Best place ever to go to for person attention for your jewelry. I am a very nervous person when it comes to trusting people with my jewelry and I know my rings are in good hands there.

I have always depended upon Erwin’s throughout the years since my Husband bought my Anniversary ring there. It is great for a large variety of gifts. They are very professional and have great integrity!

Has Gone Way Downhill Under New ManagementThere was a time when I wouldn’t have recommended any area jewelry store other than Erwins but not anymore.My wife and I wanted to get our wedding rings cleaned for our anniversary. We took them to Erwins who told us it would take 2 days. That seemed long but ok. Sure. Was told the rings would be ready for pick up at noon. We show up at noon and it’s obvious they had forgotten to clean the rings. Instead of just being honest about it, they try to clean them quickly while we’re in the show room. We get them back and the rings leave black smudges on our fingers. We point this out to them and the worker says she “forgot to wipe them off.” Ok. We get them back after a few mins and they are hardly any better. At $20 a ring, it would be nice for them to actually get cleaned. I could have done a better job at home with a toothbrush and dish soap and it wouldn’t take 2 days.Mr Kumor was a great guy and fantastic at jewelry repairs. He was always honest and upfront. I never bought anything from his show room but I had taken multiple rings and and watches to him and his work never disappointed. The new owners/managers have a lot to learn about running a good store. None of the workers seem very knowledgeable. One kept asking if the rings needed to be rhodium dipped, despite us telling her multiple times they were platinum. Service is slow. Another couple in there waited about 30 mins just to get a new watch battery. I had dropped off a ring for cleaning there a few years ago and it was ready to pick up the very next morning.My wife and I will not be back.

Erwins has and is the place to go! Very sad I wont see Frank when I walk in, but so happy for Rebecca and that Erwins is staying in the family. You are taken care of here, each and every person spends time with you to get you exactly what you want. There will be times you have to wait, and I 100% can tell you it is worth the wait!

This is a beautiful store with beautiful pieces for sale and such a helpful, friendly staff. They saved me 60% on jewelry repair over what a chain store was going to charge. Anytime I need anything jewelry related, Im coming here!

Erwin’s has been my “to go” for all my jewelry repairs. I have brought pieces from out of state to be repaired at Erwin’s. I have purchased many items and am very happy with the quality and with the staff. Frank was the best I miss him.

Absolutely an amazing place! The customer service here is outstanding. My husband and I went in because we heard he fixes watches. Sure enough, he does and it was a great experience. We have been back several times since then and we love buying gifts for the family here. Go ahead give it a try, shop here you wont be disappointed. I stopped in for a last minute Christmas gift and he gave me a jar of spoon lovin fudge. How sweet! He is an all around nice guy.

I brought an urn in to have it engraved.I was told by one of the ladies that it would take a week for them to get to it. She had to ask a question of an older gentleman who works there. When he saw it was an urn he came to me and told me hed get to it as quickly as possible.Lo and behold, 1 day later I got a call to come pick it up. Excellent service and quality.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!Your staff was incredibly rude to me and my family yesterday, 9/16/20. They rolled their eyes, acted annoyed with our questions, rushed us out of the building, and even locked us inside. We were never given the respect and kindness we deserve as paying customers. We are very disappointed!I cannot believe the horrible customer service we received. We cancelled our order before even leaving the parking lot. Please speak to them about what it means to treat people with dignity and respect. You have lost out on hundreds of dollars of business because these staff members chose their own needs above ours.

Asked about getting ring re-sized. They recommended a ring guard so I wouldnt lose the engraving on my ring. Works great! Excellent recommendation and service!

I have been using Erwins for Decades now, ever since i bought my class ring in 73 to my wives wedding ring in 1980. And many other rings and watches after that. I live in another state and came home to bring my watch there. I still get that home town feeling..

Erwins Jewelry, currently owned and operated by Frank Kumor, has been in Olde Towne Bellevue for over 50 years.They have a decent selection of all types of jewelry and can order or craft anything they do not stock. Ive walked in there and said stuff like, My wife wants a simple single pearl ring with an 18K white gold band and they quote me a price and I go back in a month (varies) and pick up the ring they made themselves.They also stock watches, clocks, pens, glass art, and other fine things.They are also great for repairs. Ive taken several of my wifes necklaces here over the years for repairs as well as taken in several watches for new batteries or to fix a pin in the wristband.No pushy or annoying sales staff here. Just friendly employees eager to help. No one seems to be dying to score a huge commission.I cannot recommend them enough. I drive from Gretna into Bellevue and probably pass two dozen closer jewelry stores just to do business with Erwins Jewelers.

Erwins is great! Ive been coming here since the late 80s. Ive purchased and had repaired jewelry and watches. I was in again today. The owner, Frank, and the staff at the counter were great. Treated us like gold! Worth the trip to see them for sure.

