring box would have been an eco friendly non plastics non polyester box. I would have preferred a wooden box or the like.My advice to anyone wanting to design their own jewelry piece, especially something as intimate as a wedding ring, is to work with a jeweler local to your area so that you can go in person to choose your stones, materials, and design. Nothing is more important than being 100% satisfied with your piece.My picture can’t do the ring justice but I am overall very happy with the final result. The center stone is a natural alexandrite!

I did a lot of shopping around for my fiancée’s ring and this place is a league above the others. I only found similar taste in design at very expensive jewelry shops. This place is slightly more expensive than average, but the cost was well worth what I wanted. They allow you to tweak their designs, or create one from scratch at no extra cost. I sent them a very crude drawing and their CAD artists did a beautiful job turning it into a physical ring. This is all for a little more than I would expect to pay at a name brand place. Except, Joseph’s design taste is way better than the name brand stuff I saw (in my opinion). I can’t recommend this place enough, we went back to get our wedding rings from them as well. Expect to pay a little more for a lot better ring.

I couldnt of been happier with my purchase at Joseph Jewelry. My husband is not one that likes jewelry much but his wedding ring is important for him. After a year of being marry i had been looking for the perfect ring for him so i could give it to him as our first anniversary. Joseph Jewelry had the only ring i found that i thought he would like. I ordered a mangement ring for my partner (as is customary in my country). Unfortunately, with COVID it was impossible for me to be able to fly to the US, deal with them directly, and keep the surprise. So I had to do my whole transaction online.The service was amazing, they helped me budget what I wanted custom build, made 3D models of the ring, and had everything on time as expected. The ring turned out to be even more beautiful than I expected and my partner loved it!I recommend them, and would definitely work with them again.

Joseph Jewelry was fantastic throughout the entire process. Their communication with me throughout the design and fabrication process was excellent. The whole process took about two months, and they were very flexible with requests and adapting to unforseen circumstances, (i.e. the stones I brought in were actually a completely different size than I said they were)Their online message system is pretty neat too. My fiancee (then my girlfriend) went to check out Joseph Jewelry. My intention was to give her a better idea of what kind of ring she wanted. I didnt expect what happened next. We were greeted by an associate named Andrea and my girlfriend shared what kind of styles she liked. As she tried on the rings that Andrea suggested, it seemed like the two playing with dolls. Andrea made my girlfriend feel so comfortable and really listened to what Cassie had to say. Finally, Andrea suggested a ring that ended up being very close to what my girlfriend was looking for. I gave my budget to Andrea and she was incredibly flexible to stay within it.We decided to go the custom ring route and it was an excellent process. Andrea was very respectful, personable, thorough, and detailed every step of the way. She was excited to incorporate all the ideas I had in mind. The CAD designs allowed for very detailed images and any modifications requested were shown quickly.When the ring was finally finished (two weeks early), the entire team was excited with the final product. Seeing it in person was absolutely STUNNING. I honestly couldnt have been more satisfied with the whole process of purchasing this ring for my now fiancee.We walked away with a beautiful ring, a memorable experience, and a genuine friendship. Ive had custom engraving done twice by Joseph Jewelry. Both times it turned out beautiful. The original project required hand engraving that has held up for 7 years and still looks great; the more recent project was able to be done by laser with same-day turnaround and also looks fantastic.When looking for Engagement rings several years ago, the employees were very helpful and helped me go through a variety of designs and understand exactly what I was looking for. Even though I did not end up purchasing from them, I was very impressed with the customer service and will always consider them when looking for jewelry in the future.

I started working with Joseph Jewelry in December 2016 to decide what type of engagement ring I wanted to surprise her with. She showed me three different ring designs that matched my fiancé’s aunt’s ring and told me that I can always customize it to my liking. After a few back and forth discussions online, I went inside their Bellevue location to speak with Andrea so she can help explain to me what the 4 C’s are. We decided on a design and then moved on the production phase.During this phase, I got a chance to work with Bobby who is one of JJ’s CAD designers. Here, we got into the little details that truly make the engagement ring special! After 3-4 months of working with JJ, we finally got the perfect ring for us!I would highly recommend to anyone Joseph Jewelry for all of their jewelry needs! Best Jewelers around! Their customer service is second to none. They work within your budget and their artistry is amazing. I looked at so many rings online and in stores. Josephs has the most beautiful designs and they are amazing at doing custom work. As soon as I wanted to do a custom engagement ring, I had 3 options drawn up on paper within 20 to 30 minutes of discussion and it was HARD to pick between them! We worked with Erich and he was always super respectful and prompt. I recommend all my family and friends to them. I really cant say enough good things! You wont be disappointed. Oh, and my boyfriend proposed recently so I finally got to see the complete ring. Its GORGEOUS!

Love, love, love this place. Great customer service and beautiful work. I didnt buy my replacement ring from them but I did have them size it. They also sized both of my daughters engagement rings. They also built one of my daughters a custom wedding band to match the style of her ring. This is them sizing it, while I was waiting. We always have them service/clean and polish our jewelry. As we come up to our one year anniversary I realized I was long overdue for endorsing the great people at Joseph Jewelry. I had been looking for a while for my band but was really struggling to find something that I got excited about and then I stumbled upon their wonderfully unique mens bands. Very quickly I knew the one I wanted but I only had 3 weeks until my big day (I know, I know). Of course the superheroes at Joseph responded to my inquiry straight away and said it was doable on my timeline - and they delivered! Sadly the brushing hasnt lasted as it absorbs the wear of life but I still love it and am grateful for the great pieces they make the service their team delivers.

