I ordered my wedding ring through them and it turned out amazing, exactly the way I wanted it. I have put on some weight and my ring was no longer fitting me so I went to have it resized. It seemed great at first, I was told it would be done in about a week and they would give me a call back to come pick it up. I waited a week and 2 days before trying to call them but no one answered. I tried to go to the store that I dropped the ring off at and they had changed their hours but it wasn’t posted on the store. I went online a found they had posted there that their store hours changed dramatically. I filled out the online contact form and waited for a reply. I was told they hadn’t even gotten to it yet but it would be done the following week on Wednesday and I would get a call. I waited until Friday the following week and called them to find out what’s going on since I still hadn’t been contacted about the ring being done. I was told it had gotten done and I could pick it up the following week. This is also when I was informed that the resizing was going to cost $60. This is 3 weeks after I originally took the ring in and told a week. I had to initiate every contact when they told me they would let me know.They made a wonderful ring that I am very happy with, but their customer service leaves much to be desired.Update: I talked to the owner and he saw that the communication had broken down. He promises to take steps to improve and I feel he was genuine. He made it better and they did a great job resizing the ring. I’m happy with the ring, and I believe the apology about the communication. I would definitely bring my business back. I respect when someone has the character to admit they messed up and would fix it to make it better.

I am so happy with my new custom ring and the process of creating it. I especially liked being able to try on the 3D printed setting to make sure it was exactly what I wanted and that it fit perfectly. This was my 3rd experience at Martin Jewelry and I wont go anywhere else now.

They will deceive you. They are not trust worthy. I brought in my 18k gold ring to get it looked at, the man said that he can tell by looking at it that it was plated and that hes had so much experience that he could tell by touching it. He said that I had to leave it with him overnight for an acid test. He even almost guaranteed me that it was fake with lots of confidence. I went somewhere else where they did the acid test in front of me and verified that it was 18k gold. Had I been naive, I would have probably been robbed and given a fake in return for my real gold ring. They do not know what they talk about. Be very aware and run at the first sign of something sounding odd.

The entire experience my Fiance and I had from start to finish was incredible. We felt totally comfortable anytime we were in the shop deciding on any details. We felt no pressure to make any decisions that we were not comfortable making and all in all ended up with that perfect engagement ring. Ricki and Jon were professional as they come and genuinely care about the work they do and it shows in the quality of work and my apparent satisfaction. In such a potentially stressful component to popping that question I can safely say that I could not be happier with Elder.

We have had some problems but John has fixed them over and over again. He has been very fair through the whole process. They have discounted the fixes or charge no charge. Even at their own expense which is greatly appreciated! They have a family owned vibe and they make you few welcomed every time you come into the store. Great prices and great deals going all the time.

Purchased my wifes engagement and wedding ring and the time the staff spent with me was remarkable! When I returned for sizing I was immediately greeted and promised a date for return that was spot on. Unbelievable preferred customer discount on a tennis braclet that I felt I could not afford. I stopped in last week to get my ring cleaned and was greeted and helped by 2 lovely ladies who were incredibly pleasant. I talked to one about getting a watch battery replaced and told her I would be back this week to get my battery replaced. So today I go back in to to get my batteries replaced on 2 watches. The girl working greeted me right away but as soon as I mentioned watch batteries, a man behind the counter spoke up. He informed me that they dont replace batteries for most watch brands because he recently had to pay $150 to fix some watches that must have gotten broken in the process. He was not rude, but did not offer a suggestion on where to get my watch battery replaced. I was considering purchasing wedding bands there, but not anymore.

Worst customer service Ive ever recieved. They treat me like trash. Two customers came in after me, regulars Im guessing by t how they were treated, and they the slaes person just walked off in the middle of helping me. All I need was a new battery for my watch.

I WOULDNT GIVE THEM ANOTHER PENNY. They dont know what they are doing or talking about. We went in to buy a ring as a birthday gift. We found a ring and asked the lady if the prongs on the stone could be tightened because it was loose thats just the reflection is what we were told. When the ring was moved you could hear it rattle. Well we decided we could get it tightened elsewhere due to the ring being a good looking deal. Then we asked if it was a size 7. They told us yes and while getting it tightened at a better know store we were told its a size 9. So they were wrong on two different occations proving they either lack knowledge or just dont care. This was a replacement ring from the first one which had the stone fall out after a 6 hour shift