Im not have only had work done there, at a reasonable price, but every now and then I bump into something that needs to be authenticated. There are always helpful and friendly. These people definitely deserve five stars!

Went to Erwins a few weeks ago to get a ring for my wife and i was greeted and helped right away. They had three employees helping me find the ring that we wanted and it was ready in a week! Best part, the wife loves it!! I would highly recommend Erwins to anyone looking for any type of jewelry; i also picked up a few Christmas gifts while i was there. They have a ton of great things in the store and can order many things that they dont have in the store. Couldnt be happier.

I had a ring that had ended up misshapen, and Erwins fixed it within minutes, at no charge. The service was great. I didnt go there to shop, but it appears they have a large selection of beautiful jewelry for such a small place. I will definitely go there the next time I am looking for a new piece of jewelry.

When my love and I got engaged, I wanted to buy a ring secondhand in an effort to save money and be environmentally friendly. My husbands grandma had to have her wedding band cut off her finger a few years ago. When my MIL remembered she had it, we decided to get the ring repaired for me to use, as it is beautiful, was her wedding band for 40 years, plus we are a very thoughtful and eco friendly couple.We brought it in, and they were very polite and honest about what it needed. They figured out that it was exactly my size, which was like kismet. He told us he could fix the band no problem and suggested we replace the posts so that I wouldnt lose any stones. They gave us an estimate that was extremely affordable. They didnt go over the price they quoted, and I was shaking when I first saw it repaired, it was so beautiful!My grandma and I now have a connection that we both cherish, and I have a gorgeous ring that I wear with pride. I love telling people the rings story, they can hardly believe it was cut off someones finger! I happily tell them that Erwins restored it to its original glory.

Wonderful place and cheap. Got my digital watch battery changed here for only $8.50! It took 3 min. (Tried at another retail jeweler-they failed and would have cost double what Erwins cost!). Definitely will get all my watches worked on here and they had a great ring selection.

Incredible customer service! Wed visited larger jewelry stores but the salespeople were very high pressure and commission driven. But at Erwin Jewelers, the staff was helpful, accommodating and friendly. We highly recommend them and will tell all our friends and family that they should visit here first!

I hadnt been in the business in quite a long time, but found the service and prices the same...GREAT! We had 3 watches that needed batteries and one of them needed the band repaired. The tasks were performed right away and the cost was minimal. A great place to shop. Friendly folks are a Bellevue tradition.

I went to Erwins to buy my wifes wedding ring. At first I had only good things to say. But then one time we to it to get it cleaned, it was returned to me with a little diamond on the band missing. I took it back and they said theyd fix it for free.I went to pick it up after they said they fixed it and when I did it looked worse than before. There was a big scratch in the band, the new diamond was not set straight and the new diamond was a lower quality diamond than before. The diamond was foggy and under a microscope had a completely different pattern than the others. The owner insisted that nothing was wrong, that the scratch wasnt a scratch and the new diamond was the same as the others. I asked him to fix it anyways and he said he would see what he can do.I had to give it back 4 times over the course of 3 weeks and each time it wasnt like it was before. Though the correct diamond was put in after the 3rd visit, there was still a scratch on the band and the band had not been refinished since welding. Each time the owner tried to tell me it was good enough and inisted that I take it back but I refused until it was done correctly. Then I gave up because my wife had been without her ring for long enough and we took it to a different jeweler.Now the band is refinished, the scratch (that wasnt a scratch according to Erwins) is not there anymore but bc of the poor welding by Erwins the diamond wont sit right in its new socket.And routine cleaning and my wifes ring will never be the same because Erwins kept trying to take the cheap and easy way out. The part that bothers me the most is that the owner tried to tell me every time that it was good enough and would say that nothing was wrong, lying to me when he could have done it the right way and easily kept my business. I understand people make mistakes but it should be fixed correctly and not lied about.My wife and I were die hard Erwins fans until this experience. We will never be back nor recommend to anyone. Any jeweler who is willing to do low quality work to trick people into thinking everything is fine with their jewelry is no business that I will support.It also is a bummer that according to all the great reviews, Erwins usually does a banging job. Not sure why they would decide to be like this now.

Was told by another jeweler that my ring needed to be fixed. Brought it to Erwins for a second opinion. Mr Kumor assessed the ring and walked us through the process, explaining his assessment. In the end, the ring was perfectly fine and no work was needed.

I took my watch into get fixed. He said it should be about 2 weeks. I called at 2 1/2 weeks only to hear he hadnt started on it. I waited another 3 weeks & showed up at the jewelers and asked if it was done. Answer was No, I asked for my watch back. It shouldnt take nearly 6 weeks and still not have a watch fixed!
