We had a great experience picking out an engagement ring and our wedding bands. Jon Borghes was helpful and friendly thoughout throughout the process. Found an engagement ring that was close to what we liked then he helped with designing a custom one to exactly what we wanted. All of the other staff were very friendly and informative as well.

Had a great initial experience with Marci in getting two rings setup for repair along with an additional purchase. I reached out via chat to text from their website, setup an appointment via text and was welcomed right in when I arrived a bit early. My fiance and I had been looking at rings. We wanted something unique and special. We looked at Shane co and were disappointed that it all looked the same. We spent the morning in the Bellevue Mall and again were disappointed. Before heading home my fiance suggested we look for anything else near by. I was tired but relented. She found Marci Jewelry and we went there. We spoke with John and discovered he was a real jeweler. He could fashion us a unique piece that had some of my fiances grandmothers diamonds in the wedding band, build a separate engagement ring, augment it with two other small gold band and even take the diamond off her grandmothers engagement ring, which is kind of small, and put it in a pendant that I will give her for Christmas. it was fun working with a real jeweler and their prices were great for the high quality materials and work that went into the project. I recommend you go there if you want a unique piece or if your love wants a ring comprised of 4 pieces. Hmmm amazing how she always gets what she wants.
