Where to start? I had been looking for months to try and find the perfect engagement ring with little luck. I came in to Benders Jewelers just trying to get an idea of what I could get for an old ring my mother had given me to put towards my engagement ring fund. I had gone to a few places prior where I was given a low-ball figure with little to no explanation as to what their were basing their valuation on. But when I came in to Scotts shop, he sat me down, took the time to inspect the ring fully, then explained to me what I a fair price for the ring was, why it was that price, and even what a buyer stood to profit on it!Scotts honest transparency and willingness to help is what made me decide to work with him, and I couldnt have made a better decision. I was visiting I needed to change the battery on my watch. I found this place on Google and gave them a call. The owner was helpful over the phone and told me it was going to take about 10 minutes to change the battery. We arrived and he took care of my watch right away. so helpful, professional and fast!

He was so amazing! I went in to get two of my grandmothers rings resized. One of the rings was a very difficult job and I wasnt sure it was even possible, but he did it! The end result was just beautiful and my grandmother loved the rings!

Benders Jewelers was recommended to me by multiple people, so when my fiancee purchased my engagement and wedding rings, we took them to Scott Bender. Both rings needed to be re-sized, and appraised for insurance. Benders provided a quote ahead of time, and then completed all of the work in one day. On a difficulty scale of 1-10, I was told my re-sizing would be a 10, because of the complexity of the setting and the number of diamonds involved. I was completely thrilled with his service, professionalism, knowledge, the quality of work we had done, and unbeatable pricing. We will work with Benders again on future jewelry purchases and service, including returning every six months to have my rings cleaned and inspected. I already have my eye on a set of earrings they had on display, and would definitely work with them on some custom pieces I have in mind.

What can I say that hasnt been said already? Its obvious people love Scott and his shop, and he deserves it! Scott is a true artisan, loves his work, and is a man of his word! Hard to find these days with all these mega stores just out to rip you off. Scott takes time to dumb things down for you and tell you why things are the way they are.I took in several rings to be polished, cleaned, re-rhodium plated, sized, and, sottered. I took them in late Tuesday, and by Thursday lunch time Scott had them done, he over delivered!! He also on one ring replaced a stone, instead of charging me a diamond prize he quoted it like a CZ. When my wife and my sister got their rings back they both said they look brand new were talking about rings worn for over 11 years. Thats how good Scott Bender is!So, long story short save yourself the frustration of dealing with all these other big companies, shop local, help one of our own out. I promise you wont be disappointed. Benders is the best in town!

Benders Jewelers is quite the gem! (Har har) Scott Bender is awesome. Finding this place was like striking gold! I had a tough day at work and during a battle with the copy machine, the band of my engagement ring snapped. I was absolutely livid. The moment work ended, I drove over to Benders Jewelers and was greeted by a smiling Scott and his sparkling personality, which helped ease some of my agitation from the long day. Scott is so warm and personable. Hes easy to talk to and passionate about what he does. (He learned his craft from his father, who learned it from HIS father.) He was able to help me immediately and I was in and out of his shop in less than an hour. I highly recommend going to Benders Jewelers if you have any jewelry needs. Unlike the chain stores, his shop is cozy and unpretentious, and the difference in service is incomparable. Scott is honest, detail-oriented, and thorough. Go to Benders Jewelers!!