I called to find out what it would cost to have a diamond that I own placed into a setting that has the prongs ready for the stone. Ive watched it be done in the pass in it takes maybe 5 minutes from an experienced jeweler. I was told it would cost $300.00 🤣

Were very particular and after months of shopping everywhere else, we were able to create the perfect engagement ring. We came in and picked out a few styles that we liked and had them integrate it into one ring. They made a 3-D rendering which helped us visualize exactly what the ring would look like. No other jewelry store that we looked at had this option. They had great communication and kept us informed on the status of our ring each step of the way. We were able to make changes after each 3-D rendering until we were completely satisfied with the design. They then made a wax mold so we could try it on and see it in real life. They have a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all custom rings. We were thrilled that the ring included lifetime cleaning and free check ups to make sure the diamonds are in place. We took in a family ring for resizing and unfortunately the band broke the first five days after the service was done.Joseph himself was quick to empathize with our dissatisfaction and immediately made an effort to make sure we left the store happy. With a no charge repair and shank to fix the broken band - we certainly left beyond satisfied.It’s easy to leave a fancy first impression. We visited this store for its positive reviews and look/feel. What really matters however is customer service and loyalty. They did a great job making a custom wedding ring for my wife. We had a very specific design in mind (a natural-looking twist or knotted band with 5 differently-sized stones, one to represent each of us in the family), and they really made it happen. The process started last year and the designer made every little change we asked for until it was perfect; no complaints and always focused on getting it done right. The ring they delivered was perfect; exactly as we had imagined it.

I recently worked with Tony to redesign a three-stone diamond necklace from a family ring. At the same time, we worked together on a redesign of a ring I had given to my daughter-in-love. I had been looking around to replace my mens wedding ring for the past year and a half, when I came across Joseph Jewelry. Once I saw the website, I was determined to have them make a ring for me. The ring I chose had a natural white gold finish, which is a VERY cool color (bronze/grey), after the sandblast finish on top of it. Most white gold today is rhodium plated, which looks silver. I had them do a hammer finish, which I couldnt find someone who does a better job doing this. I truly do think they are the best in the business, and as I look down at my ring right now, I never thought I would awe over a ring, but I am. Everyone involved in the process was extremely helpful and they cared to make me feel comfortable. I have to admit, I was nervous at first, buying a ring that I would never try on and see beforehand. However, with the 3-D picture rendering that they do, it helps tremendously to give you a peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend Joseph Jewelry to anyone looking for a jeweler who is out to design something specifically designed for you. I dont tend to write many reviews, but this is one where I think they deserve that everyone should know what a great jeweler Joseph is. I am more than satisfied with my purchase!

She consulted with us and was very helpful.We communicated with her for a few months after visiting Blue Nile, Brilliant Earth, Shane, Alvin Goldfard, and Parcels in Factorial.I purchased the ring and stone from one of the owners, Danny if my memory serves me correct, when Andrea had a day off. He was fantastic as well and Im almost positive he gave me some sort of discount.While we didnt take advantage of their custom ring design services. We may for our wedding set.

We went to a few other custom jewelry stores in Seattle, and Joseph Jewelry blew us away with their customer service, quality work, and classic yet modern designs. We worked in particular with Andrea G., who made us feel so welcome and cared for the entire time. We went in with a family stone that we wanted to design the setting around, and Andrea did a wonderful job of helping us find the perfect setting. We couldnt be happier with the final product, and felt extremely well taken care of. We needed a minor adjustment after I proposed (the diamond was slightly loose), and they were immediately responsive, quickly made the adjustment, and my fiancee has had no problems since. It was such fun to create something unique and special that I will be proud to wear for the rest of my life. They also created a matching wedding band that is absolutely perfect. We worked solely online and over the phone, and they made the process easy. I had a basic vision when I started out, and the team brought it to life even more beautifully than I could have imagined. I received a Victorian bracelet with five stones from my grandmother. The bracelet was set in gold and a bit more formal than I would wear. It was quite a sentimental piece, as it came from my grandma. Included with the bracelet was the dated note bequeathing the bracelet to me, I have to laugh as it was written on a bank deposit slip from a bank in Texas. I wanted the stones set in a ring that I could wear daily. I worked with Tony to choose a ring design, he was amazing to work with and I really appreciated the time he took to listen to the importance of the piece of jewelry and the reason I ended up choosing the ring design I did; his listening meant a lot as my grandma had recently passed. I was able to see where the jewelry is designed and built. Tony, the designers, the artists and the entire team at Joseph Jewelry were a pleasure to work with. I am so thrilled to wear my ring and love being able to show it off, including the engraving of the date that the original bracelet was bequeathed to me. When I began my search for an engagement ring, I had no idea what I was doing...I was not even thinking about diamonds at the time...just rings..I landed on this beautiful ring on the Joseph Jewelry site (which I found in my girlfriends (now fiance) stash of bookmarked engagement rings on her computer). I also spoke with them in person a few times as well.Most importantly, my time frame for ring production and shipping was only 3 weeks or so. And it turned out to be less than that because I had some issues gathering the money together. They were very understanding and assured me that they would get the ring to me in time for my planned proposal date. I was very impressed with that.
